Totally miss managed hospital, I came to give blood for fasting sugar and thereafter ultrasound scan which also should be taken at empty stomach they said....now time is 5:30 PM and I'm still waiting outside the scanning room starving without having food and water from morning.... I told the nurse my situation that I'm feeling dizzy and exhausted without food no one cares....this hospital is worse that govt hospital.... Better to get treated at govt hospital for these kind of paid service.

Not a well mangaed hospital. When we visited they were eager to know whether we have insurance . They were not caring about the patients condition. They repeatedly asked whether we are ready to claim our insurance

Lisie isn't just a hospital, it's indeed a temple who go there for healing! The doctors are wonderful, very knowledgeable, sincere and always act sensibly. I've personally consulted doctors there, and have taken many of my known ones, including my Mother to there for treatment. Yes, the hospital is a little crowded, and, it's just because they've that much of patients waiting everywhere in the premises to consult doctors and undergo various treatments... We must obviously and happily acknowledge that the consultation fee, various test charges and treatment cost are very well below the "standards" at which other similar hospitals charge us. To add, Lisie is one of the oldest hospitals, though they have upgraded the infrastructure very well, still there are certain remains of the old buildings and some inconveniences due to the same, which the hospital authorities and staff try to hedge to their best, yet we'll have to 'manage' and bear. The Nuns there also work with a practical sense, and behave very matured, gives us an absolute feel of care. The canteen is also very good, they serve abundant food at very bearable rates. You've take token from the counter outside, which is a menace. sometimes. Anyway, we aren't there to fine dine, use nearby restaurants for that. Overall, the hospital is an abode for those who ail and want to heal!

Good hospital, but extremely poor experience reaching. Literally no parking facility. They have one small robo parking building, but it is 90% of the time full. If you ask them where to park they tell to park in road or anywhere else. They do not make any provisions for parking. If you want, you have to park at your 0wn risk in roadside where there is chance to get ticketed and fined by police. It's like the patient has to take all this risk and unpleasantness to park and go to this hospital. As such it's not worty going here. Why should you go here, while there are equivalent or even better hospitals in Ernakulam where you get better hospitality and parking facilities so that you can go to the hospital. In Lisie, they do not bother about giving patients parking and all. Very poor oversight by the management.

I regret going to this hospital assuming that this being an old and famous hospital would be the best place for my family . The staff needs major lessons in empathy and compassion. Any hospital you go, you see mostly caring nurses and very few careless and pathetic staffs. Here it is the reverse. Very little good staff. Most of the admin and nurses work with a govt hospital attitude. Make you run around to different places and sections to pay different types of fees and bills. I think they assume that we know everything and hence are very rude when we ask for clarifications. And its not as if their charges are lesser. The gave the dates for a surgery and asked us to visit a day before to get admitted and when we visited , they said they did not have rooms and WE should have booked in advance(Never heard this in any other hospital). Had to wait till evening in the lobby during this pandemic time to get a room. We visited twice before the surgery and none of the test of reports conducted were handed to us .They said the reports will be sent to the doctor's computer and hard copy will be available next time. Close to Rs.15000 of tests done without the reports in hand ensured we did not go anywhere else. Some other money making techniques and lack of concern's list is long and hence avoiding mentioning here. The best and the only great service was provided in the robotic parking lot by a young man, on the first visit.I wish the rest of the staff was half as sensible and courteous as that guy. Since anyway you are paying a good amount, go pay somewhere else which gives a better service. STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

hi , my aunty got admitted due to corona and heart block 9 days back . Couple of days back, they tested corona and result was negative . While starting day she was suffering for food ,water etc.. Hospital staff already told to aunties family they will take care of her no need of anything from outside and they were not supposed to see so they left that day itself . We are staying at alappuzha so its not that much easy to travel during this pandemic days. All 9 days we used to call staff , PRO to ask about my aunty . she was not able to eat food due to this fever and she was alone in one room and per room amount was quite high. While the time of admitting we were not knowing she was having corona and we admitted due to her heart block issue so we thought lissie hospital is best for cardio department. Once she recover from corona atleast they have to move her to small charge room but they are telling they can move her after 2 days as in her body sodium is less but i can't understand how they are relating room and sodium in her body . we are not discharging our aunty from hosiptal ,We are just requesting to move small amount room . They can treat her in that room also . Corona is recovered but heart block treatment not yet started . I know its not easy job all are having fear of corona but its your duty to take care of patient .

