We had booked two rooms in Hotel White Palace which is located in the heart of the Thrissur city during third week of April 2023. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. Their Jalapenos Restaurant served healthy and delicious food. The staffs were really good and made us feel at home. Kudos to the staff for the excellent commitment and ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. I would highly recommend the White Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in Thrissur with excellent hospitality and good food.

I have been visiting this hotel several times during breakfast ,lunch and dinner . The food has been excellently tasty and I would say it’s value for money .I would suggest everyone to try their dishes especially chicken Alfredo which is always a tempting dish for me .everything that is being used is fresh and tasty at the restaurant . I have stayed there too and the people was extremely friendly with us .

Very nice new place in the center. Opened recently just few months ago. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food it's made by chef with international experience and he was very helpful regarding me having issues with spicy food. They are preparing a bar to open next year so it's going to be a very fun place for young travelers as well 😉 regards to the team you do a great job.

Nice little hotel right opposite to Bharath Veg Restaurant. Room was awsome and amenities were amongst the best in that range/budget. Buffet was ok but food was great tasting. Staff were very very friendly especially the Doorman or Security was awsome because he just scooped my bag from the taxi and placed it gently in the lobby and didd not wait or scratch his head for a tip and went back to his post...all in all great experience and will surely come again...keep it up White Palace

Excellent Restaurant & Hotel. Today my family & cousins(pax nearly 20 people) came there for afternoon lunch & had delicious food & really appreciate their courtesy as well. Hats of to the Restaurant manager Pratheesh P for his efforts. Will surely recommend to others.

The hotel is located close to Vaddakkumnathan temple in Thrissur. There are plenty of eateries nearby like Bharath restaurant and Pathan’s restaurant. The access to the hotel is cumbersome. Google maps show a winding way to reach the hotel. The premises was clean, staff were very courteous and always smiling. The food was great. We had breakfast daily and one evening ordered snacks of pakoda and lime soda. Both were delicious. The parking is plenty and they even helped us with late checkout. Overall I would love to come back and stay again in the same place.

The stay at this hotel was really good. We got an upgraded room and it was really spacious and clean. The staff in the hotel was also very courteous. The hotel is located in the centre of the city so you'll find everything close by. It seems to be one of the best options to stay in Thrissur.

Excellent place to stay, with very friendly pleasant staff all around, with a special Nod for the front office staff. However food over here was horrible. They dont even know / care about making a cup of proper coffee. Had to skip the complementary breakfast on both the days I stayed there and had it from a nice vegetarian restaurant just opposite to this place.

One of the best among the new hotels in Thrissur. The rooms are clean and hygienic with the best service. Food is delicious but the restaurant service to rooms have to be improved. Overall I would suggest white palace for your happy stay at the heart of the city with your family or friends.

I would like to pen down a very unfortunate incident that keeps on happening whenever I visit White Palace. White Palace is a great hotel. But one drop of lemon is enough to spoil the milk. Unfortunately, Mr. Vikas is that one drop who doesn't know any customer service and etiquettes. Reception should be the face of the hotel and with his arrogant attitude, I would recommend every one of my friends and colleagues not to visit this hotel ever again. Hospitality and proper welcome is appreciated by everyone who visits your hotel. Such a shame for your hotel to have appointed a person who doesn't even know the basics of how to behave with your customers. Not mentioning about high or low profile customers, every customer who enters the door to the hotel is precious to you. Kindly keep that in mind when you appoint staff in your hotel. 0 rating for your hospitality and customer service, only because of Mr. Vikas. We visited the hotel for family lunch. Actually twice. We had great experience there. Very delicious food, attentive staffs and mostly 'clean and tidy' space. We peacefully enjoyed our food. The captian constantly made sure we are comfortable with everything. There were wide varieties in the menu. Only improvement I see - for Sunday lunch they won't prepare Thali meals.

Overrated and overpriced for the services they offer. Room was neat and good but not very spacious. Hot water was not available in my room even after complaining for few times. Food was of good quality but was bland and took lot of time during breakfast. OYO offers same services at lower prices. Not a pleasant stay for us.

Had a great stay in this place. Probably the cleanest hotel I've seen in the country in over 10 years. We got a free upgrade to suite room which was cool. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. It's a mere 2 min drive or 6-7 min walk from the temple, so great location as well.

I was a lone female traveller and lived in this hotel for about a week last October. It is a wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is prime and they have a superb restaurant. The staff bought me medicines in the middle of the night, helped me dress for an event and also helped me book airport taxis at reasonable rates. I highly recommend this hotel for those who want to live in the city but still want to feel removed from the bustle.

We had stayed for 5 nights, the rooms are great, we even got one of the rooms upgraded to Suite room which was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are very neat and large. Service is great, the one thing to improve is breakfast spread, definitely need to look into the same. There is no variety, the hotel management can look into the same. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend it.

New facility hence clean linen and furniture in the room. Breakfast spread was limited but value for money of 300 rs with tasty food and good service. Centrally located with easy accessibility to station and hangouts.
