Keerty chechy you are such a gem of a person. Have no words how beautiful collections they have. The moment they start showing I need to tell them to stop because i was confused which one to pick. Went to DC Jewellers on recommendations from a friend. Putting my honest opinion here. We went to purchase some jewellery, and I am pretty sure that the shop has got good collections but unfortunately we couldn’t explore much of it as the salesman who was with us was being too chatty and was sugar coating his words. I felt like he was asking too much personal questions and was being over friendly and trying to make us purchase jewellery. It was out of our comfort zone and we had to leave the place just because of the fake behaviour from the salesman. If the concerned person in charge of the jewellery shop is seeing this review, I sincerely request you to instruct your staffs to behave professionally and not to dig too deep into our personal matters and not to sugar coat things. Just because of staffs like them we don’t feel comfortable to be there and to explore much. Hoping you would look into this matter.

I recently purchased gold jewellery from DC Jewellers and I thought to share my review about the products.The designs of the nagas jewellery was exquisite and all the pieces were elegant and displayed intricate patterns.All the bangles was unique and eye catching. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service too.

I was there to pickup an item which was preordered, I was expecting item will be ready , once I was there and presented the bill they were asking details of the item . They were asking how to engrave the name and all . They made me wait 45 minutes to 1 hour. Staff talking nicely but i don’t want the sweet talk , my expectation was my work should have done as said. They should value the customer time.

I had an amazing experience at DC Jewellers, and I can't praise Rayju chetan, Keerthi chechi and the entire DC team enough! I was initially confused with DC for my wedding jewellery purchase as I have to travel with my whole family from Trivandrum to Thrissur for the same. But then, the jewellery designs, customer service and the unbelievable making charges were fair enough to say a big YES to DC for the same. What truly made my visit exceptional was the assistance I received from Rayju chetan. He was so kind and patient in understanding all my needs and was smart enough to craft all the designs in my mind exclusively for myself. I left the store with great confidence that I made a right choice with DC.
