The worst amusement park I ever met which is not at all value for money. The photographs and videos were seen on the internet gives a wrong image of this place. Just have a look at the pictures which I uploaded here. It may give you same sort of feel. But the reality is different. About 1000-2000 Sqft. of room has been artificially created to have a snowy effect. A common man cannot spend more than 30 minutes here even after spending > 500/- per head. The winter suits are not even fit to manage the temperature. A sort of gum boots are given for our legs instead of winter boots which would squeeze your legs and tell you like “Get out of the room immediately”. No trousers are given to customers except children. At the same time we may get unsatisfied when we get in to the room and see the entire area. It is not even sufficient to accommodate a big crowd. And there are only 2-3 rides which are crowded always. Some ‘smart guys’ always cut the queue which is a common character of some uncultured fellows. Guides are not even taking an initiative to accommodate those who waits in the queue for long time. We may think on how can we utilise these minimal rides to compensate the money which we spend. But the management do eat the money within 30 minutes without even giving a value for it. I really don’t know why people give high rating and running to this place 🧐. “All glitters are not gold”. Never suggest this place.

Good experience and a must visit place because it's the only one in kerala. You can play for an hour. Parking facility is good. You could book in a day advance through online. Very less rides and less space right now but I hope snow storm would be developed and widened more in the future.

It's a good try for those who want to experience snow and cold at -10 degree experience. Not everyone can go to the Himalayas to experience this. The facility provides jackets, gloves, rubber boots etc. I feel the ticket rate is slightly overpriced, 550 for adults and 490 for kids. The rides are minimal and mostly for kids. The staff and volunteers are so well mannered and customer friendly. Ample parking space is available. We should reach there in 15 minutes before the slot for preparation. Not suggested for those people who are anemic, hypothyroid or cold intolerance. I suggest carrying a pair of earplugs.

A SMALL nice place....Can visit for one time...45mins is time limit...A bit high priced....550rs for elders... 490rs for kids... 150rs for kids below 90cm... Booking online can avail 10% off..... Keep socks with you or can buy there for additional charge .. Small fish spa avalibale outside...

Very nice experience. They provide jackets and boots. . We called them and booked the tickets in advance with a small discount in ticket charges. They instructed to bring own socks or we can buy it from their itself as socks are mandatory. Overall a good experience especially for kids

It was a great experience.. It's the only Snow theme park in Kerala.. You can experience snow and winter like climate for one hour along with a DJ.. They also include a Penguin Cafe which almost make you feel like you re in somewhere in Winter..

Great new experience. Go for it atleast one time. U will be in a room in -10°c for about 45 minutes. U can take phone inside with your own risk or there is a paid cameraman in it to take photos. Also try the fish spa outside. Lol its healing and tickling😂

Wow great experience on snow. But need go with good socks 🧦 since the shoes they are giving is not going to tackle the cold for a long time. The time should be extended and the resting area should be convenient.

Superb experience.. affordable Himalayan experience... Very chill and happy moments.. very nice ambience and food court available inside the snow storm is very useful and enjoyable.. hot soup in minus temperature is a mind blowing experience... Everyone should enjoy it once in a lifetime...

Super, I feel like we are in a cool place. The area is not big but enough for an experience. Anybody who never visits ice fall areas must visit here

Good experience for kids. Neat and well maintained and courteous staffs. Quite small compared to one at Hyderabad. It was overcrowded as we visited on a holiday. Book online combo ticket along with water theme park and awail discount.

Felt small compared to Hyderabad. Can be improved. We were the only people inside when I went there. A new experience. Better to go with a gang.

They offer like 10% discount and time limit of 1 hr.. but they give only 45 min.. could have been better...

You will get a maximum of 45 mins to spend inside snow storm l. It goes to about minus 10 degrees in the room. Socks are mandatory. You will be provided with a jacket, gloves and boots for insulation from the cold. There is a tea shop inside the room but prices are a little too high. If you experience numbness and pain in your feet, there is a room in which you can enter which is maintained at room temperature. There are slides and a rope bridge in the room. DJ music will be played 30 mins after entry along with mist.

Limited space just like an auditorium where the ice was layered and the temperature was -6 or -7. They say it's -10 but i don't think so. The cave in which they sell coffee and soups is a bit cozy but if there is crowd, it will be congested. The last snow storm effect has pleased me to some extent but not sure whether people may appreciate it.. The photos that they take turns out to be expensive when we ask the copies of them. Overall it's not upto my expectations but not disappointing either.

Awesome place....people should be fully clothed as they provide only jacket and shoes...

Wow super feeling Good experience must try once

It was a good place but not that big and we went on a day where 3 schools had come for a field trip which was unfortunate as it became too crowded and the temperature was -10°c it would have been good if we had visited this place when there was no field trips going on. The one thing which I didn't like was the charge for the photos taken wich was 600/- for digital photos and on top of that 150/- Or 200/- for hard copy
