Pure vegetarian restaurant. One of the good restaurants in ottapalam. They have been serving here for more than 10 years. Even though it is located inside a building which isn't visible from the roads directly, many people know this place and visit here. The food served was tasty and the coffee was superb.

It's the new renovated Sreelakshmi Veg Hotel. Food and service is really good. But should consider about bee problem. Underground free parking is available.

Hotel sreelakshmi is situated opposite to ottapalam bus stand. It is in the first floor. There are two entrances to the hotel. There is ample car parking space behind the hotel. We went for lunch. Had meals and chappathi. Meals is simply awesome. Chappathi was made with atta and is good, but they have only kuruma as curry with chappathi which is just ok. All waiters are of good behavior. We bought ela ada parcel which was damn tasty. In other hotels,adas have less filling, but this one is totally filled with lipsmacking filling.😍 We were so happy that day that on our return journey the next day we had breakfast from the same hotel. Had masala dosa, roast, idiyappam pazhampori and sughiyan. Dosas are really tasty. Idiyappam was hot and tasted good with kadala curry and stew. Pazhampori was good. But the highlight was sughiyan. Sughiyan was insanely tasty that we bought 10 sughiyans parcel. The best thing about this hotel is that they serve everything in banana leaf. Price wise its normal. Not that expensive. It's a must try for people traveling through this route.

This is an excellent place in ottapallam. I had sambar wada and coffee. The sambar and chutney were very fresh and the coffee was out of this world

The food was delicious! The service was quick even though it was a busy time. There were plenty of menu options that were not restricted to a specific time (like Dosas available for lunch and not only for breakfast). Would definitely visit again!

This is an almost 40 year old hotel with kerala delicacies, we have been visiting this hotel since childhood. Food tastes really great. At some point we feel hygiene has been compromised. It has a parking area. People who have difficulty in climbing stares please stay away, you are required to climb some stares before reaching the hotel. No deserts available.

Yes, masala for poori was watery, chutney/sambar was very very less quantity. Note - hotel is divided into AC and Non AC. Sitting and eating inside the AC section is roughly higher by 2 rs per food item.

New sreelakshmi is super. We are having very much nostalgic memories about hotel sreelakshmi. Olden days parking was the big issue now that headache is over because we have so much of parking place. Food also super tasty as previous, anyway favorite place in OTP is hotel sreelakshmi 😍

Excellent, best place for vegiterian food.Ghee roast, masala dosa are the highlights. Update after 2 year. The taste is still the same and i can say this is one of the best veg hotels for breakfast in palakkad and Thrissur area.The early morning break fast from here is diffent experience. Dont expect any fancy menu or ambeince here.
