I am putting this photo here to covey a message to management regarding an incident happened to my son - 4 year old who has slipped and fell on the towel which is put in front of emergency during this rainy time. Emergency means they wont time to look down whether it is floor mat or towel. After mentioning it to staff who is sitting at counter and a person who is managing emergency area their attitude was not even to tell an appology. Please take immediate corrective action so that it will help people in future

Great experience ,I Stayed here for a pregnancy treatment . The rooms were very clean and Over all Excellent service. The one thing which i would highlight that had an excellent doctor support and nursing assistance. Dr. Lakshmi and Dr Sherly given us a an excellent support which is more than my expectation. We came to the hospital 🏥 for a short surgical procedure for my cousin. Overall we received a good experience from the hospital team and special thanks to doctors, nursing team and house keeping team. Medical & nursing team - excellent Administration and insurance - above average Food and nutrition- excellent House keeping- excellent Maintenance- below average

Being a reputed hospital I never expected this much irresponsibility from their side. Their reception and customer care are very much unreliable, they are not sure about anything happening at the hospital. Today I called them to get an appointment with a specific doctor and they told me to come as the doctor will be available till evening, I reached there, paid the consultation fee of rupees 200 and went to meet the doctor. I waited there for 10 to 15 min and nobody was there to attend. I checked for the respective physician and another doc came saying that she is on leave today. Then, from there I called the hospital again asking for this doctor's appointment and again they told me to come to the hospital to meet here. I walked back to the reception to report this matter. As an answer to this, they returned the money and told me that they are not sure which all doctors are there and not. I travelled to the hospital believing their words and who will take responsibility for the time and effort I wasted on their immature behaviour? How can they call themselves admins if they are not aware of the activities happening there? whose responsibility is it to check if a doctor is on leave or not and report it to the patient? This is not the first time I am facing the identical issue, Once I asked for a particular doctor and they told me they don't have a doctor with that name when my mother is under his medication for more than 1 month.

TLDR: Hospital and staff good, but bad insurance support. My kid was admitted to this hospital in March/2022. On the cashless claim raised from the hospital, the insurer wrongly deducted 50% of room rent which has prorated impact on every billed item. On pointing this out, Welcare insurance staff does not make any attempt to even raise a query with the insurer. They happily tells, since it is corporate insurance, you have to contact the insurer directly after discharge. Even more disappointing, on their own, started giving random reasons like low premium justifying 50% room rent deduction by the insurer. I have had cashless admission with hospitals of similar nature (e.g. EMC/Renai/Aster). But the difference is that in those hospitals, incase of deductions, they make a real attempt to help us with more documentation from their side. To be clear, I am not expecting the Welcare insurance staff to know every aspect of corporate insurance policy. It would be unfair of me to do that. I am only pointing out the lack of willingness to help and their welcare's lack of experience with corporate insurers. In my case the deduction was small around 3k. After discharge, I contacted the insurer from my end, who refunded my money. Why still I noted this here, be careful if you have cashless corporate insurance.

I was admitted in the new Welcare Hospital for an emergency Appendectomy surgery under Dr.Shaheem on 23rd June,2021. I really appreciate the support and care provided by each one of them in the hospital with their exemplary services.They took great care of me as I was really panicked in that situation. The treatment is very good with the whole new amenities, infrastructure in the new building. The room was spacious and well maintained. I would like to thank each one including all doctors, nurses, admin team, insurance team and all support staffs for making my hospital days without any worries. Kudos to the management, doctors and nursing staff for their commitment towards the care they provide for each patients in an effective way. All the best wishes for the entire team.

I highly recommend urologist Dr. Dinesh for circumcisions. Rooms are nice (you need to bring bar soap and your own towels though). They take you from the room to the operating theater on beds, no walking required.

Newly renovated hospital with advanced facilities. Almost all departments are available including scanning. Rooms are clean and very good support from the staffs. Also supporting staffs are available to help patients. Facilities are good but little expensive.

Marvelous. I was very impressed in their service, polite and helpful staff and professionalism. They have done up-gradation not just in the infrastructure, in their service too. I went there for my Covid 19 vaccination and Got proper guidance when I entered the hospital. Clear information from Reception and good care from the staff. I visited this hospital on 28th July when i had wheezing which lead to breathing trouble. The hospital has modern equipments, good environment and they take very good care about the hygiene. 5 star rating because of their service. Their service is outstanding. Each and every staff was really caring and they made sure that we had all what we wanted. I would like to specially appreciate *Bitty Biju* (MSW Intern) who showed an outstanding care and empathy. She guided me from the starting till the end with valuable suggestions and guidance. I also noticed that she is quick and always approachable/reached to patients. Bitty Bijushowed a great example of good nurse.

Super clean hospital and rooms. All doctors, nurses and support staff are super helpful and friendly. Been here quite a few times for various reasons and never had any issues. The canteen is very good too. Good and healthy food on time can be delivered to the rooms or can be available in the canteen premises.

