We
chose
to
stay
here
due
to
its
close
proximity
to
the
railway
station.
It's
a
decent
place,
but
there
are
several
areas
in
need
of
significant
improvement.
If
free
Wi-Fi
is
advertised
as
a
selling
point,
it
should
be
available
consistently
throughout
the
premises.
Unfortunately,
the
3rd
floor
does
not
receive
a
Wi-Fi
signal
at
all.
It's
crucial
for
them
to
use
signal
extenders
to
ensure
good
Wi-Fi
coverage
in
all
areas
and
increase
its
speed,
as
it
can
be
challenging
to
work
for
those
who
select
this
place
for
business
purposes.
Mobile
internet
tends
to
perform
better.
Breakfast
is
served
from
8
to
10
am,
which
worked
for
us.
However,
the
options
are
limited,
with
no
live
cooking
counter.
They
provide
two
500
ml
water
bottles
daily,
which
is
less
than
what
we
expected,
so
we
ended
up
purchasing
water
bottles
from
outside.
In
all
three
rooms
we've
stayed
in,
the
washrooms
never
had
toilet
paper.
Room
service
and
food
quality
are
decent,
but
there
is
room
for
improvement.
Outside
food
delivery
is
allowed
and
can
be
collected
outside
the
reception.
One
significant
issue
is
power
failures,
which
bring
everything
to
a
standstill.
During
such
outages,
you
can't
even
contact
them
via
phone.
Everything,
including
TV
channels,
phone
service,
and
the
internet,
goes
offline.
The
lifts
remain
operational,
but
this
aspect
needs
improvement.
Rooms
should
be
ready
precisely
at
check-in
time,
which
is
1
pm.
On
the
second
occasion,
my
room
was
delayed
by
2
hours,
which
is
unprofessional.
We
initially
booked
this
place
because
it
suited
our
travel
needs
and
was
conveniently
located
near
supermarkets
and
daily
necessities.
However,
the
management
must
do
much
better
in
making
customers
feel
welcome
and
addressing
their
advertised
selling
points.
One
positive
aspect
was
the
consistent
water
pressure
in
the
taps
and
the
availability
of
plenty
of
hot
water.
There
was
one
instance
where
there
was
no
water
in
the
taps,
but
they
resolved
it
promptly.
However,
in
the
event
of
a
power
failure,
this
could
create
an
undesirable
situation.
These
situations
should
be
proactively
addressed
and
managed
if
they
want
their
ratings
improved
and
customers
to
return.
