I’ve read a few reviews on here about the staff not interacting with customers…They take your order, ring you your food & leave you to eat it without asking ‘is everything ok with your food’ ? Just as you’ve put a forkful/spoonful of goodness in your mouth. I’m sure if there was anything wrong with your food, you can let them know but this to me is perfection service wise. I just want to order & eat without interacting. The staff are very lovely, the food is excellent quality & plenty of it. It’s very clean & yes there are lots of fish tanks with beautiful fish in them but they don’t make the place smell funny, they only add to the ambience of the place. JUST GO & see & taste for yourselves…you won’t be disappointed…How do I know ? BECAUSE I SAID SO 😆😆 5/5 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Had a lovely Hot Chocolate and a Clotted Cream/Jam Scone. (Forgot to take a pic of the scone) .. It looked so nice I tucked in straight away. It was delicious. It was very busy which is always a good sign. Staff were friendly.

This place is absolutely fantastic. We go there every Saturday for breakfast and it is by far the best breakfast in north wales, extremely friendly staff. This establishment is immaculate and very well presented. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Visited earlier this week for breakfast and found the food & drinks to be really good and tasty, big portions, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. You should however update your menu prices on your website as they are outdated. Would certainly return and recommend.

Food excellent great service friendly staff... Nice homely cafe. Had lunch there everything delicious.. Had a buffet for a funeral and a cake homemade it was all amazing and well presented highly recommended

Absolutely perfect! Paul, Ivor and their staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. We go to Tudor House whenever we are in Prestatyn (from Abergele). Thoroughly enjoyed their Christmas Dinner just before Christmas and intend repeating that pleasure. Cannot recommend this excellent venue too highly. Impossible to choose any specific menu option, since everything we have had, has been excellent.

It's like Karen's with the sarcasm of the tall one. Can't remember his name. But he's funny. Very entertaining without meaning to be. An integral part of the community.

Very much enjoyed again today. Always fresh and enjoyable food here. Highly recommend. The fish and river frogs are amazing!!!!! ( not to eat but in the fish tanks!) . Staff helpful and attentive.

Went in with my wife for breakfast today was realy surprised with the service food was well presented and not greasy at all will certainly go there again highly recommend a visit.

We were shopping and we decided to go in and have a coffee and toasted tea cake we both enjoyed them. It is a long time since we went there but will make sure we go more often. Well worth a visit if you're in Prestatyn

Had a lovely breakfast/brunch here the other day. I chose the bacon and pancakes and my wife had the breakfast bap (gluten free). Service was great, the café is a pleasant place to sit, the only things that knocked the one star off were the gluten free bread disintegrated on touch, although we do accept that it is notoriously difficult to get decent gluten free bread, and the syrup with my bacon and pancakes was maple flavoured rather than maple syrup. But I'm being picky. Otherwise a very pleasing brunch with my other half. Thankyou.
