The only good thing about the place is the Staff members - they are superbly friendly and helpful. Rest all is very average: Complimentary breakfast was average to taste Room was not spacious, was just enough to fit the double size bed (though looked big in the images) No proper parking space No Security in the night, Very small swimming pool Bed Sheets were clean but worn out Beaches are not very close by i.e. nearest beach - Ozran is 2.6 kms, Anjuna is 3.5 kms Lock of washroom seat were broken Door lock dont work from inside

This is one of the best properties you can find in the range near Anjuna. Well maintained, clean and luxurious at the same time. Extremely helpful staff , especially their Manager is a complete one man show who takes care of all your needs during your stay at this place. They make you feel like home and their Attic room is a must try for everyone.

I stayed here with family for 3 days in the month of October and had a very good experience. You will find everything you need in 500 mts - be it a medical store, restaurant OR wine shop. At the same time it is located at a very calm n quite lane, with no disturbances. The entire service team was very supportive and helped us with a smiling face whenever needed. I felt rather than the amenities or the the location of the property, it's the customer service that makes this place different. Milena and Dwayne (the couple who runs the hotel) are very helpful & friendly. I think they have set very high standards for their team when it comes to customer service & the result is clearly visible. I opted for Suit room which has a king size bed and a bunker bed ( sufficient for 2 kids) and it was spacious. There is a spacious balcony too. Room was spotless, and equipped with a mini fridge and all other essentials (and a few books too). I was sceptical about parking place, after seeing some reviews, but there is enough space for parking - but not covered/private parking. There is only one small building after this property in the same lane, hence there is not much vehicle movement or parking issue. Special mention- Bikram n Akash from Sonnet team were very quick whenever we needed their help.

We were looking for a good hotel option in Goa. Went through positive reviews and booked this hotel. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The owners were very friendly. Even the staff was very polite and helpful. The property was very neat and clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay is highly recommended

We stayed in the month of August and the stay was really good. The staff is vert polite and always ready to help. The service was good and the quality of rooms and hotel was top class! No complaints at all. The breakfast was complementary and was really good! We also ordered starters in the room which were up to the mark! Over-all a 5 star rating will not think twice before booking the room in lotus leaf sonnet again! ❤️

This was our second visit and as always it's damn peaceful and clean to have a beautiful holiday stay. The staffs are humble and always with a smile. The overall ambience, courtesy and hospitality all moulded into an excellent stay along with the proximity to the Anjuna Vegator Beaches. The breakfast is outstanding and very varied every day. Beautiful property and very conveniently located. Very helpful staff. I had a wonderful time staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa. We had a very lovely stay at Sonnet, right from the moment we booked the hotel, the representatives were in touch with us and we had a quick check-in. Rooms were spacious and Balcony of the rooms were cherry on the top, we spent most of our time there. Washrooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast was also good it had limited choices but quality was great. They even customized few things for us. Had a great stay at this property and will surely visit again.

The rooms are very very clean and neat n tidy. Even the bathrooms. Main purpose for us selecting the place as we travelled with an infant. The staff are exceptional people, Dwayne and his team. Just for ppl with their own vehicles parking is limited.

One of the best hotels in goa. The rooms are maintained well . The bathroom was spacious and working well. The staff were friendly and always offering to help. The Manger was exceptional. EXCELLENT seems to be a small word when it comes to my experience staying at this place. I had a stay of total 5 days which was supposed to be for one day. All the team members I interacted throughout was extremely helpful, polite and smiles all the way, be it front office to housekeeping or their chef and that's how it matters. Hygiene and housekeeping at par best. I highly recommend this hotel with my own experience. Looking forward to be there again. Thank you Team Sonnet for everything.

It's a very clean hotel with a lovely staff and management. The service we received was very good, the entire staff is very helpful. We were there from 7th to 11th June 2023. We had a great time . Even the pool is nice. Breakfast was also good . Will visit again ..

We stayed in the rooms next to the pool. I was not expecting much from the space since it was new to me and I travel to Goa frequently but had not checked them out. But my oh my .. was I surprised. Right from the receptionist to the most upper level staff... everyone takes care of you. They are professional and have a great sense of customer service. Their attention to detail to make your stay comfortable will blow your mind. Dwayne and Milena.. you both made our stay even more comfortable. Rooms are okay sized, great location, two wheelers are easily available nearby. Close to Caava, which is open till late for your hunger pangs. All in all .. its a fantastic choice. Go for it!

I had a wonderful experience at Sonnet - Lotus Leaf. It was the perfect hotel for our girls trip to north Goa. This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting North Goa. You will find all the best cafes and party places nearby within 5 km.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will be definitely going back there again, it was a very comfortable and cosy hotel. Dwayne and his wife are great host and they took very care of us. However I'm looking forward to seeing them improve much more. Pros The location is good and few mins distance to nearby beach by car. There are restaurants and bars and cafes nearby ( and a car wash if you need one!) It is a good hotel for families and bachelors. The building is new and clean . The rooms are tidy and beautiful. Dwayne is very helpful and treats you like family. The parking is outside on the small lane but they have a security man at nights. Some rooms have shared balcony with another room which is good if you have a bigger family or not so good if you need privacy. In that case ask them for room with a single balcony. Cons The bedsheets and utensils are a bit old and worn out. There are no tea spoon provided in the room. The shampoo and shower gel doesn't have labels, so try your luck or call the reception. The green one was shampoo btw. The pool is not very clean, but when we asked they cleaned it. Also it's situated next to the sitting area. The staff are very friendly but not very professional, I asked them to clean the room but came back to see it was not cleaned. The breakfast is ok ok. Not a variety, mostly Indian ( poha, burji, idli...) With one type of juice and toast. The glass was kept on the table directly upside down with no mat, and there was no tea spoon. ( However they were very kind and made me coffee every day, although it was self service), and the plates and bowls were wet. The rooms are upstairs and after going with the lift you have to climb few stairs, which doesn't have railing, and not very safe for young kids.

This is my first time in tree house sonnet. The hospitality here was so good. The staffs were really helpful. Rooms were very clean and hygiene. They were on toes delivering all the services we asked for. Really had a very good experience. Hope to visit the stay once again if i am back to goa.

Overall Great experience, Room was clean and have all the basic requirements with Refrigerator. Staff was extremely helpful (Mr. Bijay and Mr. Dwane) and extended my check out time as my flight got delayed without any additional charges. For any additional requirement you just have to ask and they will help you out.

Extremely efficient and helpful staff. Manager Bijoy went out of his way to make sure we got our lunch even after the kitchen was closed. The food is extremely tasty.. especially their khichadi & fresh lime soda. Location is peaceful yet closer to prime areas, rooms are clean & their shower feels like a waterfall! We extended our stay due to their hospitality & will certainly book again the next time we're in Goa.

It's a nice place to stay. We had a room with attic which kids enjoyed a lot.Staffs are very humble and helpful especially Mishraji. He made sure my daughter gets proper food as she had upset stomach. Everyone has smile on face here.
