Very nice hospital atmosphere good doctors and nursing staff. if possible book an appointment and visit. Usually not crowded, but they have a excellent queue system, One of the best eye hospital in thrissur area. We had a welcoming experience hear. We came hear for a lasic treatment it was very cost effective and successful. A good family friendly place.

The hospital infrastructure and test equipments are good.The cost of treatment is very high and for package test there is no reduction giving to the patients. Adminstration is very bad especially the manager and admin staff they are very rude behaviour to patients and only money minded. During this pandemic very huge crowd are there for check up and waiting hours is more. As a top google guide my suggestion to people is to check some where else...

I Highly recommend this hospital. I had my lasik treatment on Feb 2021by Dr Jyothi. They clearly make us understand all the process and during each test the staff informs us why are we doing this test and all.. Since I am not from Thrissur I stayed for a night after the treatment in the hospital for further checkup and to take care of me they assigned extra staff. After lasik on the first day we need to use the drops in a 1 hr gap and the staff came the whole time to give me the drops. After the treatment they give detailed information for taking the medicine even though it's given as a document along with the medicine. I highly suggest this hospital for everyone.. I am really really happy with the Doctors and Staff..

I have undergone cataract surgery in Ivision after a month of detailed survey on internet and enquiring with my friends. Both my eyes were operated within a span of 15 days in September 2023 by Dr Anup Chiryath and team. My heart felt thanks to Ivision eye care for brightening my vision from a dim candle light to thousands of candlelights. I would like to share my experience at Ivision briefly here. Even as a patient I felt I my time was valued, there was no unnecessary waits. From the moment of entry to hospital the way each and everyone of the security staff, front desk staff, public relation officer( sri nk) ,counseling and nursing staff welcome and treat is full of warmth and care. The lounge has enough seating arrangements. Very neat and clean,Well maintained.The cafeteria(serving good cardamom tea) , The patient is addressed one after another in order by a digital automated speaker system. They are checked by well experienced nursing staff in a fully equipped optometry rooms. Pre surgery preparations are excellent and on time, doctor performing surgery at scheduled time with great care and compassion. Post surgery nursing staff explained patiently all the details in discharge summary sheet to both patient and bystander. Post surgery appointments are scheduled for checkup and follow up is maintained. All in all I would say that ISO 9001 certificate is justified to me as a patient. Very crowded all the time. I went to do an eye test around 10.30. Since I hadn't booked I got my 1st eye check done at 1 o'clock. After waiting for another 2 hours they told me to test my eyes after dropping the medicine then would do the test. I just went outside at 3 o'clock without testing as well as without having any food. Although I spent almost 5 hours there, I couldn't consult any doctors or the eye test properly. They need to be more organized to manage the high number of patients.

I Vision Eye hospital, Koorkenchery. This review is about the excellent experience we had from I Vision Eye hospital, Koorkenchery. Went there for Cataract surgery of my wife (both eyes). Left eye surgery is done and expecting to do right eye soon. The team led by Dr Anoop Chirayath has done a very professional job. The hospital is in an exemplary clean condition. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Special mention to the staff person Mrs Meera Anto who guided us throughout the procedures. A very exhaustive and detailed briefing was also done for the post operative care of the patient. The whole medical insurance claim was also well taken care of. Wishing them more years of success.

It was a wonderful experience right from the registration desk until the final follow up process. I travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi to Chennai and from there to Thrissur to get the Cataract done for both my eyes. Going by the reputation of Dr. Anup and also as most of my family members have got their eye surgery done here in Ivision, I was not even a bit sceptical to go forward with Dr. Anup and Ivision. My trust and conviction in them was more than 100 % reinstated by each and every staff of Ivision. My dad had a cataract surgery yesterday here. Friendly and trained staff including the insurance desk. Everything was organized and went as per the plan. Another surprise was on the billing department. No advance payments were done before the surgery.
