I
had
mixed
experiences
here.
I
met
with
a
very
empathetic
orthopedic
doctor,
security
person
and
the
care
taker
whom
I
engaged
with
during
a
short
visit.
However
I
had
some
other
experience
too,
which
might
be
a
rare
happening.
So
shared
my
feedback
with
the
Hospital
team.
I
feel
the
feedback/online
system,
the
emails
mentioned
in
the
website
and
FB
official
page,
are
not
responsive
as
I
didn't
even
receive
an
acknowledgement.
So
sharing
it
as
crisp
as
I
can
hoping
this
will
be
acknowledged.
I
registered
and
took
a
casualty
file
for
my
mother
after
discussing
with
staff
nurse
in
casualty.
But
later
the
casualty
doctor
came
and
overly
persuaded
me
to
consult
in
OP,
but
considering
her
old
age
and
vulnerability
I
was
kind
of
reluctant.
I
was
surprised
when
she
manipulated
my
statement
to
staff
nurse
as
"I
told
I
wanted
to
consult
in
OP",
and
I
corrected
it
that
I
didn't
tell
so.
Added
to
that
my
mother
gently
denied
to
take
the
painkiller
injection.
She
did
so
not
because
she
didn't
have
pain
but
she
was
kind
of
ok
with
the
pain
in
her
foot
which
she
had
following
a
fall.
May
be
provoked
by
these
two,
the
doctor
in
the
casualty
literally
shouted
at
my
72
years
old
mother,
in
the
name
of
diagnosis.
The
doctor
didn't
use
abusive
words
but
spoke
to
us
in
a
bizarre
loud
voice.
She
questioned
why
she
was
reluctant
to
take
the
jab
in
a
rude
tone
and
body
language.
She
also
made
us
visit
OP
due
to
the
same
reason,
despite
paying
for
the
casualty
as
they
confirmed
initially.
However
the
concern
is
not
about
we
having
to
visit
the
OP
or
we
having
to
pay
for
casualty,
but
about
the
young
doctor
not
even
maintaining
the
fundamental
decorum
while
engaging
with
the
patient.
I
request
the
management
to
keep
the
system
on
for
acknowledging
and
addressing
such
a
concern.
