3 times i got very bad experience from the laboratory side. One very short lady (i don't know her name) she is the most worst and cheap, bad behaviour to me. She scolded me more than two times. Gynaecologist dr meera and dr sreeja are very good doctors.but we have to wait more than 3 hours to see them.Because some of the hospital staffs would take the token early for their relatives, friends and neighbours. If we come in the early morning we will be a fool. If our tocken number 17, after one hour tocken number 1 will come, they will allow them. We have to wait more and again another number will come they do the same. We will become a fool. It is not comfortable for me at all. Because pregnant ladies have a lot of health problems. We have to see the dr as soon as possible. Iam 3 months pregnant i changed my delivery in to another hospital. Me and my family and relatives will never go to this hospital again. I don't want to give one star. But no more options to put zero star.

Balahandran done all the fecility to consult with the surgeon Mr. Kesavan Namboodiri. He attended and examines the history of lab reports and diagnosis of previous Doctor. He himself opened the wound taken all the puzz and dressed. The staff members also very patients friendly. I am also a hospital privilage card owner and got 15% discount.

Only two counters for any payment so make younto wait minimum 30minutes . During admission we waited 45 minutes infront of casualty and we were hungry including pregnant woman. Room number 208 is very congested , facilities are air conditioning, tv, hot water, one wall almira, one side table, one lunch table, one patient bed, one small bed and one chair. Room has no fresh air windows as it open to a closed corridor with metal sheets. So a blow of hot air makes room hot. AC canโ€™t use for some treatments. Doors need to open always for fresh air but noise is loud when door opens. Mosquito also making problems when door opens. Bathroom was new and beautiful. Bathroom is without air vent thus everyone sweat inside bathroom like steam bath. Hot water in bathroom exhaust easily and need to wait for long time for hot water after it finishes. A lot of sockets available for electrical appliances. Regular cleaning of bathroom, room, bins. Doctor visited just before the day of operation only and . Doctor didnโ€™t visit on next day of surgery. No habit of two times visits of doctor here. Doctor Nirmal is not flexible. He is not available on Sunday. He do operations only at 10:00 am. He donโ€™t explain anything to patients. Saroja is an old hospital. Mostly they bill over MRP or MRP for medicines in pharmacy. Still am I confused about medicine delivery by patient bystander every time from pharmacy, working as pharmacy is an other entity. May be they tries for transparency for such things. Canteen facility of saroja is average, they take food from next door restaurant. They come to door for taking orders of food.

Worst service ever from nurses and staffs. For simple things have to wait for hours to get it done. Please do prefer some other hospitals rather than choosing this one.

Few months back I had my delivery in Saroja hospital. Literally I had the worst experience in my life.. The nurses were rude.. I was carrying twins and the nurses had no concern for that..Post c section recovery was horrible.. the nurses expect you to have taken a crash course in delivery before you get admitted..They just ask you to walk around..Forget walking.. Help me get up from my bed first. The rooms have no facility.. There is no drinking water available inside the hospital. Pregnancy and delivery should have been a beautiful experience both physically and emotionally for the mother.. But for me it turned out to be hell..Thanks to Saroja nursing home. Pros: good canteen food.

Bad experience regarding Administration of hospital.. 02 days prior booking patients those who are pre-planned to consult particular doctor has always the privilege to see first whenever they comes.. those emergency patients coming on that particular day has to wait for atleast 03 to 04 hrs after paying the charges.. The hospital is least bothered of those patients those who are coming on that day for emergency..hope might be charging more fees for consultation for prior booking.. Secondly the reception works as if it's run by a govt administration..a feeling of entering some govt offices.. Felt more need of experienced staff in this hospital.. decent mannered and polite behaviour.. Anyway thanks for all this corporate hospitals which is fed by lots of patients..

Saroja Multi speciality hospital is situated near round North Thrissur left side Shornur route signal. It is a busy hospital. Patients have facilities here. Transplantation of organs eg, knee changes and fix another etc. are the willing operations and many operations are available here. It is a popular and oldest one. In renovation making more facilities here. Good services for the hospitalalities.