One of the best hospitals in ernakulam city. It is also one of the oldest hospital in the area.Easily accessible from every part of the city. Usually crowded all the time. The parking is little bit tough. The parking spaces are full most time.

It was a bad experience. I went there for blood donation. I have done 13 blood donations before this and didn't write a review about any of those hospitals. But I'm writing it here, because i dont want anyone who's donating blood for the first time to feel like this is how blood donation works. What i observed is it's heavily understaffed. There were only two beds for donation in such a big hospital in the city. Usually the whole process completes in 30-45 minutes in normal hospitals. Here it took 3 hours. I'm not blaming the nurses there. They are doing a fine work. The nurse in reception is the same woman who took the sample from me for testing and then who took the blood from me as well. And she has to manage every other donor too. I'm saluting that nurse and a 👎 for the management. The hospital should provide more staff and bed in this area. If a person is donating his first time here, he's going to get the image that it's a half-day process. It's already hard to get donors, please don't discourage those who wants to.

Had a good treatment experience from here during the hospitalization. good behaving doctors, nurses and the other staff. They all made the treatment so good and had a peace of mind. the hospital was good in all the aspects like in quality of treatment and in monitory ways also. The op side is so crowded and has many formalities, it can be understood as there are many services available in minimum rates. But the admitted patient side is so calm and peaceful. overall good treatment. they assure everything will be in a good way and management staff do ensure everything is going good.

The hospital is extremely poorly managed - you can expect to wait 3+ hours even after getting a token number <10. Also has no parking facility and rude staff. Roads near the hospital are constantly congested because of hospital visitors parking on both sides. A building as big as Lisie should have followed KBR and built adequate parking spots. Law violation is not cool.

I was waiting outside the emergency room as my daughter was admitted for food poisoning. This area is an open space, also near to the garden. A lot of mosquitoes are here and I couldn't bear the mosquitoe bites. My plea to Lissy hospital owner is that please make this waiting area closed and save us from mosquitoes to avoid a lot of diseases due to mosquito bites. Thank you.

Lisie Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Kochi for its service. The Lisie heart Institute is a major Interventional cardiology cardiothoriac center. Lots of cardiac procedures and cardiac surgeryies have been completed here.It is located near Kaloor, Kochi. Archdiocese odd Ernakulam manages this hospital. The hospital has many departments like Anaesthesia, Cardiac Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Dentistry, Dermatology, Diabetology etc. There are few educational institutions within the hospital. The building is clean and surrounding is ambient. The emergency ward is also good. Good security service here.

Our son was born on the 19th of July with congenital diaphragmatic hernia which affected the development and proper functioning of his internal organs. The condition was already discovered during 5th month of pregnancy and the delivery was scheduled at Lisie Hospital, Ernakulam. Right after the birth of our son he underwent the surgery on july 20th to rectify the diaphragmatic hernia and the surgery was successful. The weeks that followed were one of the hardest times of our lives, as our son’s health deteriorated and improved, on and off. There was a point when, all hope was lost and the only hope infront of us was the Real Living God Jesus Christ (Mathew 16(16) to bring our baby back to life.. We had got the best & extra ordinary support from the doctors and nurses at Lisie hospital during these hard times. Today, after almost two months of being in the neonatal care unit, our son shifted to our room today as his health has improved beyond our imagination. My family would like to express our gratitude towards all the doctors and nurses that played an active role in the recovery of our son. Thank you Dr. Tonny Paul Mampilly Sir(HOD - Paediatrics & Neonatology) for your expertise, your faith, for going over and beyond to help our son and for praying & for checking in on him even on Sundays during your off-duty hours. Thank you Dr. Misha Raju Madam(Paediatrics & Neonatology) for all your assistance & support to makes us comfort during our hard times. The treatment and care shown towards our son by both of you gave us the confidence that he was in the best hands. We felt like you will take care of him as if he were your own family. Since our Son's kidneys got failed he has to went through dialysis within the days of his existence which was a risk taking measure.. It also went smooth under the expert guidance of Dr. Babu Francis Sir(HOD - Senior Consultant, Nephrology)which was a great success. We also thank Dr. Joy J. Mampally (HOD - Senior General Surgeon, General Surgery) and his colleagues Dr. Sachin Thomas & Dr. Aswin K. K for making our babys hernia surgery smooth & success and Dr. Edwin Francis(HOD Senior Consultant, Paediatric Cardiology) for their expert assistance in the treatment of cardiac related issues of our son. Also Thanking Dr. Lijesh Kumar HOD & Senior Consultant Endovascular & Interventional Radiology for his great support for making our babys dialysis smooth & successful... Heavenly angels at the Lisie hospital NICU were able to provide our son, the comfort needed for his recovery and there were times we were touched to see that they cared for our son as if he were their own child. The love and care shown towards our baby by the heavenly angels of NICU was beyond our expectations & imagination and we want to thank Naiji (Nurse in charge - NICU) and the team of nurses; Shyna, Arya, Shamna, Bincy John, Dila, Reenu, Bincy Paul, Jismi, Stephy, Sruthy, Chitra, Sneha, Ashna, Sona, Rubeena, Binu. We truly saw the anguish they felt for our son as he fought for his life under their watchful, loving observation. We saw joy in their faces as our son started to make progress. This battle was one amongst the advance of science, human capabilities and that of spiritual blessing. A Higher power played a huge role in the miraculous recovery of our son and we would like to thank Rev. Sr Tessy (Nurses Manager), for being present by our son’s side with her prayers and Rev Fr Antony Paravely, the Spiritual Director at Lisie for baptising our son in his fragile state. Their undeterred faith, spiritual guidance and prayer support during these past 2 months gave our family the strength to face theith the endless blessing of Our Almighty Lord Jesus Christ, our son is now healthy. Words are not enough to express our heart felt gratitude towards the highly skilled team of doctors and nurses at Lisie Hospital. We wish the team at Lisie the very best to continue their efforts to help little children like our son and their families. With Immense Love & Thanks, Kapil Joyce Antony Moby Kapil Rosamystica Kapil & Our Little Ouseph

