Very very bad behavior of the staff.There is a staff who do not even know how to behave to patients who come to buy results. So just try to teach such staff how to behave first.

I had a very Bad experience from the Doctor an old lady in Scanning department. She shouted at the staff who is doing procedure and for slightly moving my body while doing she shouted at me very harshly this is a very Bad behaviour from the staff. First of all train the staff to be polite and friendly to the Patients. This laboratory must be renamed as ' Unfriendly and Worst Clinic'.

Quality service and accuracy. Seeing through the other reviews ,it seems like many people have had issues with the complicated system like tokens and Timing. But the way i see it, the token and multi counter system does a great job in keeping things in equilibrium. Sometimes it takes more waiting than usual but it's just due to the large amount of work they have. I have visited this place a lot of times and i have seen this place mostly busy. So No complaints, Good service

I had to do a Ba swollen test for mu sister. I called them through the number given in the website. Someone picked up I asked for the test details and availability phone was transferred to someone else again I asked the same thing again phone got transfer again the same thing happened after transferring and transferring they disconnected the call. The tests and technology might me good there, but the staff behaviour and facilities are really just so poor.

Even though the staff is very efficient, and test results are accurate, the toilets are unhygeinic and smelling. I request the management to take care of this issue. Nowadays all reputed labs keep the toilets for customers very clean and hygeinic.

Not a good lab for differently abled persons. They have to wait atleast 2,3 hours to take x-rays like a normal person. Differently abled persons get priority in any health facility in Kerala. Not a friendly lab for differently abled persons, avoid it.

All types of scanning ...xray..checkups are done here .if i am not wrong it is the oldest clinic in Thrissur..no parking facility is the only drawback...all other jobs done here are systematic and staffs are supportive and caring

Contacted for usg abdomen. They won't do it without prescription. The way the staff wss talking not good as if i am doing a big mistake.

Sorry to say this.. very disappointing way of approach from the staffs They must be helping to those who doesn't know how the things work in there instead of raising against them which is not what we are expecting from you....
