Room is good. There is no lift/elevator. Housekeeping can be better but functional. Restaurant service is not up to mark. They are quite indifferent, speak rules and timings and insist on immediate payment. Cash payment.

A government guesthouse with a restaurant and a bar. Good food with limited menu. Friendly staffs and good service. Rooms are just average for the money what you pay for. All government attitude is very much visible. Still a decent place for family in heart of the city.

About the restaurant. Wonderful breakfast - crispy dosas, fresh sambar.

Worst hotel ever, don't stay here, A/C will never work and they expect you to manage with fan though you pay for an A/C room, had to insist on getting my money back, later I moved into a place Shivalaya home stay worth the monney's stay

I have stayed with kTDC kannur and booked this at Thrissur...very bad experience...rooms are not clean. The building looks very sad...option for food is less. not recommended.

Beautiful location and surroundings. The restaurant looks totally run down. When we visited there was only one item (idli) on the menu; which was rock hard. Staff look disinterested with dirty uniforms.

Staff are very active and cooperative. Family friendly. Corridors needs more cleaning and more lighting can be given. Smell of cigarettes are there. Bed sheets and blankets are old and needs to be replaced.

Had meals today from the restaurant ,to utmost disappointment they served a day old onion garnished dish .The plates where having very bad smell and we got it replaced after cleaning again . And the staff behavior was not at all good .the young lady who was at service didn't even care to acknowledge their faults . Please think twice while you chose this place for having meals .

Happened to be in the restaurant with family, the only benefit I found is parking area. The hotel had table cloths not washed for years and with food stains all around. They had only dosa to serve and that took lot of time to serve. The amount charged doesn’t justify the food served or the service . Initially chutney was served fine but later the chutney had more of water and was cold. Will never suggest even to my greatest enemy..!

Rooms are old but got spacious interiors. Restaurant and beer parlour is available attached. Room starts from 1500 rs.

Rooms are not very great, but very cosy and comfortable. Being in the centre of the city, reach to main locations are easy.

I didn't stay there, because the rooms were all occupied. But the front office guy was really helpful to find me another location. Really appreciate his courteousness.

This is about the staff sreedevi who gave us the false message to us about the food ..upon her words when we reach the hotel the food was over ..when I called back and asked her reply was something very rough like u do whatever u want ..because of her attitude don't know how many people will suffer ..she don't have any courtesy to ask sorry to a customer ..with his hot climate all the way driving from guruvayur she don't even bother to listen and immediately she disconnect the call..so double confirm when u talk to this staff sreedevi for any enquirees ..else loss will be for us ..don't know how they manage with this staff.

Pathetic and worst experience. Don't book any room here. Old building and AC is not working. Staffs are saying you have to adjust since it old building and we have provided best room 😶

Same as all the KTDC outlets. Cosy, safe, good food and service. You don't get good varieties. But what they serve will be tasty.

The rooms are nothing like you see in the pictures, scammed 500 rupees for 2km from me would recommend for a 2 day stay, nothing more than that. Peope are very welcoming and friendly but as soon as they understood I'm not from around here, boom 500 rupees gone

It was a nice quiet place .The food average also the room service.the rooms particularly a/c rooms were conjusted not properly maintained and having lot of mosquitoes.

The restaurant part of this ktdc compound is really a calm and quite place. I doubt not much explored it is because it remains silently in that area. The food is amazing and if the customer have any complaints they handle it very professionally. Clean desks and plates. Clean wash rooms. Enough parking, but not many tables to accommodate lot of crowd. Reasonable price. Their non veg items are really tasty. You can go with your family and easily dine in
