doctor,
We
would
like
to
post
a
review
about
a
bad
experience
my
husband
had
this
morning
(20.04.2023).
My
husband
and
his
family
are
regular
clients
of
you
doctor.
Whenever
he
comes
back
on
his
vacation
from
UAE,
and
having
dental
issues,
he
always
approaches
your
clinic
without
2nd
options.
And
we
are
really
happy
with
your
service,
no
doubt
about
it.
However
i
(his
wife),
had
severe
pain
since
yesterday
due
to
wisdom
tooth,
and
we
having
our
return
flight
2
days
after,
my
husband
went
early
morning
around
7.30am
to
write
the
token
name.
However
we
found
out
on
the
notice
board
on
the
gate
that
token
system
with
name
is
already
stopped
after
the
pandemic,
and
we
have
to
call
after
2pm
for
appointments.
Having
a
flight
back
in
2
days,
and
taking
appointment
for
tomorrow
might
not
work
well.
Hence
my
husband
thought
to
meet
you
in
person
to
explain
the
situation,
however
some
other
male
person
attended
the
calling
bell
from
your
house.
My
husband
explained
the
situation,
that
we
would
like
to
see
the
doctor
in
the
morning
hours
if
possible
due
to
that
fact
that
we
had
to
leave
back
soon
in
2
days.
The
response
we
got
was
not
a
good
experience.
Questions
and
statements
such
as
“don’t
you
have
maturity
to
understand
what
is
written
on
the
notice
board?
If
you
are
working
in
dubai,
everything
needs
to
be
done
as
per
your
wish?
What
were
your
wife
doing
all
these
days
not
telling
about
the
pain,
she
only
got
it
yesterday?
These
are
their
problems,
they
will
do
all
other
things
they
want,
and
finally
open
about
these
pains
in
the
last
moment”.
Dear
doctor,
this
is
not
what
we
as
patients
expect
from
a
clinic,
especially
when
the
case
is
a
bit
critical
with
pain.
We
are
sorry
to
post
review
on
this,
however
we
are
deeply
disappointed
with
the
comments
we
received
from
that
person.
We
hope
this
does
not
happen
to
any
other
patients
who
come
for
an
emergency
situation.