Kerala No 1 heart surgery hospital. The Mar Augustine Kandathil Memorial Lisie Hospital is a hospital near Kaloor, in Kochi, India, noted for its service to the poor. It was founded in memory of Mar Augustine Kandathil, shortly after his demise, according to his original vision and plans, in 1957, as a token of his devotion to St. Thérèse de Lisieux. Lisie hospital, founded in 1956, as a charitable institution, is the living expression of the apostolic concern and social responsibility of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly. The hospital, as the premier project of Lisie Medical Institutions, a registered charitable organization, is owned and managed by the Archdiocese. It is situated in the heart of the City of Kochi.

Had a good experience with the consultation but the hospital's lobby and hallways near the doc's rooms are really overcrowded it's hard to navigate through it.... also chairs where all occupied there was a number of people standing across the hallway would have had a more better experience if there's was more space and seating arrangements. Also parking 🅿️ facility really is a big issue it's hard to find a parking space.

My daughter, while she was just 4 days old was admitted to Lisie hospital due to congenital heart disease. Her life was in danger and we were in a troubled situation. Dr. Edwin Francis, Dr. Sunil G.S and their entire team interfered as messengers of God and gave us proper guidance, and comfort. Miss Jitha the Hridyam Coordinator assisted us to get the government scheme. We were totally convinced and satisfied by their timely intervention. Two major surgeries had been done within 6 months and the child is leading normal life so far. Thank you Lisie hospital and the concerned department.

We had prior booking for a procedure here. We were made to wait for 11 hours to get a room inspite of advance booking. Clearly due to mismanagement of things there. No social distancing followed. Full crowd in the lobby where we were made to sit . A govt hospital has better empathy to patients and even service. It does not matter much if the doctors are good when the service itself is pathetic. There were a few elderly patients too who had to face this delay. The admin has given a dumb reason that previous patients have not vacated after discharge and hence the delay. This hospital is very old and if that is the reason they provide and wash their hands , you can understand the poor management. You are anyway paying a good amount ,so better pay it somewhere else where you can get better service. I do no think I will be visiting this hospital again. AVOID for admissions.

I had the opportunity to be a bystander for 4 days in Lisie Hospital, Kochi. After many years, I had the feel of being in a Missionary Hospital(I am used to Isabella Hospital, Chennai), where giving love, care and compassion to patients was the priority. The doctors, nurses and administrative staff were so nice, you feel as though you're getting treated at home. Most importantly, the cost of treatment is affordable and the method of treatment is better than the so called corporate hospitals.

