My friend was admitted for 4 days in Indiana hospital. The hospital staff had taken a proper care of my friend towards her treatment. Even the management is very cooperative towards documentation. Housekeeping staff's are very alert towards their cleaning. Dr's are highly experience. And the treatment was completely satisfying. Hope they maintain their service as they are now.

Best part was getting baby health updates twice a day .. Nicu sisters were seen taking very good care of the babies .. Very neat and clean rooms. Building structure is very good. Even at our first visit we didnt felt any confusions. Canteen food was not good.

Hospital is good, doctors are good and very friendly and understanding. There are so many positives to mention about Indiana. But the absolute annoyance in coming here is the parking. There seems to be least concern for patients/bystanders parking arrangements. Me being a doctor myself have visited the place for many consultations for my sake or my family members sake and still have to keep roaming around to get a parking spot. The security guards don’t even give the least respect when I say that I would leave within an hour. They just want to send you out of the gate. If this is sorted out, it would make a big difference. I don’t mind waiting for the doctor at all as that is the case everywhere (My patients end up waiting for me as well). But this parking issue really screws up with your patience.

Mr. Pratap in the Medical Records Department has given me an exceptional service. By providing me all the relevant documents needed to claim my insurance. He is very professional in his work and keeps up deadlines. Most importantly he knows the pain of the people and responds appropriately to give them the much needed medical records. I recommend that the management must ensure that he gets a promotion so that can ensure that the MRD Team does well at Indiana Hospital. Thank you.

Doctors are excellent, staff is friendly, procedures are fast, everyone is good at their job except for 1 thing.. i think the hospital needs to have ample parking space.. there are not enough parking space for patient parties even there will no parking space for 2 wheelers on a busy day.. please take some action towards it

Visited indiana 4 times .Experience was good. There is no much waiting for doctor consultation compared to other hospitals. Doctors are Experienced and polite except one . Staffs are good. Only one thing which I faced during my fourth visit was, the ENT doctor , Dr. Pallavi was rude to us .based on the reviews on Google i decided to visit her. But it was a bad experience. I don't think doctor should behave arrogant and irritated in front of the patient. Though as a doctor she is good in treating patient problem but not at all polite or friendly as mentioned in the reviews.
