Good experienced doctors and staff.

Doctors and nurses and good....Good care and cheap rates. Old construction, rooms cleanliness questionable...

Very poor consulting and behaviour.Gastro doctor Mr.Satheesh timing is 7.30a.m...Reached 7 A.m morning to consult doctor.But doctor reached at 8.55 A.m only.we get to know that Dr. used to come at 9Am only .But time of doctor mentioned 7.30 a.m in the board.

Thrissur district Co-operative hospital located in shornur road ,Naikkanal , Thrissur.Very good hospital with all the facilities.Hospital was bit crowded when i visited in the morning.Pharmacy is located inside the hospital.Pharmcy staff behaviour was good and helpful .

Pitty over the management.... Patient even have to pay the bill of a glove and mask used by the doctor 🤐...... N even for a simple abdominal pain(even though patient and attender knows the reason (100%)), blood tests are must. 🤐🤐🤐🤐 And at last they ends up with the same reason stated by the patient 😃

No good equipments.. No Car Parking .. Very Cheep rate Compare to Other Hospitals .. The Gynecologists Dr. Raji Benjamin is experienced .. there is No Other Good Doctors...

This hospital has good doctors and staff.I had came to this hospital for my mother's surgery. So I know everyone in this hospital and they are very good people.

It is economical. Cleanliness needs to be improved, No parking space. You can only drop and pick-up patient here. You have to park your vehicle either in the round or some other paid parking slots in the nearby places.

worst experience. I had consulted physician for my neck pain. she prescribed me medicines for three days. And told me that to consult her again if there is no changes. I went to the hospital after 3 days because there was no change in neck pain. And they told me that there is no Op consultation for the dr. on that day(onlt Thrs to Sat). so i have to pay additional amount and consult another doctor. If she don't have Op then why she prescribed me 3 days medicine? And asked me to come after 3 days? All are acting for this Hospital mafia.

My grandma was unable to move hand & leg yesterday morning, and we took her to co-operative casualty which made really a bad experience. They just let her lie there saying “it’s just a liquid in the brain & not so serious” after taking CT Scan. And kept her until evening. since they didn't take any further action, we brought her to the neuro section in another hospital & the doctor said, “she has brain stroke & for that she must have been taken injection within the first 3hr. Since she couldn't get that we need to give her more dose injection”. And they did all tests like swab, RTPCR , MRI, etc immediately. We were furious as hearing that, because this co-operative hospital doctors didnt even took it as serious. A kind request is, atleast pls dont make the patients stay if u cannot consult or take action.

If your going for an emergency never prefer this hospital. They have the worst service. They make the process really difficult for us.

Very bad experience, this hospital is charging for parking, it seems hospital staff fooling people, i have seen my life 1st hospital is charging for parking, if anyone is admitted in the hospital the do we need to pay parking charge for every visit?

If an emergency occurs, and a lady is admitted, If they require to remove the ornaments, there is no ornament cutter with them and the bistanders will have to borrow it from somewhere. The staff is very careless that they misplace test results and ask us to run from ward to lab, to and fro twice or thrice Cleanliness is remarkably poor and tables near the beds are worst They will schedule a surgery and make us wait endlessly. Even after passing the scheduled time they wont start the surgery. What is the difference if they schedule surgery for 2.30 and we are still waiting for it to start and 4.40??? After all hospital is theirs..!!! But the cost!!!!! That must be high!!! Even for such a poor atmosphere as a hospital. The only consolation for the money was the behaviour of the doctor.

Wrost hospital ever. There are so many things that I felt really bad . First of all the employees behaviour. When we start from the front office, they don't know how to behave and how to resolve the customer problems. The way they talk and the response for the query is really bad and annoying. When we approach them they think they are ceo or MD of the hospital and we are their subordinates. Another thing i noticed is that in the pharmacy side. They quarrel everytime and doesn't bother about the customers who are waiting really bad experience from there also. Then we come to nursing side they are okay basically when compared to other hospitals they arrogant and don't know the basics of nursing in part take caring a patient . Then the hospital experience is really bad most of the rooms and premises uncleaned . The one thing good there is the doctors i assure they will don't disappoint us. I hospital management must conduct a class on hospitality management and customer relations for your employees immediately . Finally the staff wearing pink uniform is really good behaviour .

I had very bad experience...blood pressure measurement strap was really bad and in very much bad condition..staff members behaviour was really bad..will not recommend to anyone.

Front office staff behavior is really bad. They don’t have time to answer the question. they are very busy with phone and some local talk. if someone ask anything no one give proper answer.

One of the worst hospital in Thrissur I will not recommend anyone Firstly no car parking for two wheelers u should find some places in the road side Secondly Rooms are not at all clean And it's very old building Bathroom are in same Rooms u have tv and setoff box don't worry it won't work And the smell from bathroom is disgusting

Bad bad bad service .....This morning I came to the hospital with my baby to see Dr. Sreejith.We reached the hospital at 11 am and booked a token for the doctor and the doctor's office hours were till half past one but the doctor left before one o'clock and did not come back till 3 'o clock. We went to the compliance center there and told them and completed it there but they donot treated us in a good manner and they said that if you don't want to see the doctor, change the ticket and collect the money.

Worst hospital For small issues its ok but for major ones opt for some other hospital Places are not at all neat and clean Nurse and staffs are not in proper coordination. Rooms are also not clean. Looks like some ancient time hospital not at all updated. Operation theatre bed is pathetic

Good service by orthopedic surgeon Arun Sebastian here and good follow up also for the post-operative recovery. The stay and the canteen facilities at the hospital need to improve a lot, especially the staff at the canteen on the 2nd floor need to wear masks compulsorily.

Bad experience i had through this hospital when i was admitted to my surgery after the surgery dr discharge us but this hospital administration didn't allow us to go home after discharge summary they allow us to go after 4 days Bad experience too much badness

Very good hospital.....the treatment of our dr.vinod babu sir was awesome..sir was very friendly and Nurses gave a good care to my mom...and the hospital and our room D43 was very neat and clean.....thank you co-operative hospital.❤️
