Most pathetic hospital, the staff are rude and they don't care about there patient all they just want money. The nurses are not qualified, my wife went through c-section but baby & mother bounding was not done, the mother nursing education staff are zero, totally disappointed by there ethics, kindly don't take your wife for labour there, after discharge claim process is pathetic they don't pick call and they don't ready to listen to you, they will create stress for your family, most pathetic hospital!!!!

Antiquated, rustic, nostalgic, prehistoric, ancient are some of the synonyms you could associate this place with. The hospital is too old in this day and age. It's 2019 and you will be lucky to find something reflective of the digital era. Everything in the hospital is a relic. A few things that are in favour of this place are the collective experience of the doctors there and the excellent care meted out to the patient and baby. However, IF you are willing to close your eyes to everything else in the hospital then this is the best gynaecology hospital in town.

One of the best maternity hospital in Thrissur. The doctors are very good and ready to listen your concerns. Dr Rajamma Thomas is one of the best among. I delivered both my girls in this hospital and I have been treated well by the doctors. But beware of few stupid jealous nurses who are very rude. I don't want to name them, but yes there are few old ones who are pathetic and tries to act smart.

There is no option to book in advance . Booking is only allowed in morning. There is no token number so will have to wait till they call us our name as per there choice. Waiting area is too narrow. Rooms are also very small. Doctors consulting room dnt have enough privacy. A team of doctors usually 4 to 5 sit in front of you and they are in hurry to consult next person as the next person will be standing just behind you.

Hospitality was very good,staffs also. Rooms are ok but they are not properly ventilated for air flow and sunlight. No pharmacy and canteen at all only a small tea stall. Insufficient parking area.

Diagnosis was very poor. Careless and uncommitted way of dealing patients.

Not good. They conduct too many tests for no reason. Also, they prescribe medications unnecessarily and put people in unnecessary panic.. And a normal delivery which costs just Rs.15,000 elsewhere would cost around 50,000 inhere. Do not support such institutions.

Very good service... Very good treatment... Customer friendly approach... Patient friendly service.... Homely feel.... Neat and tidy.... Homely food available at the small but hygienic canteen...

Pathetic hospital. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR DELIVERY...!!! My wife is suffering only because of this doctor, Raji. At the time of delivery there were no complications whatsoever until last 10 days when doctor decided to go ahead with C section saying my wife wasn't tall enough and there were no signs of labor pain. Expected date was on Sept 16th ( checked with radiologist when she took the scan) but doctor decided to perform C section on 10th itself. We requested for inducing labor and wait for few more days since there was no labor pain. They said drips was given but my wife did not have any signs of labor being induced instead nurse said to her it was Glucose. We trusted this doctor so much even having close acquaintances with her son Deepak but finally me and my wife has to suffer for the rest of the life with her back pain. Save your wife and child by going elsewhere...!!

Front desk is very bad. Doctors and staff have lack of communication. Unqualified nurses that they even cant take blood for blood test. Frequently asking like "are you willing to continue your pregnancy" from every staff including doctors. Feeling like they promoting abortion. Very very bad impression on them.

My wife got very good service from there. Doctors are really good especially Dr.Raji and Dr.Rajamma. You may feel the atmosphere a bit clumsy, but if you are getting comfort care, you can ignore it.
