Took my 5 months old niece to Vasan eye care due to redness on her left eyes. We consulted Dr. Kochami and due to some strange reason, the doctor was in a hurry and after checking the eye using torch light concluded that there is nothing wrong with the eyes. We strongly raised our concern that she couldn't even notice the red colour in her eyes. As we approached the reception, they advised to wait for another doctor, and hence we consulted Dr. Reji. He prescribed 2 eye drops and gave us a lecture on how respectful the doctor's profession is and how to behave to doctors. The prescription provided had no name of the doctor and seal on it, which I believe is intentional and unprofessional Due to the lack of confidence on the doctors, we thought of taking a second opinion and took the baby to another eye hospital, where they clearly noticed cotton particles in the eye and the doctor cleaned the eyes. Will never recommend the doctor to anyone. They are bringing bad name to the organisation which they work for. Admin staff and reception staff were helpful to understand our concern.

Pathetic service. I went for an eye test for my licence renewal. The lady staff over there wanted to know when I took my photograph given for the certificate, which I have taken only 6 months back. The Doctor (a lady doctor, don't know her name) asked why are you late ? (the time was only 4 p.m.). After checking they said, you have to come tomorrow again to get the certificate. They don't value the time of the people and the doctor behaves in a manner that she is the most expert and busiest doctor in Kerala. Horrible place. I will never suggest this place to visit for any service

OK Experience. Place is at TB road and very near to Sakthan bus stand. Next to Dass continental. Had a visit for the eye check up recently for eye test.They welcomed well and rest all are OK except the expertise level of the staffs. Each and every one asking same question about the difficulty of my eye which was suppose to ask by a doctor. I thought all having same expertise as a doctor. After couple of hurdles got a detailed test from a doctor, prescribed a eye drops, and directed to buy it from the pharmacy behind reception, doctor prescribed a eye drop, don't how i got two after showing them the prescription. I think they are making revenue from pharmacy, because already I paid for the consultation. Overall consultation was Ok, call and book for the same doctor, because most of them may be not available.

Small cost for checkup. I would not recommend to by 🕶️ glasses from there it's too much expensive. Buying glasses and frame from outside is much cheaper.

Had a good experience with Vasan eye care hospital Thrissur. I went there with my mother she having redness in their eyes. It will ok with in some days. Had a bad experience with other known eye hospital. But here Staffs and doctors are so co operative . I will suggest this to my friends and relatives. Thanks Vasan crews had a good experience.

Staff is ok, but the doctor we met was very rude, judging and insensitive. We went to check the power for our 5 year old son , but to our surprise the doctor was more interested in judging him based on how much he can read from the letters. That too in front of the kid. That was totally unprofessional and damaging the confidence of the kid. We would personally never put our kid through such an experience again.

Very unsymapathetic and a horrible doctor. We went today to check the power of my kids' glasses. Rather than doing that, the doctor was trying to assess/assert that he is autistic . And completely rude in doing so ...🤦🤦 Please skip this place if you are looking for EYE doctor's who can take care of your eyes.

Dr Kochami of Vasan Eye Care is the worst doctor I've come across in my whole life. She is not only arrogant, insensitive and inattentive, but also unskilled. I definitely don't know how she became a doctor. Would never visit Vasan Eye Care again.

Worst Experience. Had a visit for the eye check up recently for eye test and it was disaster! Welcomed well and rest all are OK except the expertise level of the staffs After the detailed test, they gave wrong lens power information and did not able to use the same lens once prepared. The error was that much marginal as even cant keep the specs for minutes which will cause vertigo. Overall poor consultation and loss of money

Customer friendly behaviour. Good caring Experienced Doctors. Optical shop is expensive. Don't know about surgery rate and all. They will give Malayala Manoram Ente Deal Discout frequently.

Vasan Eye Care in Thrissur is located at TB road and very near to Sakthan bus stand. A very good Eye Clinic with the services of good Doctors and office staff. Parking facility is available. Best Eye Clinic with peaceful atmosphere and friendly services.

Bad experience from the opticals from thrissur... they told optics will send to nearest to home with in 4 working days now it is 16 days...till now we didn't got the optics... Very bad experience....