Worst experience with respect to insurance support. Not ready to share documents over email. Always expect patient or relatives to come to the hospital to collect documents for insurance. They were also not ready to share inputs with insurance providers. These secondary functions are expected to be supported by top level hospitals. I have done similar insurance claims from other hospitals in ernakulam without visiting them post discharge. So in case you are claiming insurance, better go with a different hospital.

I received treatment for my Nasopharyngeal Cancer over seven weeks. I want to thank Dr. Arunlal for his profound experience and professionalism. I've felt and still feel that he always knows what I will say. He is a super guide. After meeting him every time, I feel sad, wondering why such a doctor doesn't exist in my country. I also want to thank Dr. Shabna for her smooth guidance and easy accessibility. Additionally, I want to thank the full team for their professional behavior and their intentions to help. It's very important to mention the Radiation Oncology department, led by Dr. Arunlal, which has given me the feeling that my cancer is nothing but a normal disease like any other curable disease. All I need to do is follow their protocols, with Allah's willingness. I have confidence in Allah and thank Him for putting the Radiation Oncology department at LCC in my path

I am writing this review wrt recent experience from Lisie Hospital. My mom(she is type II diabetic) had and injury on foot during Sep/23 , there were couple of minor surgeries done in a hospital in our hometown , but the wound was not healed in 2 months . During a visit to Lisie we met Dr. Haseena Begum(General Medicine) , who suggested us to consult Dr.Rontgen Rajkumar (Podiatrist and Diabetic Specialist) . We consulted Dr. Rontgen , after careful examination he gave us an overview of the treatment he planned . Initially he cleaned the wound and gave medicine for 2 weeks and later he did “Debridement” a surgery where he scoop the infected area and do a special podiatric dressing. The good thing is , he will teach patients family members on podiatric dressing (need to do on alternative days) during hospital visits , also share a paper with proper guidelines . The progress after his procedure was very good , the wound healed in 2 months and now mother can walk . Thank you Dr.Rontgen Rajkumar . I wish you all the very best in your carrier and life.

The hospital is nice neat and clean, should have some flexibility in patient and bystanders entry . Should provide 2 bystanders at the least in entry to the doctors room. SHOULD PROVIDE SOAP ON THE TOILET ROOMS. NO SOAP AT ALL IN THE TOILETS DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC PERIOD.

A good hospital with all the facilities required. Now-a-days, rather than going to these specialists hospitals and costly places, I would prefer and recommend this mission hospital to all. Reasons being; - Great Doctors, specially in Cardio & Ortho - Easy accessibility as it is situated in the centre of the city - Low cost compared to other hospitals. If a procedure costs around 2 to 3 lakhs in Lisie hospital will cost around 5 to 6 lakhs in others.

Good Hospital with excellent staff and patient care. The Health-checkup team (Karishma & Vijili) provided clear instructions and was really helpful. We visit the hospital for yearly check ups and always had a pleasant experience. Even my close friends from abroad who visited the hospital for various treatments including surgical procedures had only good things to say about the cost, cleanliness, patient care and care from staff and doctors.

Nice service. First i went to the reception and they give me a token with a number. I go inside with that token. When my number displayed on screen I've done the registration and get another slip for doctor consultation. With that slip i went to another section near registration area. Then i got to the doctor. Give that card to a lady from doctor's room. They call the number and then we can talk to doctor. After get doctor consultation, for buying medicine, first i paid for the medicine at billing and they give a bill of medicine. It also conduct a number. When the number displayed in the front screen of medicine area we can go and take medicines from the staff. They arranged everything very clearly.

Good and Worst at the same time!! It's a Good hospital with good facilities and doctors but "the worst" hospital to work if you have studied hospital administration or any other related courses. The HR department is just toxic and hence the work environment is also toxic. Please if you find yourself seeing a job opening here, unless its for doctors/nurses......Save yourself!!!!

Doctors and treatment is fine. But please note few points. There is very pathetic arrangements for feeding babies. Why they are not providing sufficient space for that??Very congested space , atleast two people can sit . No privacy while someone open the door. Also mix up pediatric cardiology patients with other elder patients at consulting area and echo, ECG etc.As you know pediatrics cardiology patients need more care and there is chance for quick infection. Also please consider babies for ECho and ECG quickly. They taking medicine for sleeping and waiting too long for their turn. Then they will awake mostly when they get chance. Note:I received a message with the hospital's email address for providing information. I had mailed it in the hopes that management would handle it.