Doctors and nurses are good and very supportive. Parking, canteen and cleaning staff and their attitude was too adamant. I personally experienced this so I will not prefer this hospital for any procedure, operations etc. If we are admitted in this hospital for a operation or procedure etc we will struggle a lot for food and etc.

My daughter had her two children’s delivery here and it went smoothly. We had a suite room in the new hospital and as a bystander the experience was very good. The food and accommodation are super and comfortable. The staff and doctors are friendly, and helped me to be calm during the entire process. Dr. Shirley and Dr. Lakshmi from the gynecology department and Dr. Shivaji from Pediatric division were amazing and so helpful. I also did the executive health checkup and the results came very fast.

My relative recently admitted in this hospital. I am referred by a good doctor to this hospital. I had gone through lot of negative reviews about this hospital. I wil tel the positives and negatives about this hospital: Postives 1. New building and every thing clean, good rooms 2. Good doctors especially gynac section 3. Good nursing 4. Cleaning going on at regular intervals 5. Good parking space Negatives 1. Lot of PRO and other staff waiting the lobby to guide u which is more than doctors and nurses. One lady PRO u can see lot of negatives about this staff in the reviews. It's a rgt thing. When u go to her u will feel like she is helping u but in fact No. I m not mentioning her name. 2. PRO don't even knw when RTPCR is done there is no requirement of anitigen test. They will tell it should be done bz they want money only. That lady PRO informed to do anitigen test even though I m having RTPCR report 3.They don't even informing the patient that food fr patient is a package. 4. WHEN U R TAKING CASHLESS FACILITY IN THIS HOSPITAL BE CAREFUL. They will take advance at the time of admission but when u discharge evenafter cashless facility got approved they will not give the balance amount they will say that as and when is received from insurance company they will refund to your account. It's not the right thing. As and when insurance amount is approved, insurance company will pay directly to hospital, there is no role as a patient for us in this. Hospital authority has to compulsory repay the advance amount as and when u r getting discharged. If they are sayy this give complaint immediately.

It was a nightmare that Wednesday Eve as my dear mom had a cardiac arrest n we were heading to medical trust but she was collapsing n we were near welcare hospital so we drove in n now I thank God for making that sudden decision...By the time she was in welcare we had almost lost her n doctors were also out of hope..but then they are archangels..n they did miracle they saved my dear mom n now she's with us so bright and lively... doctors n hospital staffs really supported us....heart full thanks to all of you...no words can describe my gratitude to each one of you...keep going dear life savers...

My wife and I visited Dr. Shirley John starting in the month of March 2021 in relation to her pregnancy... From the first visit we knew we were being looked after in a very professional and caring manner.. And we were confident that we had met the right person to oversee this pregnancy. Dr. Shirley and Dr. Lakshmi who work as a wonderful team saw us regularly.. And at each appointment gave us adequate time for our consultation.. examination and clearing of doubts..which was very reassuring for both of us.. As the time approached for the delivery.. We were seen at more regular intervals and my wife was reassured each time with the needed motherly encouragement.. Her delivery was two days prior to the scheduled date.. When she developed sudden cramps in her abdomen.. Dr. Shirley came on sudden notice at 1 am in the night despite the heavy rains...and stayed with us till the completion of labour in the morning.. Which was completed by Dr. Shirley and Dr. Lakshmi as a normal delivery avoiding a C Section and unwanted hospital time.. We are thankfuk to the entire OBG team and para medical staff at Welcare hospital for making our entire experience a joyful and pleasant one..

I had to rush to the emergency with my daughter who is 1yr 10months old on Monday (Aug 30)early morning hours (1.00 AM) , with my daughter having a seizure due to high fever. The Causality staff did an excellent job in reviving her.The management staff at that time took extreme care in making us parents comfortable and consoled us when needed.Thank you guys for that. The Entire Pediatric team did a great job in treating her with extreme patience as she was a trauma queen.Kudos and thanks to the entire Pediatric team .The care given to her in PICU and in the room is commendable. Hospital management have taken extra efforts in keeping the rooms clean and hygenic which should receive extra applause. Since the hospital is equipped with an excellent medical team, they ruled out the complications from seizure by taking expert opinion of Doctor's from various departments. Thanking the Medical and Non Medical staffs for getting my daughter back healthy.

New building and facilities. But it seems understaffed. I had to run from one desk to another for making payment for lab tests. Routine blood test took more than 2 and half hours. This kind of misorganisation and delay happened earlier also. I had to wait more than 40 minutes outside the CT room, with a patient on a wheelchair, as there was none to attend even if the CT room was vacant. We go there because of some good doctors. Hope the system will get better soon

My mother Kusumakumari was admitted in welcare hospital for the treatment of covid . Mathew doctor was treating her. We got good treatment there . Today we are back to our home. Hospital is really good .. doctor was excellent and kind. I must say thanks to our nurses there. They were real angels .. from doctors to cleaning staff were good to us. The lady in billing is very professional in her approach. Special thanks to her. As a patient if we made any mistake please forgive us.

