The name hi-tech never really reflects the way this hospital treat you. Apart from a few good doctors, everything is horrendous out there. Purely a profit motive hospital. We had a terrible experience there. We went with my Mom having kidney disease and needed to transplant for her better health. Consultation was with Dr.TT Paul and Dr.Shakunthala Mam (both were really good). But there’s a co-ordinator called Davis who is such an awful personality. Doesn’t even know how to behave with people who are desperate for the treatment of their dear ones. No particular diet for patients who need a strict one. All in all, a complete mess. They charge a lot of money too for which you won’t get the deserved treatment. I never recommend this hospital to anyone.

Experienced very unprofessional approach from Dr.Shailaja Ramkumar(psychiatrist). She was behaving with ego and It costs my mother to admit into this hospital because of her improper dosage of medicine. I suggest the doctor to consult a true psychiatrist who have some ethics in this profession.

Worst hospital experience ever. Hospital lacks even basic facilities and services. Money minded doctors who doesn't give any value to human lives. Those who wish to see your loved ones live long, never ever go to this hospital.

Now let me share my experience with the place. To start with ; The most disappointing area is the staff at the reception desk , they are lazy, clumsy lacks any interest in their job no idea for what reason. We choose to visit this hospital because for the specialist doctor , the administration and management seems to fail as the premises are not clean and maintained. We had to wait for almost half an hour just to get the payment done in the billing section for the blood test. The reason they give was as it was cash counting time system (PC) is not free. Now ! Which is important ? A patient waiting for a blood test or counting and tallying their daily MIS work of hospital ?. And it was hard to believe yes they had only one computer for billing. No surprise , as couldn't see any crowd.

Private Hospital that prioritizes making profits: Be careful and get second opinion before accepting the hospital/doctor's advice here. My experience: My aged family member was taken to this hospital after a mild episode last year. While he appeared fully normal at the hospital afterwards, they conducted some emergency tests and immediately recommended an expensive and intrusive procedure on him, citing some small abnormalities in his test results. Some observations/experiences that made me uncomfortable about the hospital -- 1. Instead of the doctor, they employ few low skilled customer management staff to interact with the patients bystanders and inform about the doctor's recommendations. In my case it was a boy in his 20s who was interfacing between us and the doctor - his job was to inform us about the doctor's advice, cost of the procedure/treatment, etc. and get us/coerce us into agreeing. Luckily we asked for time to consult an outside doctor for second opinion and decided against it. 2. These customer management staff appear well trained to gauge the financial condition of the patient and bystanders. I always felt an uneasy feeling around them as they would keep inquiring about by profession , sneak into my wallet while making payments, etc. to assess my paying capabilities. 3. The doctor hardly provided us face time for us to understand the situation. Most of the time we dealt with the customer staff and other hospital staff. It just felt as if the doctors are try to avoid facing patient families directly due to the ethical/moral responsibilities involved.

We had one of the worst experience from this hospital. They don't have any consideration for differently abled patients. Try to consider them and make necessary arrangements.

Very nice atmosphere, cleaning staffs are trying their level best to keep the area clean. The infrastructure is too old and poorly maintained. The room charges are very high compared with the quality. Regular room is 950/ AC rooms are 1700 per night, no hot water, shower head is not working, frequent power failures. Food availability is very limited, hospital has a canteen attached to the premises and its on autopilot mode,Very poor food hygiene, I recommend to download Swigy or Zomato. I feel the management ignorance in entire hospital operation. The hospital is on a best location, if the management is struggling to manage the property they should look for someone on the similar field to take over or get franchised.

Very bad hospital in all aspects. Being given to understand that the hospital has been closed temporarily. It is better to close permanently. The earlier, the better.

Asked for TT Paul, nephrologist. The operator said he has resigned and there is another nephrologist that I can meet if I reached in one hour. I reached there in 40 minutes and the Receptionist told me that they don’t have a nephrologist at all. What??? Really? Why did you give me an appointment then? Totally unhappy!!!

Doctors, staff and front office are good but had notice some lack in Westfort hitech. Canteen is next to toilet, I don't know why the hospital is doing like that, Scanning machine was not functional so we had to do scanning from other place and come. Pharmacy in the hospital is located in low network coverage,so if you try to pay pharmacy bill always try to pay in cash as network was very low, POS machine of pharmacy always encounter low network. Scan and pay through through mobile APP will be difficult as network is low.

No one should go to this hospital, doctors and nurses who don't know anything. The nurse who does not even know why in the labor room stops the delivery and watches the delivery.

Great. In most hospitals checking out is something highly anticipated. The usual feeling is "Thank God" I had a totally different feeling at Westfort Hitech Hospital. I did not really want to leave!! I had my own room, friendly and professional nurse care. All the staff was friendly and competent. I left well rested, with a good positive attitude and ready to heal. My family was very happy and did not worry about my care when they were not there.
