Good location. Probably they are the first shopping center started in Thrissur in four floors. They got almost all required stuff from fresh fruits and veg, spices, other food stuffs, toiletries, cloths for men, women and kids etc. The best thing is T24 mobile service gets charged when you pay your shipping bills also ee get points which we can redeem. They also got Wednesday bazaar offers and many other schemes. They got poor parking facilities. Space for walking is less..bit conjusted, however that are making changes inside the store at the moment.

The Big Bazaar Hyper Market situated near Aswini Hospital Jn. of the Trichur city. Bulk stocks of most of the products are there in each floor of the building. Readymade dresses, grocery items,vegetables, home appliances etc are there to buy with reasonable rates. Staff services are good but we have to wait long time in the billing section. Sometimes we get offers also. Good super market.

Well stocked store with easy access. The collection of products available is quite large and the price point is appreciable. I’m a frequent visitor. However the biggest issue is parking. Even auto rickshaws drop a customer there and wait for the next pickup. Car parking is limited. But instead of blocking the parking area they have managed to goof up.

The old big bazaar is being rebranded to Smart Bazaar by Reliance. They are in the process of setting up the store from scratch. When I visited, only the ground floor was open for business and the shelves were mostly empty. The staff at the entrance informed us that only the ground floor is open and they are not fully set up. Heads up: they dont accept UPI payments yet. Only cash& card.

Visited this place after the take over by Reliance. This place, which was one of the best place to shop in Thrissur to one the most poorly managed. Different categories of items are scattered without proper order, the Trends section had poor selection of dresses and it did not have a lot to offer. There are some categories of items that are entirely missing, like footwear etc. Reliance really messed up this one.

Good and convenient place. Ground floor is for groceries and from 1 to 3 clothing and footwear.

The place is pretty big and as everyone tells there are plenty of offers but when you buy something edible please do check its expiry date..i saw lot of things in offer and by seeing its price i was surprised..but when i took it in hand and checked for expiry date i was literally shocked 3 to 4 months has already passed after the expiry..so guys dont blindly go behind offers...make sure to buy things which are within the expiry..take care

Had most items but place felt little small in comparison to other supermarkets. Renovation work was ongoing so may be thats why some areas were closed.

Very good place to get groceries and all household items at reasonable rates. Huge collection is available here. The staffs are pretty friendly. Nobody follows us around. We can shop at our pace. Overall a great shopping destination in Thrissur.

Went for an early morning buy of breakfast cereals. No a pleasant experience. The item on sale at the counter does not match with the price tag or it's display board. Spent more then half hour understanding and clearing the confusion.

Wide variety of products are available here. There are many offers. This shop is really budget friendly. There are many offers in clothes section. The shop is really spacious and cozy. Vehicle parking facilities are there. Stationery section is very weak. The authorities must try to add more products there. The conditon of way to ladies washroom is very pathetic and not so safe also.

Few vegetables weren't fresh but overall it's good. They have parking lot but its small so have to keep vehicle outside. Only thing I didn't like is few items for daily use/groceries are of 1 kg packet or above but not 500 grams which was not the case in Bangalore Reliance super market we regularly went. Once I have to buy 2 kg packet of tea powder because there was no other option of that particular brand available.

08-Feb (noon): While leaving after shopping, handed over the bill to the security for punching. At the same time the security sensor started ringing. He checked all the items for any tags and we were good to go; but he denied to allow us to leave without presenting the bill of purchase. Despite telling him that I had handed it over to him, he began to talk and treat me and my family like thieves (my guess is he punched my bill and gave it to the family who came in between while we were being checked and is simply too arrogant to admit his mistake). I asked to call the manager and check the security footage on the CCTV which he denied too. Later the cashier came and said we had paid and to let us leave. Will never shop at Big Bazaar Thrissur again and will never recommend to anyone else either. Besides, whats the point in punching the bill while exiting the shop? (they dont check each item anyway, just punch the bill & return). Overall the shop seems okay, not very well maintained. Prices are high but not as high compared to nearby supermarkets or deparmental stores.

Good staff and service. Most of the things are available. But I couldn't get certain items which are very commonly available in other super markets. Frozen food collection is limited. So rated 3 star. Ample parking space is available and is easy to locate.

1. Very big store with plenty of products. However items are dumped in the corner of first and second floor. 2. Poorely manned cash counters. Even if there is rush they don't assign cashier's. 3. Weighing section of vegitables. The ladies there think that the customers are their domestic servants. Pathetic behaviour. Barcodes are not done properly. 4. While paying bar codes were not reading. The cashier went to correct the same. 5. When complained about the bad behaviour to the manager( I am not sure whether she is a manager. The lady sitting in the ground floor. Although she claimed that she is a manager) she was cracking jokes with some other staff. This is not the standard customer expect from Reliance Bazar. Comparing to other reliance Bazars. The staff in the East fort reliance fresh is much better than here.

It's a pretty good place to get a lot of things for home and there will be an offer too for many of the things. But the problem is you have to read clearly the offer sheet to know which one has the offer, otherwise you will get fooled. Because things are not arranged as per the offer displayed. So check the price and weight given in the offer display sheet while buying. Also have pretty good parking availability in front of the building and also have an pay and park on the side

They are very much in the starting phase of the bazaar, staffs are less to cater the needs of the customer and had to go look for the staff to ask something and I'm sure it'll improve but for now everything's available at a good price and everythings below 5% MRP and also they have decent offers for every day so also look for that

The renovated and rechristened Big Bazaar has become smart and more spacious. Stocks are yet to be filled up. The AC was not working ( replacing the old ones with new) when we visited. Will update after next visit.

An old shadow of once grandeur big bazaar. Poor service and unorganized way of stacking goods just to fill space that too with unnecessary products in large quantities. Very bad climate control inside so better avoid shopping with family.

The staff who helped me on the 1st Flr answered my queries and helped me. While went for billing I asked for water bottle 3 cartons(12*3) as informed by the staff in 1st flr. At the billing counter the stagf looked worried and said we don’t have people right now. Stocks not organised, very limited stock availability, staff always busy with some other things, not helpful/assisting to find products. I visited there on 24 Dec and was not able to find soda when I ask for soda they send me to first floor from there they send me to g floor and again to first actually soda stock was not there at display. Billing also very delayed biling counter is free but they are busy talking