I had a terrible experience with Dr.Ramanathan General physician Not only was he extremely rude and dismissive, but he also had a condescending attitude towards me. He didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and brushed off my symptoms as if they were insignificant. I felt belittled and disrespected during my entire appointment . I would not recommend Dr. Ramanathan to anyone looking for a compassionate and understanding doctor.

Very worst service from the pediatrician Nithya, she didn't look after baby properly. And for gynaecology it's very good. This hospital is under maintenance and full of noice and dust every where. Very disturbed, and I feel very bad reporting system. And hospital is expensive There's no coordination between departments and it's make difficulty to us. I'm not preferring you this hospital for delivery

Worst service and attitude at the core. I went to visit an orthopedic doc named Mr. Simon. Firstly, the waiting time is around 2-3 hrs, after getting exhausted in the long waiting time you need to hear the doctorโ€™s tantrums. To conclude, the visit was an utter waste of time and money.

"The Real MAESTRO of ENT Surgery",...Dr. Arun Kumar P.T did Adenoid surgery of my son at his age of 05, sinus surgery of my wife 3 years back and my nasal surgery 03 days back in Saroja Hospital. Moreover, I had already recommended the Dr. to many of my relatives and friends (patients age varies from 06 months babies to aged parents). All of them are 100% satisfied and having very relaxed life after the surgeries. Hats off to Dr. Arun Kumar Sir for his long tremendous practice as the No.1 ENT Surgeon in Kerala as well as the perfectionist in surgery. No doubts....the Doctor is the ultimate solution for your ENT related issues. In addition, the Madam in charge of Insurance Section is delivering the best service. All the Nursing Staff providing service to Ward/Room, Recovery/Theatre section etc. are showing high attention and care to the patients. The front office, the cleaning staff etc. are also contributing their best for the smooth performance of the hospital.

I had a booking for two times for the gynaecologist here, but I'm extremely unhappy with their time management. The doctor and nurses are good and friendly, but once we book for a consultation time, there's no chance we can see the doctor at that precise time. Once I had to wait for 3 hours, and the last time, I had to wait for more than 3 hour even though I had a booking. Really unhappy and unpleasant experience I should say.. The hospital management doesn't care about others' time.

My experience of treatment received from this hospital ( different departments) is commendable. Patient friendly hospital , with knowledgeable , service minded , unassuming Faculty ( doctors). The nursing staff , assistants who do service at consultation rooms are well mannered , with good etiquette and service oriented. The Casualty staff are really and readily helpfull. I was really impressed, with the people right at entry level sentries at parking, main entrance, registration counters, payment counters and pharmacy. I take this opportunity to profusely complement and congratulate the efficient, Professionals Manning, and administering ,in a Well orchestrated manner. No wonder this hospital functions like a well oiled machine, hassle free, and user friendly.... The best part I experienced was that all the people right from top to bottom who work here behaves without any Air around them.... Quite smiling and Happy... Definitely worth an accolade to the Administration... My respectful regards to all associated with the hospital.

