Total disaster, open hours of playhouse are 14 to 21, not from 10 to 21 what was the info on the wep page. The pools were so cold that our kids couldn't swimm, temperature was 21 degrees Celsius, so imagine being here whole day with 6 kids that couldn't use pools or any other stuff as the watter was too cold. We complained about watter temperature, but the responsible person told us that we weren't the first one to complain, and that she can't do anything. Such a pity, as this HAD a potential to develop as nice kid-friendly park, but... picture shows "working hours" of bar...

Love being in the Grad sunca in one of the most wonderful southern cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Trebinje. This resort is perfectly located near the city, with excellent climate with lots of sunny days, visiting and enjoying the resort Grad sunca is utterly must for all of us. The gate is open 24/7 which means that you can go visit the city centre by your car whenever you like. The appartments in Bijeli grad are new, spacious, with the terrace on the roof. You have your own entrance to the appartment/house. Beautiful concept. Aqua park is quite outstanding. It is clean and spacious. Children will enjoy on various water slides. Worth visiting!

New, nice not extreme slopes, cheap. Slopes open from 10:30 only one. Other around 12:00. Fin porodicni park sa toboganima za djecu. Jeftin ulaz hrana i pice. Ssmo jedan tobogan radi od 10:30 ostali od 12:00 sto je malo bezveze.

Went here with my school; perfect for schools and excursions, but perhaps not ideally suited for family vacations due to the lack of real attractions. It's clean and the food is nice, but it is a bit cooky when it comes to the build quality. Solid place, 7/10

Plus: new, very clean, perfectly blended with nature surroundings, decent amount of content, staff is very helpful and nice, guards are doing their job very well regarding safety, beverage prices are great. Minus: Food offer is horrible, non existent. You can buy sweet and salty snacks (like chips, chocolate bars, ice cream, etc.) but "real food" offer is non existant. Last weekend they only had poor excuse for pizza: small frozen pastry with strange tomato sauce and few pieces of ham and cheese on top of it. My group bought one and we left it uneaten. Restaurant in the hotel connected to park doesn't allow entrance in bathing shorts, shirts and sandals, (perfectly understandable from one point of view but illogical bussiness move since most of the customers would be park guests), therefore we remained hungry. Advice for future visitors: 1. Bring your own food; 2. Buy half a day ticket, use rest of the time to have good meal and sightseeing in close-by Trebinje city.

What’s great little oasis hides away in Trebinje. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Lifeguards are alert all the time and watching out for all. Grabbed the sun chairs which were comfortable and made us relax even more while sitting watching over our young one playing all day on the kids slide. Water was clean and refreshing. They seem to have a great system where they open up the certain rides as the park get more busy. For where this aqua park is and what it has it gets a full in FIVE stars. It can be seen they are developing the area and it has potential to be a great day or two get away. Keep up the great work Grad Aqua & Dino Park (Young one went crazy happy in the Dino park)

I went for a visit to Aqua park. I wasn’t interested in swimming but just a walk and coffee. We did just that but at the exit very unpleasant security guy started aggressively telling us that we shouldn’t walk through the aqua park… and how it was his hood will not to charge is…. All of this aside but his mannerisms was awful. I felt threatened and unwelcome. I certainly wouldn’t go back

Actually, if you don't mind bed staff ,not qualified for bar and fast food, other is perfect. So many pools, you can pay in different currency, free entrance, enough safeguards, Clean Perfect view, free wi fee

Very nice and extremely clean park. Personal is very friendly. However be sure you have cache with because they are not accepting any credit or debt card for entrance tickets.

Very nice swimming pool, we enjoyed it very much. Note: you can pay with card at the drinks/food counter, but seemingly not at the entrance. Best to bring your own food though, since they only sell junkfood.

Perfect place to spend a hot summer day in. The park has many features for kids and adults. A lot of shade is available, it is safe (our bags were not touched), the toilets are clean, the changing rooms are clean, and there is a large parking lot. A nice Dino park is a complementary addition to Aqua Park. I recommend.

Very good water atractions, excellent for kids, lifeguards at every pool. Even when crowded, parking is available. Negative is high price of half day ticket compared to full day ticket, only 20% cheaper.

Greta place for family with kids. Parking is big and comfortable. We had lunch. The square is like "Baš čaršija" in Sarajevo. Eat fish "pastrmka" and "urmašice" desert. You have also aquapark, dinopark, etno village.

Decent amount of content. Ticket ladies extremely slow: after 20 min waiting for tickets you are told that only the other ticket booth accepts cards so you wait again for another 20 mins. Then the card machine doesn't work, and the ticket lady barks at you to find cash because she 'can't be bothered with this'. If you are just traveling through, you might not have 100eur in local currency. Crowded inside. 2 bars work. Absolute chaos at snack bar, 45min+ wait time for a sad excuse for a pizza. No system, patrons must push and shove to get their food. No lockers. Few changing rooms, one had a used menstrual pad inside. Staff rude (manager yelling at a person checking tickets in front of customers, snack bar employees screaming at each other and at patrons). Lifeguards attentive; however, 8 kids hospitalized with chlorine poisoning due to a technical malfunction and park remained open, so safety standards questionable.

They accept credit cards only on one entrance, then the internet doesn't work so the terminals also. Staff is not well trained, very arrogant. Few slides were closed, and day before, acording to news, several kids were hospitalized because of gas chlorine leakage :( The WiFi internet is useless. Drink prices are more expensive compared to Trebinje, but cheeper then Dalmatia. Not enough natural shade. The pizza is way bellow average. No lockers.

We stayed at hostel that complex provides and it was great value for the price paid. Kids had so much fun at water park and we enjoyed slides and resting in shade.
