Rude cashier when I was trying to enter my caseys rewards yesterday when we got gas and soda the clerks name was Karen and she was super hateful towards me and told me she was going to kick me out of the store. This woman was so hateful to her customers I don't know if she was the manager or what but that's no excuse for treating customers poorly. I will never stop at this location ever again and possibly never a caseys again after being treated like that. She accused me of messing up her computer and trying to steal stuff when I did not I would never steal anything so I'll never use this store again if I pass through Period. Way to go Karen for treating your customers like a dog

I don’t recommend Karen from this store, she’s blatantly unprofessional and an embarrassment to everyone in customer service. Yesterday I witnessed her accost a customer for a mistake she (Karen) made. While getting cigarettes for the customer, she grabbed the wrong pack and refused to exchange them after checkout, and proceeded to kick the customer out of the store. Then tries to complain to me about that customer, when she is clearly the problem here. I even felt it was necessary to apologize on behalf of Karen to that poor little old lady she was hateful toward. I know that’s not how you treat anybody. Take accountability for your actions.

This employee seriously cremated my food and had the nerve to give it to me anyway. How ignorant do you have to be to do that?? This bread is rock hard, a quarter inch thick and nothing like what I've ordered and received in the past. I've never had to check pizza or cheese bread before to make sure they aren't DUST before I leave the store, but lesson learned.

The place really looks like no one cares about their job. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper was on the floor laying in a bunch of dirt. No paper towels. Out of order signs on a lot of machines. No food in the warmer. I left and ate next door. Casey's used to be the cleaned place anywhere but now I try to avoid them. I was there on a Sunday evening at 5pm, on Feb 19th, 2023.

Not RV/camper friendly, despite no signage indicating as such. Several, including ours, were parked off to the side and the policeman who woke us up at 1am (after being parked there for 3 hours with no warning?) told us the clerk had called them. That’s fine, maybe include signage because as frequent boondockers (who purchase gas, breakfast, and road-trip essentials from whatever station we stay at) this has never been an issue at any other station. The Love’s across the street was full but keep on driving, this isn’t the place to stop.

Stopped to get some fuel then inside to make a purchase. There were some problems with the customer in front of us but the counter staff just acted like we weren’t even there. Stared off into space and ignored us. Totally unacceptable. Perhaps just a sign of the times but there are some people that have no idea how to provide customer service this place is one

Store does not sell alcohol after 11pm. Some of us work 2nd shift and this is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate to not consider this customer base. I used to frequent this store after work, until one night I was told this by one of the managers of a change of policy while making a purchase.

If i could give a 0 i would. I come here with my boyfriend at least 4 times a week and it is NEVER stocked. Workers are always just standing around talking. There’s never any self serve pizza available. I would understand if they were about to close or in the middle of a busy rush. But come on!