This is a review which is long overdue because of my laziness. I booked for an executive checkup at welcare few months back and it was a very good experience. Ms. Krishna escorted me all the time and she facilitated the tests on high priority. The equipments were all modern and new, the staff were well trained and knowledgeable. I am posting a positive review since I was happy with the staff and how they fast tracked the tests, and a special thanks to Ms. Krishna for her service.

Pros: Very aesthetic ans clean after renovation. Very courteous staff. The non-medical staff are very professional and quick. I happened to visit 2 specialists and had taken my relatives 4 times for emergency treatment and for specialist treatment. The doctors are very very good. High end professionals. Very clean and hygenic. Very democratic prices. They accept most insurance providers. Cons : Parking is a bit "tight" The catering guys need to improve their act. Not expecting gourmet food at a hospital - but the "canteen" is disappointing.

I never felt that I'm talking with a doctor from my day 1 check up. The most caring doctor she is. When many doctors weren't ready and wasn't patience enough to explain things that I was going through in my pregnancy Dr. Shirley John explained us each report and test that was taken in layman's term and helped me to deliver a healthy baby girl. She is expert in handling complex pregnancy issues. And Dr. Lakshmi always gives a feel of elder sister, she never missed to call me as sweet heart which always encouraged me go according to doctors advice and made me more comfortable to move with them. The new Welcare Hospital is nothing like the old Welcare Hospital. The treatment and facilities have gone up a notch. However it is the staff attitude and service that is the real change. Excellent experience, a well maintained neat and tidy hospital. Well experienced Doctors and nurses, their help and support are remarkable. This is the second time that we are being here for emergency support. The behaviour and helping mentality of staffs are really great. Especially we are really thankful to Ms Rispa (Medical social worker), both the time when we are at the hospital, she made everything hassle free for us. First time when we are here for post covid treatment. On that tough time she arranged everything and supported until discharge. Dr. Shaheem - His way of talk and explaining the details are really helpful for us. As a well experienced young surgeon, his support was amazing. Visited here for covid vaccination. Clean and hygiene surrounding with good staff support. Sufficient parking space available for two wheelers and 4 wheelers.

Trwatment, nursing etc., all excellent. But the discharge process could be much better. There is a lot of coordination issues between departments. First there was some IT issue whereby we waited almost 2 hours for resolution. Then we had to wait for the medicines to be supplied during discharge. Again it was detected to be a coordination issue. Please get the process flow audited.

Our mother was recently admitted for cardiac care. She was made to feel very comfortable. She didn't have insurance. The staff took our concerns into account and did not burden us unnecessarily.

The services provided by the hospital are good. Doctors are very helpful and explain everything in detail. The overall atmosphere of the hospital is very good. Rooms are comfortable. However I would like to mention some points for consideration. There ought to be more transparency in ordering medicine for patients admitted. I had very bad experience while my mother was admitted. Without seeing whether the medicine is available the staff go on ordering it again and again resulting in accumulation of the same. Also the bills for the medicine is not brought to know the amount of the bill. At the time of discharge some amount is mentioned in the total bill as medicine charges which in no way tallies with the bills available. I would suggest that the medicine may be delivered to the patient under signature. Also order medicine only after checking whether the medicine is available with the patient. Also, I shall suggest a little improvement in the nursing care. Though they are very cooperative some times there is delay in giving medicines. Lastly, the canteen service needs much improvement by way of variety of food served.

We came here for my annual checkup being arranged my company. Over all experience was very good. The lady one who guided us was very cooperative and helpful. Most of the doctors service was also good. Service at the restaurant was average but food was just above average.

One of the worst experience of our life...! We were here for delivery in Jan. 2024. The Doctor we were consulting switched to Welcare, so we came here... The nurses and the billing, reception staffs are totally confused and unaware of their job & responsibility. Lift service is pathetic! The reception staff is not aware of the tests that are conducted in their own hospital. They start at 9 am without even initialising the swapping machine. Seems, they just want to make money asap for the undergoing renovation. As even after complaining to Doctor and feedback department, there was no improvement. The only good thing is the Ruchiyara restaurant. Clean and nice food.

Excellent service! Doctors, Nursing staff, every other supporting staff of the hospital - all are very quick and responsive. Doctors are giving good care/consideration to the patient. They show that patience and keenness in listening to our issues. Also, we neednt wait long at reception, or for meeting a doctor or at the pharmacy. The whole system is quick and well organized. The hospital is also very neat and tidy. We are highly satisfied with the hospitality, services and facilities provided at Welcare.
