Decent burger. What makes McDonald's stand out is their burger bun. It's the best bun I have ever had in a burger. Their french fries are also really good. Great service from Sobha Mall McD team.

Great place to grab a bite while in the mall. Excellent food and good service by the staff. Can be visited whenever in the mall. Highly recommend to tryout. It's a self service place with good choices for food and drinks. Overall experience was very good. I recommend to try the maharaja Mac, chicken wings and nuggets with dip.

Don't use Google Pay or any UPI payment apps, they will ask you money even after the successful transaction. Better card or Cash other wise prefer better customer friendly restaurants. Very cheap response from staff's, not recommended at all.

I brought burger & fried chicken, it was the one of the bad food I ever had. They don't provide any plates for having it. The burger was very little and it was very costly. Fried chicken was very waste the masala in the chicken is in its original form not get fried. Very bad quantity & quality they are providing I don't know why like this doing by a reputed brand. The price was very huge. Never go and have from there. 4 pcs chicken it cost 475/- .

The burgers here are good, tasty and slightly expensive. The French fries were crunchy. Icecreams are awesome and affordable, but whenever you ask for mcswirl from the ground floor kiosk they say machine is not working. Don't know the situation now.

Pretty standard experience if you've visited other McDonald's outlets. It is an icon in the fast food space and continues to remain so. Had the Maharaja Mac (Chicken) meal which adds a serving of small fries and a drink of your choice along with the actual burger and an order of chicken nuggets. The burger tastes like it came from McDonalds (that's how I would describe it...every ingredient used in the burger is specific to McDonald's and is combined in a unique way specific to them). It's a pity that they don't serve their flagship Big Mac in India. The nuggets tasted good and the included dipping sauce complements the flavour of the nugget very well.

Everything differ from service to taste compared to McDonald's at Lulu mall, Cochin. I'm not sure why, but even the service. They couldn't upgrade any of their usual meals or couldn't even give it a try. Even the coke or the chicken masala is so much better at Cochin, Lulu mall.

The cheese in the burger was super hot that my husband got burned and got big blisters in his mouth... Luckily it was not a kid, but I believe so that this kind of things need to be highlighted to the customer before serving or controlled before serving.

Never order from mc Donald. It is good if you go to restaurant directly and have food so that they can't provide you stale food. I order from swiggy and I got burger with stale bread and rotten veggies. I order from shobha city Thrissur puzhakkal McDonald. I am providing the location as I don't want to blame other branches.

The mc donald’s app offer was unable to valid and wanted to order meal at normal price.

I received an entirely different order when I ordered using swiggy app. The details on the bill were correct but when I opened the packet, food was different. I had already paid for this order and when I tried to contact swiggy their response was even more disappointing. Unbelievably irresponsible!!!

The food quality was satisfactory, however, I encountered issues with some of the staff at the register. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that it differed from what I had intended to order. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, they responded by asserting that it was my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the order. Furthermore, I did not receive a physical or digital copy of the bill until after receiving the order. Instead, I was provided with a slip containing only the order number, which made it difficult for me to verify the correctness of the order. Eventually, I approached another person at the outlet, presumably the manager, who assisted in replacing my order. I believe there should be improved communication and attention to customer satisfaction among the staff to avoid such issues in the future.
