Fr. Gabriel is the founder. But after he lost the control, the hospital stated moving towards business line. Now they are far away from the service minds. I had a worst experience due to the carelessness of the nursing staff. The doctor came to the spot and threw she away the devices. I thank the doctor who changed dangerous situation to normal one.

The importance of mental and physical wellness is equal. You experience goosebumps as soon as you step into this facility. Speaking with the personnel here is a huge mental stress reliever. As a hospital affiliated with a medical school, excellent treatment is guaranteed. Here, every super-specialized category is applicable. Its specific discipline is obvious here because it is a medical college. Doctors and staff members exhibit excellent behaviour. There is enough space for cars to park here. Ten rupees must be spent in order to use it. They offer parking spaces near the playground for when the parking lot is full. There are plenty of coffee shops and a canteen selling wholesome cuisine. The section here that deals with cancer therapy has made a priceless contribution to Kerala's healthcare system. All settings are compatible with this area. Doctors' behaviour can have a significant impact on patients. The fact that it operates quite eco-friendly is what most impressed me. The future of healthy living depends on the joint wellbeing of people, animals, and the environment. Here, a few birds and animals are sparsely and impeccably preserved. May you be able to achieve the One Health concept that the World Health Organization has envisioned. All the best and thank you for your services.

The hospital now in business line and may not be affordable to middle class family. They told you may get some discount in hospital bills if opt for general ward, but no discount for pharmacy bills. Unlike other hospitals, you cannot contact the doctors thru mobile phone in case of any emergency advice. They charge Rs 50 for telephonic booking. There is no PRO facility available to claim your insurance bills thru reimbursement process, you have to take op ticket and wait until the last patient clear the seat to meet the doc for signing bills. For insurance matter better directly contact insurance department other than taking advice from any other sections including PRO, there is a chance to get misleading information. They demand cash deposit even if you are covered with cashless insurance coverage. PMJAY empanelled hospital but they won't accept that card for any diseases except for covid. And the most irritating thing is they demand for parking charges. Rs. 5 and Rs.10 for 2 and 4 wheelers respectively. If you are a bystander and entry/exit multiple time for any emergency, they demand extra parking fee and some security guards having arrogant attitude. I saw several times, people are scolding with security guards for not paying parking fee. This will ruin your day. Since it's a medical College many cases are handled by PG students and you may not be fully satisfied with their service. If you pay.. you need 100% customer satisfaction from any services you received...

Some of the Doctors are good, however support staff lack basic customer service skills and empathy. Their processes are from the stone age, and everywhere you somehow see chaos. Please invest in basic customer service training, etiquette, and basic empathy skills when you run such a large healthcare facility. Please refine your processes and bring about operational excellence in your day to day operations. As much as you focus on money, please focus on patient care, recovery and well organized process driven methodology. Really sad to see an institute like this managed so poorly, with absolutely no regard for patients/bystanders. Fix your IT issues, try to sync with the times in 2022. This is not 1947. And plz don't use the elevator in this hospital. It is a nightmare.

It's a charitable hospital attached to medical college in the thrissur town run by Christian missionaries. Have almost all departments and with the best doctors in thrissur. Not too expensive, very nice service by nursing staff, all in one centre for various treatments, at a reasonable cost.

I have been waiting in the OP for more than 2 hours and still couldn't see the doctor. It would be a great help to the sick patients waiting outside if you manage the OP waiting time.

😠 Pathetic. Very poor, money is their priority. The nurse and staff taking care of the patient has no idea about the patient and they don't even know which what treatment they are doing to patient. No one was saying about the condition of patient. The AC room which they provide was very poor. Water is...
