One of the best vegitarian pocket friendly restaurant in Thrissur now. It's the same good taste of old Manis cafe. Curd Vada and Masala dosa is the best.

One of the oldest hotel in Thrissur. Replaced to here. Before they’re at Thrissur round Near Parmekkavu temple ( near old Swapna Theater) . Best coffee, curd vada . I am a customer here more than 25 years. Good deal. Nice food. Staff also nice behaviour. Now reopened at peringavu Near Dhanwannuadari temple. #thrissur #curdvada #coffee

It's an old home turned into Hotel which is located at the center of a residential area. So had a little hard time finding the exact spot. Ordered Ghee roast and Vada. Ghee roast was good, but not the best i had in Thrissur. Vada was hot and tasted really good. Will come back and try their Masala dosa next time.

Taking a star off ONLY because they moved away from Town Well this is easily one of Thrissur's iconic Veg cafe that was earlier situated at Swaraj Round and just next to the recently demolished Swapna Theatre Not really sure why they would move out so far from Town now. As it would be really tough to get customers compared to where it was earlier Now leaving all that, coming to the restaurant itself. The taste is still authentic as it was and they have retained their dishes very well. The hotel currently seems to be run from an old traditional home, probably belongs to the owners. The roads leading here are slightly narrow and it's a bit challenging to find the place. The place has enough parking on the backyard. Also enough area for dining in the front yard and is very well kept and hygienic. Service was quick and they are open early morning from 7am. Payment includes UPI payment.

Masala dosa was good, also the tea. The service is very slow and sometimes needs to wait for the waiter to come.

In the 1970s Manis cafe that is next to Swapna theatre now and the old Ramavarma theatre was a canteen for PSN bus service employees and the public. If any of you frequent to Swapna theatre for matinee or evening show,...just before the intervel the arona of kaaya-bajji kept at the venting booth in theatres is irresistable and will prompt you to leave your seat to enjoy it hot. Those days it was made in Manis cafe. Later these Bajjis were also available at Other Theatres in thrissur round. As for now, if you are in town and wish to eat your breakfast after visiting Paarmekavu temple, never miss your chance to visit manis cafe. All items, be it masaka disa, vada, ghee roast, puri,..all items are tasty, cost is very reasonable. Quick friendly service. Thayir-Vada in manis cafe is unique. In the evening, opt bajjis.

Thrissur's own Mani's. Good food as they always serve. Always Have Ghee Dosa, Vada and Coffee. Only minus being the location which is little far from Thrissur town and can't be located so easily by Veg foodies and also the street is little congested with limited parking space.

Nothing outstanding about this pure veg restaurant. It is in existence since 50+ years, only thing they have changed the location. Food quality is good and not so expensive, filter coffee is just yummy.

Great food, quick service. The dining area is just a sheltered area with aluminium roofing. Can get quite warm at noon.

One of the oldest Cafes in Thrissur ...Started back in late 1940s,it still continues to be one of the busiest snack hub of the town.Regarding food,it is served hot n' quick ..."Curd vada" is a bestseller... Seperate area for Families.Though a bit congested and untidy, you can have an evening bite, if you lucky enough to find a parking spot.

Great place in Thrissur for dosas. This is the same place that used to next to Sapna (Rama Varma) theatre. Have been going there for past 25+ years. Very courteous staff!

Have been visiting Mani's since they have been on The Round in Thrissur. Now that they have moved to a quieter neighbourhood, the food served has become even more tastier, if possible! The service too is superb! The Dosas, uthappams and the ultimate Vada are unrivalled! Even the coffee and tea are excellent! They have parking for a few cars and bikes. They can even accommodate wheel chairs. On the whole, a definitely enjoyable experience.

Very tasty food at reasonable prices. This hotel was recently relocated from its previous location near Sapana Theater.

A quite small and unassuming, traditional eatery by the roadside. chapati with veg curry was tasty, a nice touch was the minute portion of veg salad which came with it.

Its a peaceful place, in front of an old house. Tasty vegetarian food. I prefer Boori Masala with white chutney. Tea, coffee is also good.

Nice food. They keep the same taste even after shifting from Swapna Theatre premises to Peringavu (near Dhanwantari Moorthy temple).

Awesome food! Simple yet tasty food. Dosas, curd vada, porotta and Kurma, everything is really good. And coz they're on swiggy, nice food comes all the way home. Couldn't have asked for more!

The hotel even though situated a bit interior dishes out some great food. Had masala dosa there and the taste was good.

This is a simple, all-day breakfast option in the Peringavu locality of Thrissur (about a km from Girija Theatre). It is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood with somewhat narrow roads (one car at a time is straightforward; a crossing needs manoeuvring). The dining is outdoors but covered. Each table here can seat 4. We ordered takeaway. Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Butter Dosa, Idli, Vada. All good and at low prices. The vadas were particularly crisp and tasty. Coconut Chutney has a Kerala flaovur. Quick, simple option if you like a Tamil breakfast.
