We went for eye check up for my mom. Doctor has asked her to replace her lens. They've fixed the lens in her used frame, in a week time the lens simply fell off. When she went for fixing that, the staff's behaviour was really annoying, he was kind of misbehaving with her. Please consult some other hospital and even if you go there please don't purchase glasses from them.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS HOSPITAL. First thing try calling to their phone number you will know how bad they function. Doctor and staffs are more oriented to go home or send back the patients. I went on 20-09-2022. The lady doctor there was in a mood to go home early and did not do the consultation inspite of me reaching by 5.20 pm . Ahalia hospital says it works till 6pm but I would say this hospital in North paravur is total waste . "I would genuinely suggest you to go to True Vision Eye Care hospital which is opposite to Reliance super market."

Very bad experience, ahalya didnt find the real problem of my mother's eye. They prescribe very costly eye drops. Negatively affected to eyes. After we go to aster and got better result.

I bought a specs from their shop, after testing the from theIt clinic on 29-01-2019. One of it Nose Pad gone with in 6 months. And, first there a crack developed on left lenses from the nose bridge placing holes, after few days the temples got widen itself due to loose hinges. I have spent 30K more there. I’m stuck in Gulf, due to the regulation on normal flights operations in the light of COVID-19.

Went to this hospital when my kid had pain in eye. Very neat and professional. Great patient friendly attitude too!! They also has modern equipment needed for the tests.

Life vision opposite to reliance super market is best . Don't go to ahalia the doc and staffs there work for name sake

Today I went here to just checkup my mother's eye for upgrading her glass and waited for such a long time for doctor. In Google time mentioned that opening from 8.00am onwards but the doctor came only after 9 am. Humble request to the hospital,please correct your consultation time.

I'm very disappointed because the poorly trained staff frequently struggles to operate the malfunctioning. The staff members don't even know how to operate the machines.

Very poor service. Even Though informed that the patient is diabetic they didnt bother to check the nerves or even suggested to do so. Instead straight away gone for the cataract procedure and after that saying no improvement on vision due to nerve issues. Waste of time, effort and money.

Overall I went there after seeing bad reviews but I didn't feel that way Staff behavior was good Doctors were good All things were done very quickly and explained everything Also it's not their fault that it's busy there but it's good Overall I liked everything Very good.

Well good and neatly maintained sitting hall and good behaviour stall with good manners and knowledge help clear our queries with pleasant smile in detail always ready to help ease the patients
