Good customer service after taking in my ring which needed a repair. Got a brand new replacement has taken out insurance on it. Really nice polite staff and go out of their way to help you. Brill.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel valued customers. The ring I wanted wasn't in stock at the shop but could get it for me the following day. As I am disabled the manager arranged for the ring to be delivered to our home the following day at no extra cost, rather than having to go back to the shop. Also, we bought a lovely watch for my husband for Christmas as the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others. Many Thanks :)

Went in today to buy a replacement chain for a necklace that I’d broke (my own fault). Had no idea what size or type of chain I’d need but with the help of an amazing lady we chose a chain and it fits perfectly. Exceptional customer service!

Zoe was most helpful, nothing was a problem when I was purchasing. Am not particularly a fan of H Samuel jewellery but had a good experience on this occasion and spent nearly £300. Would definitely recommend to visit Zoe at Rhyl.

Third purchase in 2 months. This little store is an example of what shopping should be like....relaxed, friendly service in a store with excellent availability. The store has a good mix of items at a range of prices, serves by polite friendly colleagues. High street shops such as this are a rarity these days and should be supported and promoted. Well done!

My future husband and I picked out our wedding rings here and we were helped by the wonderful Leanne. She was very informative and really helped us in making our choices. My partner even changed his mind about his wedding ring once it arrived and Leanne was more than helpful with this. Couldn't recommend this store enough. Took a ring to be repaired in October '22. Didn't pick it up until May 23'. But during that time they sent multiple emails and tried contacting me via phone a few times. In the end they sent a letter via recorded delivery to remind me. Really pleased with their efforts. Great customer service, especially for repairs.

I've been looking for an engagement 💍 for the last couple of days. Been to different jewellery shops but couldn't find the one I liked. Then I came to H.Samuel and there was a lady called Krystle she was amazing and really helpful A+ service. I would highly recommend going here she never rushed me I felt really comfortable and then I found the ring just right for me I can't wait to pick it up on Saturday.

Walked in with partner just to have a look for fun. The staff are very friendly but not pushy which is so nice to see - thanks for letting us take our time! Ended up buying two watches that caught our eye and Lianne (I'm sorry if I'm spelling it wrong x) was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband bought me earrings for Christmas because he paid so much he got a necklace half price, he took out insurance, the necklace chain broke so took back to the shop only to be told although the earrings were insured the necklace was not, apparently he should have insured both separately, this was not explained to him at the time, result one broken necklace which was one month old.

Fantastic service I went into have a pin fitted in my watch strap, very helpful and friendly staff fitted whilst I waited. Cheaper than I was expecting. Brilliant service
