Very very very worst lab...all they need is cash.. The behaviour of receptionist is very bad... I took a CT scan at 9:00am and got the result at 2:00 pm..they asked us to wait till we get the result and we missed an appointment with our doctor of another hospital. They charge a huge amount for every scanning... The cost of CT scan is ₹7000 Not at all affordable..Bad service... Its like we are under their mercy. I suggest not to go there for your good... Such a worst place

They gave us the appointment for 9AM and made us wait for 6 hours for our turn and called us only at 3 PM! They simply dun value the customers time!When I asked a staff why its taking so long, the cold response which I got is that the procedure would take time!As a layman I can understand that CT scan would take 30 minutes or maximum it could go upto an hour!But making a patient wait for 6 hours to get this done is not at all acceptable!They dun have a token system and have no clue how to manage the crowd! Who ever calls for an appointment in the first half, the staff simply ask them to come at 9AM and if someone wants an appointment in the second half they make it 3PM and make them wait and call them according to their whims and fancies!Since we wanted a CT scan, 4 hours fasting was required!Since we got the appointment at 9 AM, we skipped the break fast as the procedure had to be done in an empty stomach! We were under the hope the since the apppintment is at 9 AM, we could get the scan done and return home by lunch time!Instead they made us skip our lunch as well as the procedure got over in the afternoon only!Please learn to value others time!Such a horrible experience, will never visit again nor do I recommend this place to anyone!

I would suggest a better name - "Waiting diagnostics". For anything, they need few hours and most difficult part is they collect only "Cash". They are against Digital India. The reception people behaves as we are at their mercy. Not recommended at all. Please stay away.

This kind of behaviour from the reception staff is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their position or status. There should be no double standards When it comes to allowing people to enter the lab, and the reception staff should not be discriminating against customers. The staff inside the lab should be held to the same standard as everyone else. Allowing certain people to wear slippers while not allowing others shows a clear bias that needs to be addressed. Also, based on my experience, I have taken an appointment and was given a time schedule over the phone, and when I showed up at the appointment time, they still made me sit for hours, and when I checked with them, they told me they were busy with other patients, then I wondered what is the purpose of an appointment was, and I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.

One of the worst service places. They accept only CASH. In this Era or digital transactions, they accept only cash. And the atm near them, which belongs to the great Canara Bank never works. I am never coming back to this place. All the doctors are paid commission or what? To refer this useless place! Please go to some other place for scanning! Never come here.

No value for customers time. Appointment at 1pm. Called in fo scan at 3. Still nothing. Avoid this place. Find a better place for a scan. The also have a scam where the want you to inject a die and charge and additional Rs 2500. They also only accept cash.

One of the most popular scanning center in thrissur city. Very busy place most of the times. Wheelchair access available. Considerable parking space available inside. But mostly no space inside. So only parking available is outside on road side. They do 1.5T MRI, CT & Ultrasound scan. Covid-19 protocols are maintained.

They don’t take appointments. Walk in is a joke. Zero communication between check in area and the rest of the imaging facility. People with hours of fasting wait while others easily get their procedure done and even results received. Place sucks. Please don’t bother to go there. Wish there is an option to rate your service/experience from 0 to 10. Could have easily picked 0.

As everyone mentioned, time management is a serious issue. Staff behaves as if they're still in 80s. They don't have track of appointments and it's a chaos.

Never ever go to this place even of Doctors recommend. No hospitality and no scheduling. The appointment time they give is not even near to when they call you. Expect minimum 2.5 to 3 hours delay. Don't know why doctors refer you to such places. Worst scanning center in Thrissur.

They don't accept card payments selectively for smaller bills, patient has to go out to find an atm and then only will proceed with the tests.

Disorganized is the one word.and to top it the place accepts only cash!A place that accepts only cash in today's times should speak volumes of their customer service.No appointments given.I would completely avoid this place unless there is some test that is done only in this center and I doubt there is any like that!There is only a ramp entry and senior citizens have no railings to hold onto.If you need a railing.you need to remove your footwear and then go to the other side.Such small things which go a long way!

Front office : such a worst attitude people No digital payment, but in phone calls we can hear, they are allowing card payments (may be for vip) Doctor attitude is good.

Very bad behavior of the staff and security. I visited there on December 15 morning 8 AM. The security informed that there is no place for parking and told to park my car outside the compound. But there were free parking slots inside the compound. The security told that it is only for Canara Bank customers and Vita scan has only two parking slots in which one slot is used by the owner and another slot by doctor. This means that the customers cannot park their car inside the compound at any point of time. It is also surprising that the Canara Bank customers will come for banking purposes at 8 AM in the morning (really weird). Overall, very bad hospitality with high rates for scanning.