This 5 star review is for the Gynecology department at Saroja. It was our first pregnancy and our gynec was Dr. Sreeja. She is extremely professional and my wife was very comfortable consulting with her. Dr. Sreeja and Dr.Meera both are very friendly and knowledgeable. In our case we had some complications from our 6th month of pregnancy. We had to rush to the hospital one night and luckily Dr. Sreeja was attending a labour and we were able to get checked and was admitted. Pregnancy being an emotional journey it is very important that there is an emotional support of doctors as well. We have heard of many doctors who are strict and speak in a dominating tone with pregnant women. The current generation girls are different from the old generation. They have their fears and aspirations which are different from our elders. Dr. Sreeja was very patient in explaining everything we wanted to know despite the heavy crowd that gathers in front of her OP room. One of the best part we found helpful was the availability of Dr. Sreeja over call/what's app. We could share lab reports through what's app and we can get a reply. It was very helpful whenever we had a doubt regarding a medicine, during our complications in the 6th month and also when my wife got Covid in the 7th month of pregnancy. Our son was born on Easter, Sunday. Dr. Sreeja was available from morning till evening and we were the only labour case that day. The support provided by the LABOUR room nurses and staff during labour time were extremely helpful and beyond expectations as per my wife's experience. The awareness class conducted by Dr. Sreeja and Dr. Meera for final trimesters was informative and much needed. Another important thing was the support we recieved from Dr. Sreeja when my wife was going through a bit of post partum blues. She was behaving like a friend to her during review and checkup and was very comforting. We both very much appreciate her support during that time. Overall highly recommend Dr. Sreeja and Dr. Meera. Few improvement areas for the hospital in general that we noted during our admission: 1. The reception area waiting was always a horrible experience as the systems and billing were very slow. We could see that a new token system is implemented now which is good. Would also suggest an option for online billing or booking and payment so that the online token number can be shown at the OP door. Phone booking is fine, but doesn't serve the purpose of waiting if payment needs to be done at the counter. 2. Insurance. Many prominent insurance companies are still not onboarded for cashless eg. HDFC ergo, New India assurance , medi assit TPA etc. We had corporate insurance but cashless facility was not available. Would be helpful if this is looked into. 3. For each and every minor bill we had to go down and make payments. It could be the cost of a gloves even. This was a very tiring process. A system to stream line these would be appreciated by customer as others also faced this issue. Sometimes we need to shuttle between the pharmacy in ground floor and second floor also a lot. 4. Waiting space in front of OP atleast the gynec Op and labour room ( few extra comfortable chairs) as sometimes the waiting could extend to few hours even and pregnant women often find it difficult to sit for that long in those chairs. We had seen few such cases during our review visits, especially people coming from far places and we also faced such issues on one or two visits. The waiting space in front of pharmacy requires an upgrade. 5. More than 95 percent of nurses and support staff are very courteous. Thank you.

Management of this hospital is worst. They more concerned about how to robe money from patients. If you have enough money you can go there, otherwise don't go there.

My mother aged 91 was admitted to this hospital on 31st March 21 because of fracture at the hip. Excellent doctors and nurses. Dr Simon Mathew orthopaedic surgeon did the surgery even when it was Good Friday. The strength of nurses and other staff were less because of holidays. But we got excellent care. My mother was discharged on 5th April and she could walk again. Thank you all and especially Dr Simon Mathew sir.

On 29-12-2022, I underwent an endoscopy test for my throat. As it required to use the flexi cable via nose for the test, the assistant (a lady) to the ENT doctor (Arun Kumar) stuffed 3 pieces of cotton clothes each on two nose holes. In the procedure room, the assistant took these pieces from my nose, however, she forgot to remove one piece from my right nose hole. The procedure was done using the flexi endoscopy via my left nose hole. Post the procedure, I left home but I constantly had some uneasiness feeling . I thought it was due to the procedure. The next day I felt some congestion in my right nose hole and I sneezed. The piece of cloth that was left inside my right nose hole came out (see attached image). My experience is really bad and I donโ€™t recommend anyone to the ENT section. The doctorโ€™s (Arun Kumar) behaviour was also rude. In the procedure room, I heard him saying about other patient who was uncomfortable/scared in doing the procedure. The doctor said the following about the patient - โ€œayalku vattaโ€ (which translates to โ€œheโ€™s madโ€). Iโ€™ve never heard any doctor saying any such things about a patient. Purely unprofessional.

Worst hospital in Thrissur. The doctors donโ€™t turn up on time. The patient is made to wait in casualty with incompetent staff. The receptions cannot even bother to call and check if the doctor is on leave or is available. The patients are asked to wait and then reminded that the doctor will come at 11, when 2 hours have gone by. Truly pathetic condition.
