I was turned away from the reception stating they were full. I wasn’t convinced so I called them on the stated phone number and they said they had rooms. I’d fire such staff it it is up to me for such unprofessional behaviour.

Food is always great. Regular spot for sunday lunch. The fried rice, biriyani, beef and butter chicken never disappoints. Delivery is also very fast and food is given at the same quality. Bar is on the other side of the restaurant. Service is fast and efficient. ♿✔️ Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating. But there was this stale smell inside the dining hall and have to improve in terms on hygiene. Price is moderate to high

Had a very bitter experience. I had to make a booking for a marriage party of my friend requiring 10 odd rooms. But they had another group booking for the same day and was unable to provide required rooms. So, to hold the booking, they offered discounts on rooms and agreed to provide extra beds required to accommodate the group at ''No Extra Cost''. But when the bill was provided, they have refused the offered discounts and overcharhed. Even charged for extra beds. For one room, they charged upto Rs 5000/- The marriage party had to pay the full amount demanded by the Hotel to protect the face in front of the guests, as I was out of town on that day. Later when, contacted, the GM Mr. Samsan has agreed to refund some amount, which he conveniently refused later on. It was a deliberate action of ''BREACH of TRUST in business dealing'*

Very bad lservice ... Especially in mr.santhosh .. ... He is a rowdy charecter and using bad languages and bad attittude and no manners ...... Front office desk is very manners and experienced peoples treating the guest like adhithi devo bhava....

One of the worst experience in our whole Kerala trip, had to change the room because of ants and bugs still we found bugs and ants on the new room given and we gave up , we ordered extra beds but did not use feared of bugs getting into our ears as beds r on the floor. Morning 10am itself they have maintenance next room to us it was very annoying , they were renovating the rooms ,they did not have courtesy to inform us or wait until we vacate the hotel, they were using drill hammers, unacceptable noise were coming , they should have cancelled our reservation if they are renovating the hotel. It was very unpleasant stay never ever recommend this hotel for stay.

Unexplored by many locals. Frequent changes in management is a downer. They deliver tasty food at reasonable price. The ambience also is nice. I lost count of the 100 rupees biriyani I ate from there during pandemic. Update: another management change and it's now officially horrible.

I've only been to the ac bar here. Good pricing. Egg Chilly is also good.

Restaurant Review- We stopped here for lunch during our trip from Kerala to Bangalore. They had less options but food was really tasty. Its right on the highway and has ample parking space.

Excellent food and service. Rooms are spacious. Very large car parking area. On side of national highway. Highly recommended.

Worst food ever. We ordered food for a party. Amount was high and the food was not at all good. There were almost 6-8 items. None of them were tasty. Most of the meat was undercooked. Never ever recommend to anyone.

Stayed in last week. It's an old hotel but very well maintained. Adjacent to National Highway. The staff is very friendly and the food was very tasty. Definitely it's a memorable stay. Thank you team Varsha.

Delicious affordable food. Loved it... 👌🏻👌🏻. Worth. Chicken Biryani was almost same as Malabar Biriyani. Will really enjoy those who like spicy foods. Quantity was more than enough. Food rates are very reasonable. Calm atmosphere. Nice executive bar with good selection of liquors. Friendly staffs. Seen renovation works are going on even though room and surroundings were neat and clean. Had impressive chit chat with the Engineer who is looking after the renovation. We enjoyed well. Highly recommended.

The hotel have a very nice ambience and the rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Food was very tasty and I like the chicken kondattam which is super delicious. The lady in the reception is very friendly to the customers and also very calm and quiet. The design of the reception is very attractive. The hotel have plenty of car parking and auditorium are very beautiful to see and the rooms are very cost effective.

Good but need to improve services (GST Bill not given)

We had an horrible experience conducting a program in this hotel. We booked dinner and hall for a training program some weeks back. The hotel lacked any amenities required for conducting any programe. They converted the ground floor restaurant into what seemed like a hall. They chair arrangement was horrible, no place for project or screen or a writing board was available. Now coming to the terrible thing they did for our guest. They never prepared food as per the pax given by us. Middle of the buffet the food ran out and they started complaining that our guest eate more than the portion to which we showed 5-6 untouched new plates. The next argument for them was they got order from outside and hence had to give it to takeaway. The general manager was such a horrible person he started yelling and berating the servers right infront of us and he made them sign to take awaya some money from their salary. It was such a horrible experience for us. To those hwo want to conduct any function there i recommend you to have a clear view of their portion size and amneties. This for was that kind pf highway hotel where they never expect a second visit. Truly horrible management!!!

The hotel requires lot of maintenance and repair to get back into good shape. The location of the hotel is a plus point and has got plenty of parking space

The entire building looks a bit old . Service was good and polite ..however the food we ordered was iffy Fish curry was a disappointment..lack of flavour and salt.. however the chilli b*ef was yummy

Worst experience from the Manager. We ordered food from Varsha and we did the payment to the google pay number of the delivery boy as we usually do. The very next day, the manager contacted us and shouted without any enquiry. The behaviour of the manager is so poor. We had the proof of payment details. We contacted the delivery boy and confirmed that he received the payment. Wonder, what do they think of customer service? Looking forward to complaining about the issue to the management. Let’s see how they are dealing with it.