LISIE HOSPITAL is the correct example of' HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS'. Just some years before facilities were less. Ofcourse charges were too less. But now LISIE hospital is providing facilities like a corporate hospital. But still charges affordable. A lot of thanks to the administration of the institution. Once my mother was in ICU for three days and gone to heaven. I became astonished when I got the bills. It was only 3600.00 rupees. If it happened in any corporate hospital, the bill would have been above one lakh. Cardiology department (medicine and surgery) is unbelievably super. Because I had done my angiogram in Lisie hospital and corporate hospital . Now gastro department also became very good. The poor cancer patients are waiting for to finish our oncology department soon. Once again thanks to the administration of the LISIE HOSPITAL Institution. Thomas Hospital's I d number. 2189148

Doctors are good and experienced. But nursing care is worst. 95% of the nurses are very careless less committed to their work. They are least bothered on maintaining hygiene. The same scenario overwhelms on every department. Gynecology duty nurses are the worst of all. They are Devil in white. Very careless towards newborn and it's mother. However, The nurse stands with Dr. Rani Paul during June - August 2020 was very humble and gives good attention towards patients.

Reasonably good hospital . Situated in heart of town near to metro and main road . Road to hospital is narrow . parking very difficult. If you are coming alone driving a car its difficult to park . better to hire a taxi .Security just ok a bit rude at times . Good reception . always crowded Staff good. clean premises. Good doctors. waiting time is very high . Appointments don't work well as despite appointments you have to wait for hours . Good treatment . Cheaper when compared to other centers . No cheating for money for sure

Lisie hospital is having one of the best paediatric department, where I consulted Dr. Edwin Francis, Dr. Annu, Dr. Sunil for my Kid. He is having one of the complex heart issue, As of now 2 Surgeries done. Prior to this I have went to Medical trust hospital, but they doesn't have a facility to treat this particular case and they directed me to Lisie Hospital. The cost for the treatment is comparabilly very very cheap with other hospitals such as Amritha, Aster etc. All the nurses there were very friendly and they gives special care to each patients especially paediatric OP. I have spend nearly 18 days at Lisie hospital, the only think that needs to improve is door food delivery, the plates used were un hygenic and all those are breached the disposal date. I would really recommend this hospital for heart related issue, since they are in the top 2 position in India. This hospital is really recomented for middile class, lower class families since the cost is really affordable.

It is managed by the Archdiocese of Ernakulam.[1] Pennsylvaniat is a tertiary referral hospital and one of the largest in Cochin. The Lisie Heart Institute is a major interventional Cardiology and Cardiothoracic centre. It performed nearly 4000 interventional cardiac procedures and cardiac surgeries in 2006. Their team of doctors was reconstituted in 2008 with the joining of Jose Chacko Periappuram as the Head of Cardiac Surgery and Jacob Abraham as the head of Cardiac Anaesthesia. The present team was instrumental in performing the first total arterial bypass surgery on a beating heart and heart transplantation under Dr. Jose Chacko in the state of Kerala.

This hospital have only one positive , it's at heart of the city and access is good . But no parking , waiting time in OP is pathetic even after telephone appointment booking . No respect or good behaviour by hospital staff . Punchuality is below par . Who ever visit this hospital please take one day supplies as you may end up spending the entire day there just for a small consulting . Due to delay comes huge hush and covid protocols goes for a toss ... So please don't bring kids ... If they are not the patients ... they may end up as one after coming here . I had many visits to this hospital and everytime it's the same struggle ( which is getting worse ) and I am not writing this review based on single or corner instance . Please take care .

Great experience as a first timer. My mom was incidentally diagnosed to have an ASD during recent evaluation and consulted Dr. Edwin Francis ( Pediatric Cardiologist). The staffs and Doctors were all very friendly and helpful and they explained the conditions of my mom with us as well as the treatment options. When she was admitted for ASD device closure they ensured that we had a smooth preparation, surgery and follow up. - Hospital rooms were clean with adequate facilities. - As per our request, food was properly delivered to our room on time from the canteen. - Staffs were very kind and helpful. - We had been informed about the medical expenses ( They help for insurance processing also) I thank Ms.Jitha Francis( Cardiology department) from the bottom of my heart. She was always there for any kind of help and assistance also , she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I am so glad that we chose Lisie hospital for my mother and would highly recommend to anyone.

