Highly unethical business: I have bought 10 vintage fountain pens from the Antikcart in 1 month and returned two of them due to the unacceptable quality of product received, and their support person approved this return. The next thing I know is they have blocked me from buying more products from their website. The reason for blocking is, I have returned products that were not of good quality. I have conducted per their return policy, and there is no reason to block me. They want to sell low-quality products for a high price, and if you say NO to it, they block you. So, folks, if you like websites that are good and ethical, then Antikcart is NOT for you. They will block you if you return a product of low quality. They are a waste of our time and money.

Antikcart is an outstanding forum for Fountain Pens, an inventory par excellence with an intimate human touch, here everybody is committed ,sincere and takes great care about the delivery, particularly Mr.Mike, who stood by me all along and constantly gave me great support as I was a bit upset about the delay. Everybody is human and to err is human, if I point one finger to you, there are four pointing towards me. In these days of frustration, gloom and despair, there are some who stand out as beacons in grand isolaton, most importantly , Antikcart is one such. My deepest regards and gratitude to them. Oh, lo Pinto!! Mr. Mike has sent me a fabulous antique box plus three pens as gift. Oh dear me, a touching gesture no doubt.

A poorly designed website. They are advertising a lot of pens but when you are about to buy, it is shown as out of stock. This is unscrupulous. If not in stock then you should not display it.

I am a recent entrant to this delightful club of vintage curios, artefacts and bric-a beach. I am an affcionado of fountain pens and avidly collect them from my travels within the country as well as abroad. I have great appreciation for Antikcart and its knowledgeable and courteous owner Mr. Mike. He is passionate about his profession, polite to a fault and extremely helpful. His wares are also very reasonably priced. I recommend this marvellous treasure house to any vintage article buff !

Well this is may be a long post. I first bought a parker insignia medium nib fountain pen from this site on 14th November. And paid INR 5250. When I got the pen I wasn't happy about the nib alignment. But again I did order from this site on September 2021. Bought a parker 51 paying inr 5500. After using 1month I found the aerometric sac of this pen leaking. At the end of the day I am paying INR 5500. Atleast I deserve a replaced sac. Nd i am attaching my invoice as this will serve as the proof of my buying. Now recently I have realised that they have blocked my account. Thank you antickart. I won't buy anything again from you. Edit : And now the comment from the owner of this "company" literally adds cherry to the cake. He is saying he & his "company" didn't have any communications with me. So now I am sharing the proof with everyone. Atleast try to bluff properly. This site doesn't deserve 1star also. Nd if you can't tolerate bad reviews then don't do business in the open online forum.

Purchased a sheaffer pen from this web site antikcart. they delivered same product i saw on their web site. I was not sure to buy from them or not. The pen still wortking without any problems such. many items sold out in their web site, some rare pens also. All the best for you.

Antikcart web site is mainly selling vintage fountain pens, their service is good. I noticed they fix and restore,clean pens before they send the order, that was really good. communication through whatsapp and email was always good and covering all my concerns in details. But when i called the phone number, the other side was forcing me to hangup the call and communicate only thru email, saying they are totally busy at the store :). Easy to guess that they are under-staffed and he was not ready to spend time over phone. But the email support is Superb! Shipping was slow, but thats Ok. But antikcart is the only web site i can buy vintage pens in India, no other choice. Overall , I should rate antikcart 4.8 out of 5. I am keeping .2 for not speaking enough on the phone :) Thank you antikcart team.

Bought 2 Vintage pens form this website,the experience was good. I was really sceptical about the purchase after reading some negative reviews online, but still I decided to give it a try ,it turned good for me. Their WhatsApp number is pretty active even after 12 midnight, I noticed their is delay in getting the first response, but once they replay all questions answered. Talk to Mr. Mike he knows about pens and he did some discounts for me. Overall I am happy with the product quality and their service.

Worst Online purchasing experience....from Rude arrogant seller to delaying the order dispatch and last moment cancellation of the order....this was the first bad experience ever for me.....For people who wish to buy pens from them.....it won't be much helpful...They Use the old means of communication like telling you your order updates via email while when most of the e-commerce these days follow sms or WhatsApp update...they won't even reply back to your emails also...And the number they provided in the site for assistance.....when you call on that number the guy in the other side will be so rude and arrogant like he think he is a prime minister of the country....basic consumer seller decency will be absent while you have conversation dealings with this guy named mike....he will be so arrogant and rude....basic ethics to do business with fellow consumers is been lacked or absent in case of antikcart...they will treat you anything other than consumers..I think the positive reviews posted above is definitely there friends or people who they know purposefully posted by there friends on there behalf.......Won't be suprise if the shop gets closed if there attitude towards customers is like that.....In the end Will say such a bad experience from them and kindly won't be helpful for those who want to buy pens from them....Verum Udaipu teams annu..Aalukare Patikyane vendi oro parupadi aayitu erangiye teams annu 🙏🙏
