This hotel deserves at most 3 stars. Everything is poorly maintained and standards are very low. Room size and equipment are ok, everything else is below average. Rooms are poorly cleaned, only visible areas, dead flies are on windows sills, someone's month-old supermarket receipt on the floor next to the bed, a layer of dust on the mouldings on the wall and floor, mold in the bathroom floor. In room for 3 persons we only got 3 beds, everything else, including towels, toiletries, coffee and tea, cups and glasses were for 2. Breakfast is very very basic, with awful coffee, and very limited choice of everything, mostly cheap bulk food. But the main issue is poor hygiene, tables are dirty, everything is very very poorly maintained. Dinner is a bit better, but there is no description of the food, so you can only guess what it is, which meat, which dish, and again it is scary to see level of level of unhygiene. Stuff on the reception is not trained, they are not even attempting to be kind, they are forgetting to mention basic details, like breakfast or dinner time, or to ask if everything was fine during checkout. Pools and snack bars are again far below 5 stars standard, pools are dirty, and sun-beds area is polluted with different packaging garbage ('prasak za pecivo" for eg.) and cigarette stubs. Guest don't get towels that can be use at the pool. The only good thing is variety of pools and pool's fun activity's for kids. Cleaning ladies are nice and kind. And some restaurant staff, but they cannot compensate for anything, I cannot understand how this place got its stars, all in all very disappointing.

Everything is great except the restaurant, which is terrible to say the least, from the choice and quality of the food, to the upstart and incompetent staff... very nice spa center, swimming pools, aqua park, nature, interior and exterior...

If you are asking the European price and promoting you as a Star... Then you should be able to offer the same level of service. Tipical Example of miss. Management. We were totally disappointed with our recent stay at this 4-star hotel. The restaurant was in complete chaos – there weren't enough staff to manage everything, resulting in dirty tables, no table service etc. The majority of the dishes were broken or partially broken, not cleaned - it's obvious that the staff does not have enough time because they are doing everything and it's way too much!!! Unclean dishes and tables that were clearly neglected. It's evident that the hotel is severely UNDERSTAFFED and driven by a really bad (inexistent) Management. The lack of proper management is glaringly obvious throughout the entire experience.

Great place for vacation, rooms are clean, spa&wellnes center is great. I suggest to visit ethno village, food is awesome.

It's awful place, because a load music was till 1am, my child was crying. Nobody could help me, police wasn't come. Security push me when I tried to explain why we couldn't sleep. Also nobody from the staff told us that party is going to be this night. Totally don't recommend this place.

We booked this hotel for one night at the end of August. This hotel doesn’t deserve stars it has. Everything is poorly maintained and standards are very low. The rooms aren’t poorly equipped, but the hygiene is questionable. The bathroom looks modern at first but then you notice the flaws. The shower doesn't work properly the toilet seat board is broken. Rooms are poorly cleaned, only places that are visible. Breakfast is very basic, espresso coffee with extra charge very limited choice of everything and cold food. Dirty plates, tables and chairs also. There is no big difference when it comes to lunch either. Stuff is not well trained, they are forgetting to mention very important things,for example, if you book the night by direct phone call, the price is twice as expensive as the price on their official website, which is total nonsense. All in all, this is definitely not a four-star hotel category, lack of employees and absolutely bad management that still has a lot to learn about catering.

HEED MY WARNING...DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is completely rundown. If you want to attend Grad Sunce Aqua Park, book a property outside of the property. My family ate at the restaurant on the ground floor of SL Panorama Hotel. It was THE WORST food I have ever eaten in my life. The waiter we had was tremendous, but the manager was dismissive and careless. When we arrived, we were the only people in the restaurant. The buffet was available, but the manager told us that it was about to end, so we may want to go to Etna Sela restaurant. We decided to stay. Upon further research, the buffet didn't even close for another hour and a half. What was the manager talking about?! The kitchen staff started removing items from the buffet early. I would NEVER stay at this property or eat there. After we left the restaurant, we went to Etna Sela, which is owned by the same company and is on the same property as SL Panorama Hotel. The staff there told us that it was closed for the next four days. There was not a single good experience that I had at Grad Sunce. The park, hotel, and restaurants were all below acceptable standards. All of the dinosaurs in Dino Park were torn and falling apart. We were completely disappointed with our entire experience.