Treatment and service are good. Waiting time is long though. A day is required for normal visit. Fee are reasonable comapre to other private hospitals. One bad thing about this place is, when u visit you have to see reputed docotors only and if they opt for surgery get a second opinion from other hopsital because many dotors/departments opt for surgery first hand and sometimes it is not necessary (from personal experience). The rest is okay and a good place for medical needs.

Happened to visit this hospital as my relative was hospitalized there. Their service was pathetic and room was not clean enough. The nurses attending patient only had serious faces and focused only on job, they didn't even bother anything about the patient's wellbeing. The food plates of patient after eating kept increasing for two days even the lady cleaning didn't bothered to take it away or tell us what to do until I was frustrated and asked the nurse regarding the same, she simply asked me to take it outside and drop it in a bin which will be later collected by them. The best part was they had plenty of doctors, nurses and other staffs with all equipments required to run a decent hospital. If the service was better, this would be the best hospital in Ernakulam

Visited hearing doctors have good knowledge and reputation. Visited on 13th November for my wife's consultation. Had taken appointments, and they took extra 50rupees for a specific time. Even after that, the nurse made us wait 2 hours even though there were walk-in patients. Patient management and staffs/ managers to control and help the patients are not their for raising the concern, clarification and delay. Even for consulting the same doctor same day after the test result are collected, we were kept waiting by nurses for just two to three minutes discussion and medicine prescription. The system needs to be improved by bringing automated token system from most of the money being exploited from patients. A suggestion or complaint box is recommended in the hospital front desk showing to each and every patient visiting . Those who are ready to dedicate the entire day and night here are mostly welcome.

Complaint against Lissie Hospital due to the mishandling and loss of my personal belongings, specifically my clog footwear. The incident occurred during my admission to the hospital under serious health conditions on 30/11/2023, where one of the hospital staff forcefully removed my footwear without adequate explanation, subsequently impacting my ability to pursue further treatments. Upon inquiry, the hospital security informed my father, one and a half days later, that there was no record of my footwear in the storage room of the casualty department. Subsequent searches by my mother yielded the response, "your son's footwear is missing, and we do not consider footwear as personal belongings." This statement, coupled with their assertion that footwear is not regarded as personal property, has added to the distress caused by the loss. Despite persistent efforts, involving multiple inquiries with various departments of Lissie Hospital, I was repeatedly told that my item had been discarded, in adherence to a five-day disposal rule. This lack of consideration for personal belongings, particularly when it contravenes established procedures, is deeply troubling. After numerous attempts, I was granted permission to review the hospital's CCTV footage. Contrary to the hospital's claim that they had handed over the footwear to my father, the footage revealed an irresponsibly placed footwear in front of my father, who was preoccupied with handling payments at the hospital. Importantly, there is no evidence of any official handover, leaving the status of my footwear unresolved. The estimated cost of the missing footwear is between 2,700 to 3,000 rupees. I am seeking either reimbursement for the cost of the lost item or a replacement. Furthermore, the hospital's disregard for established protocols and misinformation provided during this incident necessitates a thorough review of their procedures for handling patients' belongings. I have attempted to address this matter with the hospital's directorate, but regrettably, their response lacked substantive explanation and demonstrated a concerning lack of concern for the incident. I kindly request your intervention to ensure a thorough investigation into this matter. Your assistance in pursuing accountability and preventing such incidents from occurring in the future would be greatly appreciated.

I experienced very rude behavior from the ER nurse when my father was transferred to the ER with suspected heart disease on December 8th. Upon entering the ER, the nurse instructed me to remove my father's footwear. Despite informing her and the receptionist that I didn't know where to place the footwear, she bluntly stated, "We don't have any responsibility; keep it somewhere." I held onto the footwear, and later, they provided a bag. Worried about my father's condition, I attempted to call a relative, but the nurse interrupted numerous times, insisting I leave immediately without considering my situation. Another staff member did the same. I eventually said, "Okay, I am leaving," and she followed me. When I tried to express my understanding and willingness to leave, she threatened to call security. Meanwhile, they were enjoying themselves, laughing and talking loudly with other staff members. Eventually, security arrived and directed me to a waiting area resembling a bus station. I felt treated as a troublemaker and was dismissed with a rude attitude. What adds to the irony is that I had paid an advance of 2000/-. Despite my concern for my father's critical situation, they treated me as if I were an intruder disrupting their comfort zone.
