A well maintained auditorium for small and medium sized events. Parking is limited to the front yard that can accommodate a few cars only. The property is kept very clean and tidy. Wedding and dining halls, although small, are nice and comfortable. A place tailor made for the pandemic era.

Well maintained auditorium with delicious catering service of their own. Halls of various capacities available with or without air conditioning. 10 - 15 cars can be parked and approximately 30 bikes can also be parked. Not sure about the rent

Good one. Not so big but well maintained medium size auditorium. Conference Hall and dining are air conditioned. Parking is limited.

Very good place. Near the main road and can organise two or more events at a time without any privacy issues. It has good bathrooms and the halls were spacious. The only issue about the auditorium is, it has limited parking. The parking is medium but when there are more than 2 functions happening at a time the parking lot will feel congested and sometimes you have to park the vehicle on the road itself. But for all other things I will give a five star rating

A lovely auditorium for 300 persons with Kerala sadhya. Lightinings are bright and a small beatiful stage .

The main hall, surroundings and all other facility is ok, but the dining area is little bit congested and parking area is less. Almost all the time cars are found parked at roadside which is not safe at all. Otherwise the function hall gives a good vibe and a neat one as well.

Good accessibility, sufficient space for meetings, conferences and reception and parties. Lack of parking space is an issue. Surya team also have a good catering services.

Lift facilities is there, but not working and no proper communication. Functions to be held in first floor. It is difficult for old age people who can't take stairs . When communicated with staff no proper response given and attitude was like no care

Well maintained small Auditorium at Palappuram near NSS College Ottappalam. Its air conditioned. The Conference hall and Dining hall are also aie conditioned. They are maintaining good ambience and superbly furnished. Good for small functions. Parking is limited.
