Being
a
reputed
hospital
I
never
expected
this
much
irresponsibility
from
their
side.
Their
reception
and
customer
care
are
very
much
unreliable,
they
are
not
sure
about
anything
happening
at
the
hospital.
Today
I
called
them
to
get
an
appointment
with
a
specific
doctor
and
they
told
me
to
come
as
the
doctor
will
be
available
till
evening,
I
reached
there,
paid
the
consultation
fee
of
rupees
200
and
went
to
meet
the
doctor.
I
waited
there
for
10
to
15
min
and
nobody
was
there
to
attend.
I
checked
for
the
respective
physician
and
another
doc
came
saying
that
she
is
on
leave
today.
Then,
from
there
I
called
the
hospital
again
asking
for
this
doctor's
appointment
and
again
they
told
me
to
come
to
the
hospital
to
meet
here.
I
walked
back
to
the
reception
to
report
this
matter.
As
an
answer
to
this,
they
returned
the
money
and
told
me
that
they
are
not
sure
which
all
doctors
are
there
and
not.
I
travelled
to
the
hospital
believing
their
words
and
who
will
take
responsibility
for
the
time
and
effort
I
wasted
on
their
immature
behaviour?
How
can
they
call
themselves
admins
if
they
are
not
aware
of
the
activities
happening
there?
whose
responsibility
is
it
to
check
if
a
doctor
is
on
leave
or
not
and
report
it
to
the
patient?
This
is
not
the
first
time
I
am
facing
the
identical
issue,
Once
I
asked
for
a
particular
doctor
and
they
told
me
they
don't
have
a
doctor
with
that
name
when
my
mother
is
under
his
medication
for
more
than
1
month.
