This review dated to covid period. I had to do delivery of mine in this hospital. Had took consultation to dr anitha who was told one of the best in hospital. My appointment dates were so stressful for me , the doctor would so late to op and had to sit for hours to get a glimpse, moreover I could find anything best in treatment wise too. Whole of hosp is outdated , pregnant ladies were sent to covid test in common fever clinic which was bizzare. And worst experience with pediatrician dr kg mohan. Never met a dr with such a rude attitude. He will insult and humiliate you when enquired any health concern of baby. Such a bad and painful experience overall

Im from Malaysia.. This was my first time went to a hospital in India for my own purpose.. well, I was pregnant and I was planning to give birth at Kerala... so I was searching for an affordable private hospital.. then I became Dr.Meenakshy's patient but due to some issues, she had to take a break for a month from coming to the hospital.. so as soon as I got to know that, I started consulting Dr.Anitha Jaidev as she is also a good gynaecologist...that was my last visit .. so on the 2nd visit, I had my contraction pain and I have given a natural birth to my baby girl.. The nurses in the labor room and Dr.Anitha was really supportive..!! U can always go for Dr.Anitha if you are searching for a gynaecologist... I have heard about many C-Sec cases in India.. but thank God, Dr.Anitha didn't push me for C-Sec ..and also I was healthy that time..fhat was my experience there... But about the hygiene, Im not really happy about it .. they had mosquitoes in the ward.. I've visited quite number of times there (for my baby's vaccination) but still every time I go there, surely they don't even have a handwash at the toilet area... I couldn't accept that because this is a HOSPITAL!! how can u forgot to put a basic hygiene care there?? Then about the nurses... Im not so happy with them.... There are few with very welcoming faces and helpful but a lot of them with lack of proper communications....u guys need to really train some of the nurses to communicate well with your ​patients/customers... The food in the canteen is not up to my taste so I don't know about others.. my bill was about 50,000 rupees like that ..not so sure! The fees for normal delivery only will cost u around 20,000 rupees..the balance is the service changes,the room, medicines for myself n baby ... Yeah... I hope it's helpful for u.. tc

Good hospital Just u need to pay doctor fees plus ur car parking fees as high court issued notice that not take fees on malls, hospital, shops fees for the coustomers coming their but here u must give parking fees to see doctor. They saying they cant go with highcourt orders.

It's a good hospital but not a comfortable atmosphere....it's really very conjugated place....where there is no place for patients to wait....it's also located on uncomfortable place....

Its an old hospital in Olari junction right opposite to Little flower church. There are some really good doctors here and the hospital bills wont bankrupt you.

Dr.Sapna Sridhar is the one of the best gynic doctor in thrissur.I still can't believe my pregnancy is over. doctor treated me according to my comfort and Doctor suggestions gave me a lot of confidence, so there was no difficulty during pregnancy.The nurses and hospital staff were very cooperative

I have never seen such a lethargic attitude of any doctor so far. So many of patients are waiting outside and this Dr Ranjit Bharathan, irresponsible fellow. So coolly, so time taking... He requires 1 hr of time to consultant 5 patients. After consultant every patient, 5 mins of break... Such a lazy fellow, I have never ever seen. I have come across doctors where they consult 30 to 35 patients in 3 hours of time.

Doesn't have enough infrastructure, the stay at AC room with TV told to be the best room but was below par. There was no proper place to hang clothes. Water was dripping from AC. Nursing services were not worth the money paid, my father had come for hip replacement. He was to lie with his legs straight with weights put on. Now with this position, tube was put for urine but for motion for stomach nothing was told. When asked was told to put daiper. First thing they said was to have two bystanders. We were confused how to move the affected leg as it was on weights. To put the daipers even we couldn't and they did not support. On asking it was all told to be done by patients bystander, now with only me with my father we are confused how to handle. In other hospitals my experience is on request they would come and show and even do, this is so disturbing here. Next on room cleaning, apart from routinue cleaning additional request was only heard but not acted upon. The room had mud and dirt in evening so had asked to clean, even went to the extend of requesting a broom. Nothing happened.

Terrible experience. My grandma was admitted there due to High BP, cold and fatigue. We were told she was having UTI and fungal infection etc. Next day night they asked us to shift her to another hospital because they were not having ICU facilities. After shifting to Cooperative hospital only we came to know that she had a STROKE. We were devastated. Their terrible and pathetic service caused this. One day lag because of them. It is just business there. DO NOT GO THERE……!!!!

The worse hospital I have ever seen. It's been 3 days am admitted here no one here to change bedsheet and pillow cover. The elevator system is working 8 am to 8 pm. Still I don't know y people coming here.

Dr Ranjit Bharat, very very lethargic and irresponsible fellow. How come any doctor can be so relaxed while so many of patients waiting outside? Not a all having a heat of doctor's role to this guy. He takes his own time, in between free time... Worst attitude for any doctor I have seen.... For me he is never ever a doctor....

Good facilities and amazing staff ( especially Dr. Anita Jaidev and nursing staff) , gave me excellent care ,friendly atmosphere and made me more comfortable throughout my delivery journey. I would like to thank the whole CAM team from the bottom of my heart.

There are around 5 staffs in Pharmacy , still they take 1 hr to close one deal... pathetic snail work. 🐌

Family atmosphere and good service. Affordable rate. Note: Want to improve pharmacy service( delay in getting medicines).

Very bad experience from the staff and nurses. I came here for my wife's treatment. The behaviour of the duty staffs in the Gynecology department was really rude and not acceptable from a reputed hospital.

We got very bad experience from the hospital. We have already made the booking for Dr. Jacob and confirmed in the morning before going to hospital. They told doctor will be available and after going to hospital doctor seems to be in ot. Nurse told that doctor will be coming in half an hour, we waited for more than 2 hours still the response was same. Reception are ready to pay the amount which is collected as a part of registration. They are not worried about patients. There is no customer relationship maintained.

Poor infrastructure and nursing staffs behave rudely when asked regarding any information.

Great OP and wards. Expert doctors and reasonable charges only. 24 hours casualty.

No one respods to the front office call. Came here for a vaccination bill.waited for more than 30 min from 2:10 pm. Could do a lot of improvement in customer experience assistance and staff discipline. This is my experience in a day. May be it could be a one time bad day..

A moderately priced hospital for health care

Average hospital. Doctors are ok. Hospital is very congested. Grave shortage of parking place. Road leading to the little parking place is very narrow.

My first meeting with Dr. Gopikumar (E N T) was truly satisfying. Unlike many others he spends sufficient time with patients and listening carefully to the issues you face. Also conversing in deatail with possibilities and diagnosing things fast. Well experienced and pleasing to mingle with. Soothing experice in total....😊🙏 UNNI KRISHNAN
