One of the best resorts ever stayed . It's was nearly 8pm when we reached Athirapalli and couldn't find good resorts we also had 15 months baby with us. Even rooms were full here but still they provided us a room in one of their villa type rooms. It was an amazing experience excellent rooms and food cost was also reasonable. The staffs were were kind and readily available. They also help you with baby food. Great experience we enjoyed a lot even my little one had a great time. Must visit highly recommended resort

The location of the hotel is great, with riverfront views and river access, it even has partial view of the Athirapally falls. Facilities are great with a badminton court, children's play area and swimming pool. Rooms are clean, nice and spacious. Staff are courteous and helpful, dinner was served to us in the room itself. Would come again if possible

Really enjoyed the stay with my friends, the staffs are so professional and always welcome with their smiles. Had a great breakfast with good varieties of traditional and continental options. It is so close to the river and can go out to the river from the property itself. Overall enjoyed the place.

The resort is excellent.It's really close to the river. Actually u can see the waterfalls from it's view point! It has an impressive landscaping. Staff were friendly and good food. Value for money...

We visited Casa Rio as a small family group. The resort stands out for its river front view, guest management ( very responsive and courteous staff), clean rooms, good choice of amenities in the available space and ,decent food. In one phrase, a great value for money option!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. Let me start by saying the front desk is very responsive . The rooms are decent and comfortable. The facilities around offer fantastic recreation. The food was ok, vegetarian fare is perfect, non vegetarian needs some tweaking though. All in all we look forward to come back for another destination event.

Really nice place to stay and one can also enjoy the activities on the resort. Rooms and staff were the best. Food can still be improved.

We had a ladies only day out to Casa Rio. Staffs are friendly and we had a good time there. Lunch was also good. The pool is too small and it's not well maintained. As we get access to the river from the resort we could enjoy rest of the time over there.

Except food which was quite pricy for the qty offered and taste was just okay... Everything from rooms to service was quite good. One can have a personal space and ample of space to roam or play around. The location is very near to falls, one can see waterfalls from the pool side of hotel. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here for a day with family, and booked four rooms. The staff are very hospitable and efficient, and the views of the river are stunning. Lunch was excellent, with delicious fish and chicken dishes. But with Casa Rio's highlights come its shortcomings. The resort has poor lighting, looking dark and quiet at night. The pathways have wires and other things sticking out of the ground, so there's a risk of tripping if we don't watch where we're going. Not all the rooms are senior citizen friendly, with winding steps leading up or down to them. The buffet at the dining hall is disappointingly small and limited, which makes breakfast a let down. The pool is pretty but poorly maintained. Overall, Casa Rio has a lot of potential to be great, but for now offers an average experience.

This is an excellent property. Close to the falls. Staff is cordial and helpful. Food can be better. Their proximity to the river side is a highlight.

One of the best properties to stay if you are around this place. Rooms are impeccable, staff is friendly and most important property has only 9 cottages. Property itself has plantations and offers you solace and a peaceful serene view ! Must stay recommendations !

Calm and quite place. Dogs are wandering inside the hotel so be careful. Close to Waterfall. Parking car is a big problem. It's far away from hotel. Snakes are also a problem.

Arrogant behaviour from the manager of Casa rio hotel .Resort is not properly maintained,here and there tiles have been broken and even we got injured due to that broken tile.😡 Rooms are very congested and we couldn’t even breathe there as there was no ventilation at all.Deeply disgusting and suffocating.I Left as early as possible because we just wanted to get out of there because we couldn’t cancel unfortunately due to the fact we came all the way from (City) and by the time we saw the room it was too late to cancel. I even tried with the manager to get a good and spacious room there but his answer was a big no.He doesn’t had a better option there.I stayed in several resorts but this type of an attitude from a manager was for the first time in my life.Definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting.Horrible customer service especially by the man who himself introduced as manager,worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

Nice huge property , clean , and green ...the food is very good , staff is very courteous, nice swimming pool, the hotel has a river access...very nearby to the athirapilly waterfall...

We did a Day Outing for the Springfield Villas residents. The Manager and staff were very accommodative. The finest take away is the lazing about in the river flowing like a stream adjacent to the property ! The chef & his team needs a special kudos for some great food !

After a long drive from Ooty we reached after sunset. We were received well by George and given best rooms as asked. Nice to have 2 washrooms in one room. Room service needs improvement . One portion of Anthrappaly falls can be seen from back side . This is good

If you come here, you're definitely going to love it. Great place and it's close to the falls as well. The river is right next door to boot. Food is great especially if you enjoy non vegetarian food. Staff is friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. But given the location you'd probably not end up spending much time in the room.

One of the best resorts you must stay. Rooms were maintained in an adequate way with all amenities. It has a very friendly staff and food were excellent. They go the Cleanliest pool and We were sad to leave this resort at the time of check out. Make sure to take picture of this resort as you may not find that outside anywhere.

Picked up this place based on the hyped up reviews. Wish people are bit more sensible on their reviews. The staff especially the manager was very friendly and courteous. Wish they had a better property to manage.

Good place to stay with family, breakfast was excellent Friendly staff, delicious food. We had issues with room and after complaint immediately they arranged another room, super attentive staff. Recommend this resort.

An an amazing destination for those who are for Vacation as well as Business or Work from home experience in a tourist destination. You can enjoy calm and quiet nature friendly experience right after the work. The morning feel in the garden is extraordinary. Each rooms have individual Wifi connection. Last but not least: the attitude and care towards the staffs are outstanding.

Nice and good ambience. We did not stay in hotel we just used the restaurant. The food was very tasty. They prepared it when we ordered. It was cooked fresh and served. Will plan to stay at hotel next time as it was calm and peaceful.

We went there as a large group of mixed gender. Had good fun in the pool and the resort being riverside, one can take a dip and view the actual Athirapilly falls from here. The rooms could do with a bit of upkeep. But location, restaurant and food was top notch. Will recommend.

I have only stayed here for barely 8 hours as i was here for a function but still i had a great experience and their hospitality was excellent! And they have literally every services provided, their restaurant and food was amazing and mouthwatering! Their attentive to all the guests even if they are children! I would like to give them a 10/10 rating! Nice work guys, keep going! Soo much love! <3
