A modern hotel next to an old tool factory. The room had an excellent bed and a good shower. The city center is a short walk away. There is free Wi-Fi and parking available. The breakfast buffet is adequate. The staff is OK. My biggest complaint is that the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. Even during breakfast some of the staff were smoking inside the restaurant.

No elevator...no generatör for emergency ...wifi very bad...brekfast is enought.. no free smoke areas ( you have to drink if you smoke or seat at garden )

I can't believe how this hotel got such a high rating. We came with Academic Tur. They could not seat 6 people side by side at dinner. When we asked questions, they gave beating answers. They never tolerate being spoken in Turkish. I have never felt Turkish hostility so much. They were always so hostile towards the Turks because the Serbs were running it. On the morning of Kurban Bayramı, the waters were gone. There was no water tank in the big hotel. There were guests who did not want to eat fish for dinner. They forcibly put fish in front of them. There were also a few pieces of something for breakfast. I'm so glad we were able to leave without getting beaten up. Its interior decoration was industrial design. Such disrespectful and unfriendly staff to such beautiful interior. It's a shame for the place. Tour companies should never go here.

Its a beautiful hotel with very nice room's. It's a three floor building with no elevators.they do not serve water with lunch except if you pay for 0.750 lt.2.2 euro's.when i ask if the water from the room was drinkable they say no but they have 5 glasses in my room and no sign that the water isn't drinkable.

The hotel is converted from old factory and some manufacturing tools and products are shown in the hotel. It feels like you are in museum. I really enjoyed as a mechanical engineer. Besides breakfast was good and room was clean

Nice panorama also room’s not bad only very far from centre. Good food in hotel Restaurant.

Even one star is too much. A hotel cannot be this bad. There is no elevator. Service is zero. We weren't even allowed to sit in the rest area before breakfast

What an amazing hotel in Trebinje. Front desk - check inn and check out friendly and full of info we needed. Quick and easy check in and check. Room - clean modern with the industry design. Very comfortable and all Our needs were met. Dinner - great place to sit and eat inside of the restaurant has loads to look at while looking around. We sat outside and had superb service from our waiter RAJKO, from taking our drinks order to been patient and waiting to our order and attending to all our needs. Thank you Rajko. We ordered the chicken legs in hot sauce, trout and deep fried chicken. All of this was with a superb quality and phenomenal taste. Complements to the chef and his team. Breakfast - great variety for a first meal of the morning. Overall as you can read we had a FIVE star service in a Four star hotel. 9.6 on booking.com award should actually be a 10, but I know not all people can be pleased. The best hotel ever!!! One person room is small, but perfect! Great internet, great cable, free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in minibar! Also, room prices are very cheap if you are not coming during summer.

Cons: It was 28 degrees Celsius in the room when we enter, because something is obviously wrong with the air con thermostat?! Hot, hot, hot... I recommend rooms that look on the street, otherwise you will listen very, very loud compressor all night. Also, I recommend staying in the bigger room, because 15 square meters is really small and surcharge for bigger room is insignificant. I don't know is it the same in some high season periods but at the end of December is like this. Pros: On the other hand, hotel is inexpensive (32-49 euros for two with breakfast), clean, with nice hotel bar and kind personnel and with interesting furnishing details. Hotel also has a Spa which I didn't try :-( and rooms have free mini bar with some products that owner of the hotel (Swisslion) produce.

Clean and nice industrial decorated. Food and breakfast in restaurant is delicious. A better separation of smokers and non-smokers would be great.

staff are rude racist and rude rooms are dirty never stop by.......

smoking allowed inside bar area on ground floor which permiates to upper floors where the rooms are, not ideal for non smokers. breakfast quite poor. rooms small so pay more for larger rooms if you need more space. thermostat in room unable to change temperature so uncomfortable nights sleep due to heat. the town itself is quite pleasant to take a walk around
