Best hotel for families and friends. I stayed here for 3 nights. good for everything, and the hotel is pocket friendly. Provides good services and they are very friendly. Metro station, south railway station eranakulam Shiva temple and everything are there that we need near to this property.

Wonderful stay. The staff very extremely polite and friendly. Budget friendly and extremely good management. Very easily accessible from Ernakulam railway station and bus stand. I recommend Aaramam as one amongst the best place to stay.

I had booked an A/C single room but they accommodated me in a non A/C double room for the same price. (They had some technical issues it seems and also the booking app didn't update the situation and even after they requested according to the front desk). Anyway the room was nice, clean and worth the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely choose them again.

This hotel is not at all suitable for couples because the environment around this hotel is not safe at all. Besides this, the condition of the rooms is also not good because mosquitoes and cockroaches are prevalent here. There are other good hotels available nearby at lower prices than this, so going here means wasting money.

We booked through goibibo & we are disappointed though the staffs said they have no connection with the app & they were only connected to Oyo & Oyo is connected with the co apps... But however they gave us a room even if they are full, as they said.... But they also charged us extra money . The owner is a way rude though.....!

Aaramam Lodging is very conveniently located at the heart of Ernakulam. The rooms are affordable. You even can hire different types of rooms as per your convenience and number of guests. I recommend it to everybody.

no room service, rooms are stinking, poor complimentary breakfast, instead the management can avoid providing breakfast, outside we can have better authenticated Kerala breakfast.

I dont wish to give a star. The night receptionist a north indian was so rude to us. He said Chutiya OYO gives rooms when there are nothing available. He was so rude, exceptionally rude. Why do youll have tie up with OYO then? Too much business eh? Is that how you define customer service? Using abuse? The rooms are infested with roaches the bathroom is dirty the blanket is dirty the room was so small you feel claustrophobic. Please avoid this place!!!

Pocket friendly.....I booked through goibibo. A/c is working ...4 wheeler parking will be a headache. Lift is also there. Reception located in the second floor. No free bottled water. Best for short term stay. Not recommended for families. The location is the key factor to consider this room.

This hotel is not a family hotel at all. At the same time, the condition of its room is also very bad because cockroaches and mosquitoes will bother you a lot, which will make you feel very uncomfortable. You will get rooms near its just at very good rate and in good condition.

Its a very nice place to stay, nearer to ernakulam jetty... Staff is good and gave good service... But there is no air conditioner facility

We had booked a AC room they downgraded to Non ac at the last minute saying AC is under repair.They did not have even the basics like hot water running or blankets.Not at all fit for family stay. There were lot of mosquitoes but no mosquito repellent provided even after requesting it. Screen in room were not even covering the whole window which is of glass in one of our rooms.Huge privacy issue.

very bad hotel. untidy rooms which is not cleaned. bedsheets were of full dirts & stains. Ac was not working,toilet was disgusting.very bad staff behaviour, front office lady was very rude & unprofessional. Saw many teenage couples, seems like they are running this hotel for unmarried couples.very bad experience.not at all recommended for families or solo stay.

Small rooms with affordable rates, rooms and washrooms were clean. They did provide us breakfast as a complimentary. But the biggest downside was there was no ventilation even on the non AC rooms. This will result in suffocation during the night and there were mosquitos so couldn't open the windows as well.
