The quote provided is reasonable and on par with other vendors but if you are looking at spending more time in Gulmarg then Irfan bhai should be your go to. Overall me and my friend had an amazing experience with Discover Gulmarg on our trip to Kashmir in November 2021. Key pro points - Scorpio in good condition was provided as promised. - ATV/Gandola/Skiing tickets were arranged well in advance without any hassle. - Its like they own Gulmarg, they know the place better than anyone else. Totally worth hiring a guide. I should definitely mention two names here. Irfan, who I have been in touch with since the beginning, managed everything really well, and was truly very professional. Shahrukh, the guide we hired, was really sweet, guided us at every step during our Gandola and Skiing experience. Apart from these two I met Aaqib, the ATV rider who was amazing too, offering an adventurous ride and also taking some fab pics on my phone for free. The driver Imtiyaz was nice too but at first he was hurrying us, kept talking about the difficulties and couldn’t understand that covering all spots was not our priority, only after emphasising things got clear. I really want to thank Irfan for understanding and helping us through that. Areas of Improvement - Please take a note of the stays of your clients in advance to calculate the distance and plan costs accordingly, although it is equally the responsibility of the person who is traveling to keep you informed. - Train your drivers to ask for the client’s priorities during their trip. Some may want to cover all tourist spots but not everyone.

It was our 5th wedding anniversary and we booked a 11nights 10 days tour package of Kashmir with Discover Gulmarg. The entire trip was planned by Irfan, right from stay, travel to sightseeing. It was perfectly done and he accomodated each and every requests of ours, including last minute changes in the itenerary. He attended to all our special customisation requests such as stay in localities with good local food, hotels with good scenic views with opportunities for interactions with the local to just name a few . Our Driver Bilal was a gem of a person, who made sure that we feel welcomed and comfortable. He went out of his way on so many occasions to give us the best of experiences, from stopping by in apple orchards in villages to picking pine cones and walnuts from the forests in our way. He made sure that we stopped at the best of places for pictures and shared so many beautiful stories about each and every places that we visited. I recently booked a 1 week ski trip with Discover Gulmarg Adventures for myself and my 7-year-old daughter, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Wanted to introduce my daughter to the Himalayas, and to skiing, and Gulmarg seemed ideal for that. But arranging everything there can be a hassle. That's where Discover Gulmarg came in. From the moment we landed, the team took care of everything, from airport pickup and dropoff, to personal instructors for each of us, a vehicle on standby all day, great hotel, and delicious food - everything was taken care of. The drivers, Mr. Niyaz and Mr. Imtiaz were careful and patient drivers - a must in the steep turns of the Himalayas! The vehicle was a 4x4 and in good condition too. The instructors (Mr. Wajid and Mr. Mushtaq) were simply phenomenal - they were patient and understanding with my daughter and really helped her build up her skiing skills. I was also able to improve my own skiing, thanks to their expert guidance. But what really made this trip stand out was the personal touch that Mr. Irfan, whom we booked through, brought to the table. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. When my bag was detained by the airline, he personally arranged for a car to go to the airport and collect it the next day - I couldn't have been more grateful. The entire trip was well-organized and we felt completely safe throughout. I highly recommend Discover Gulmarg Adventures to anyone looking for a skiing adventure in the beautiful mountains of Gulmarg.
