Nice and high quality store a delicious food inside restaurant.

The folks that assisted me.......no problem in fact the gentleman at the perfume counter was so nice he gift wrapped my purchases and by far did a much much better job than a girl did 6 months ago. That day spent quite a bit; the perfume guy gets 5 ⭐ but the Liverpool store none 0 ⭐ I was shoked that I needed to buy bags, shopping bags. Needless to say I didn't pay for a shopping bag, it will be like walking into Neiman's and asked to pay for a shopping bag after I dropped 10K dls at their store....outreageous that they can't provide clients with shopping bags. One thing is to go grocery shopping and very different walked into Liverpool with a shopping bag.....that means forget spare of the moment or impulse buying.

You can buy pretty much anything except pets, but they sell premium quality pet food too. The place is very cool, wich is a good thing since Cuernavaca is so hot outside.

A great general store

The perfume division has to grow. There is a huge market potential for niche fragrances.

It's open now.. kids are allowed to enter.. pregnant woman aren't for now 😒.. They're taking care in extreme to control number of people inside 👍🏻..

Good service and nice place. But could improve the capabilities of their employees. Just get more "knowledgeable" staff.
