A highly recommended place , today is my second visit with my whole family and received great service as always. very professional place with excellent customer service. Had taken the full body check up package and was all done without much delay. Whole staffs including the admins, nurses and doctors were awesome. Special thanks going out to Ms.Anitha and the whole admin team for excellent coordination and taking care of the customer needs specially. Also Dr. Pauli was very down to earth and answer all questions and concerns.

The service was excellent. All of the staff members display good behavior, especially the patient care staff members. All tests are coordinated smoothly by them. It helps to complete the entire process quickly. The overall experience was very good.

A fantastic mediclinic with experience doctors and well behaved staffs. I had an appointment for my wife for master health check up and the time of reporting the clinic was at 7.30AM. Since we reported, till end of the session, the entire routing was perfectly and efficiently guided by the staff. No hiccups and no hindrance.

Easily recognisable from heavy traffic. Underground parking facility available but only for staff vehicles. You can park your vehicles in front of the building which is not enough for customers.

Fantastic service. Did a full body check up for mom and me. The process was extremely easy and fast and the there was a person available throughout to help with any questions we had. Tests were thorough and mostly painless. Doctor was also very pleasant and explained findings in detail. After renovation, it is beautiful and the staff are very cordial, especially Anitha. Almost all types of tests are available and the atmosphere is very much soothing. If a canteen facility is also available, then it will be well and good. Overall for health check up, I prefer this clinic

They took special care of my aged parents, even made arrangements for their breakfast too as we went there at around 7.30 am. Dr. Pauly was so nice to us that he explained the test results in detail. I have visited this lab 1st time and experienced very poor service. They are not meeting their commitments. They have to get test results from other centre and nobody takes responsible for that.

Had to call them multiple times to send an rt-pcr report. Took the test day before and i still didnt receive it. Everytime i call them they keep telling that they will send it to me. Still havent received the report. Staff seem to be least bothered. Worst experience ever.
