I have been at Amala for a 3 week Panchakarma treatment. The quality of treatments, care and facilities is great and I have felt well taken care of. All the staff are very punctual and the atmosphere is warm. There are also yoga classes at 5pm, which I have enjoyed. We were also given a tour to see how they make their own herbal medicines here at the medication unit! I can definitely see some positive changes in my physical and emotional health and hope to continue to feel even better. I'm sending my gratitude to all people at Amala; the doctors, nurses, sisters, canteen + cleaning staff and reception. Definitely recommend to all people interested in authentic Ayurvedic treatments.

This was my first time at doing Ayurveda massage, and this place was highly recommended to us; I am so glad we made this choice as I had a great experience all round. A good place with a range of services for overall wellbeing. The products used are mostly close to nature and made by their specialized staff on site. My treatment massages for 8 days were the best ever! I wish we could have stayed for longer time. I feel very rejuvenated, and all my body aches and pains have gone. I had some digestive issues of acidy and bloating. The Hospital had a strict routine of medicines given internally in the early morning hours and before bedtime. My digestive issues got cleared instantly. Their services and staff were very welcoming, polite and well trained. The hygiene and housekeeping of the hospital is excellent. The food was simple healthy and nutritious and exactly what a patient would require while going through treatment. I highly recommend the Amala Ayurveda Hospital and will come again for a longer duration. Green campus and the homily atmosphere with spiritual and bodily wellness are the significant features of this centre. It is worth spending as the patient is taken care of in minute details. The approach and the service of the doctors, sisters and nurses are regular and highly appreciative.
