The best Ayurvedic resort I have ever been to. The atmosphere is so serene and peaceful. There is a direct path leading to the beach from every cottage and the sound of waves crashing against the sea shore is so relaxing and calming. From experienced doctors to help you treat your conditions, cheerful & helpful staff, excellent treatments to food and location of the resort, everything is surreal and flawless. Highly recommend !!

I had a wonderful experience at Sitaram Beach Retreat! I visited for 20 days and enjoyed every moment. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the food was delicious. I really loved how caring each and every staff member was from the doctors to housekeeping. I can confidently say I feel much much better leaving this retreat than I did coming in and I will definitely be returning!

Lovely ambience, rooms, service, staff! Spent 2 days just to get away from the usual. It's a proper treatment facility but in a resort like arrangement so that you don't feel like a patient or you can just come get normal massages done. Doctors available for consultation all day. Quite expensive generally but got a good deal due to covid times.. hence it was totally worth it.

I arrived as somewhat of a sceptic and ended up feeling thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. The staff are fantastic, the food wholesome and delicious and the Premium villas very comfortable indeed. I lost weight, learned a bit of yoga (in group and private classes) and even learned to cook some new delicious dishes. You can do as much or as little as you like….no pressure. My wife did everything on offer and loved every moment. She felt nurtured and cared for during the whole week. Its very authentic and we highly recommend it.

I had gone to Sitaram beach retreat for 5 nights and it was the best gift I could have ever given myself. The therapist are so good that you really come back rejuvenated and also if you have any ailments they have the best treatments. Their USP is that they are not just a retreat Center but also make their own medicines oils etc. the management is very very hands on and the place is very creatively and earthly done. Everything there has a story and a meaning to what they have. Experienced doctors themselves running the place has its own touch. Seen patients go back happy and healthy. Their service and hospitality speaks a lot about the culture and their philosophy.

Well..where do I begin.. this was nothing short of perfection in our eyes. From the second we arrived till the time we left..it was worth every single penny. Normally we could only dream of staying at such an exquisite retreat..yet the amazing reservation staff made this dream possible and they really delivered more than we could imagine. The food were to die for, When it comes to love and food, nothing can beat our darling mothers. That's what I felt there. The treatment was amazing. I went there with clicking shoulder and by the end of it all the knots and tension was gone. The property with its well maintained landscape, flower gardens, seacoast, bungalows, resturant, yoga, all add to a wonderful setting, but most importantly is the ayurveda treatment, conducted by trained therapist and with daily consultation with ayevadic doctors - much more than a spa, it is a healing center. the flowers and butterflies have their own therapeutic value for me.

We spent 7 nights and 8 days at this Ayurvedic retreat recently. We have nothing to comment on the negative here. Everything is positive with smiling and wishing Namaste staff all around. The location is excellent just facing the waves from your room. Excellent treatment facilities. Food served at their Satvik restaurant is delicious and nutritious with lots of millet’s included. Talks by their MD Dr Vignesh is very informative and insightful. We had good interactions with many staff especially their GM Subramanian who is very cooperative and helpful to everyone. We were surprised on our anniversary day with surprises at room, treatment place and even at the restaurant. Keep up the good work team Sitara. We recommend this place to anyone looking for for a healthy break.

Sitaram retreat is a hidden gem which provides not just healing for your body, but is location right on the beach. Walks on it is very calming for the mind. The rooms are extremely spacious and I particularly loved the outdoor shower. I also found the staff very courteous and competent in their work. Will definitely revisit for a panchakarma treatment!

A beautiful beach retreat that offers a personalized tailored ayurvedic program, delicious vegetarian meals and various type of yoga (yes, there was laughing yoga as well!). A good place to recalibrate and recharge. Special shoutout to Nikhil who really took care of us, Dr Haritha for her care, Keerthi for the TLC during therapy and Vimal from the kitchen. They made the stay at Sitaram extra special. And the sunset was just stunning (everyday!).

Amazing place, for relaxing, letting out stress. The treatment they give is such a relief. The hospitality and the positivity here, is the best. The cherry on the cake, is their food. We came to know about the resort from a friend, and decided to head there for a weekend getaway. We reached just in time for the sunset on a Saturday evening, and boy, was it a sight to witness! Despite hailing from a beach city (Calicut), it was mesmerising to watch the sunset in a soothingly calm atmosphere. The rooms were also big and spacious, with ambient lighting and vintage furniture. The bathroom was built in a classic ‘tharavaadu’ style with a tinge of modern design. Being an Ayurvedic health resort, I did expect the food to be a bit bland. On the contrary, it was a perfect blend in terms of health and taste. To top it off, the hospitality of the staff is commendable. The resort has a galore of options for Ayurvedic therapies. A beautiful property just by the Arabian sea. Calm and serene environment, a clean accessible beach, delicious food and warm and friendly staff. The resort per se is beautiful with perfectly maintained lawns and a breathtaking landscape. The cottages are rustic on the outside but is sheer luxury on the inside.
