Your assistance is greatly appreciated in Kerala's health care industry. This hospital is extremely busy. Although the other health workers are acting extremely well, the security staff's behaviour is terrible. We go to the hospital to get better from your ailment, not to lose our mind over these security officers' rudeness. I believe the hospital's administration will take care.

One of the best hospital for specialised treatment. Having experienced doctors and well mannered supporting staffs too. Inside the hospital cleanliness and hygiene is always maintained. Have enough parking space for each gates, however in peak visiting hours parking can be full and might need to park outside the hospital.

The hospital and care is extra ordinary by doctors and nurses but the behaviour of the receptionist is so irittating If you arw going to be adnitted better you choose a ward than a room becausee there are no difrrence in a ward wards are fully curtained and covered and we will have enough privacy. A room is good but no enough facilities are available at ward number 2 (jesham)

Had to visit the ER on an unfortunate occasion. We were attended fairly quickly, doctors we good, but the toilet does not have a health faucet here at the ER. How are patients supposed to use the toilet and clean up without the faucet. There is a dirty old bucket and a mug at your disposal. How are we supposed to clean up with a cannula on your wrist using a mug, please educate.

I brought my mother in for her diabetic foot condition, it was quite disappointing. Most of the doctors we encountered seemed rather egoistic. We felt uncomfortable asking questions about the medical procedures because, whenever we did, they reacted angrily and didn't seem interested in addressing our concerns. What bothered me the most was that it seemed like all the treatments were carried out and managed by student doctors (Interns). It felt as though we were mere subjects for them to gain experience, which was disheartening. the whole experience felt like a waste of time. Even some staff nurses were often rude and behaved in a rather silly manner. I just wanted to let everyone know about this experience.

The experience of having been served at JMMC, Thrissur has been great and beyond the expression of words. The care and treatment offered was beyond my satisfaction and nothing was found to be imperfect or insufficient. I'm immensely grateful to the doctors, nurses and every single staff of this hospital for the matchless care and service offered.

There are not enough rooms for the patients and the cost of hospitalization is high. The procedures are somewhat complicated. I had high hopes for this hospital but was disappointed. The sanitary facilities are okay but not topnotch . The behaviour of the staff is sort of mixed. There are good guys and bad ones too. This hospital has various departments for treatment and can be considered a multi speciality hospital. If only the charges and fees are a bit less expensive then this hospital can be considered one of the best in kerala

This review covers only the blood donation facility. Yesterday we donated blood. Firstly the posters need to be consistent. One of the posters shows upper age limit is 50 and other mentions 65. I crossed 50 age mark and was confused. Secondly the wash area in the blood collection area had no hand drying facility. This is a basic need. The wash room was having a marking for staff but suggested for a facility for users. Lastly the refreshments provided needs to be healthier - provided us with coffee and biscuits. Please consider this as the donors play an important role in health care industry.

The nurses of this hospital are so helpful. They care for us like their own. Doctors are so experienced and likeable. They patiently address your problems and will clear your doubts. Canteen food is normal. But you will get a homely feeling in the food. The rooms are good and there is staff who clean it daily. Altogether Jubilee mission hospital is a savior for common people.

Donโ€™t go there if you want your life. Patients are like test subjects for their students. Each and every things we need to fight with them to get better treatment. But the bill they are preparing is not acceptable with the service they are providing. Everything is like โ€œself serviceโ€ like their canteen

The worst hospital that i ever stepped into. They dnt even provide good net connection for gpay and other upi payments. And the staffs in account sections are terrible. Especially in the accounts of lab and pathology. We are paying for all the services they are providing and still we have to beg them for their mercy. This hospital is not for social service but for money service.

The behavior of the receptionist is well mannered. But the treatment and care is terrible. Some of the nurses made us irritated by their ATTITUDE towards the patient.

Hospital services are provided in Good quality. But security staff. Security manager behaves very arrogant and cruel to bystanders . They treat bystanders like they see criminal at their front and call police to remove if somebody resist to their language .
