Great gym. Really satisfied with the training. Be it for any age group or gender, you'll get the best training from here. The trainer has deep knowledge and your limits will be pushed slowly but steadily, making you achieve your best level of fitness.

As a fitness fanatic I would certainly say this is one of the best gyms I've been in to so far. Be of any age, physical condition or gender , I guarantee you'll feel comfortable with the regimen and the trainer. The best part is, the trainer there is highly qualified, having in depth knowledge in fitness and nutrition.

Good and neat fitness center where i visited. Also equipments are all good and new. Well maintained.Best suite for men and womens. Regular health checkups and advices by doctor inside the fitness, make me healthier. Trainer is supportive and friendly. Good choice, Best in thrissur !!!!

Best training i have ever received. I have been practicing here for last couple of months.The trainers helped me a lot to improve my fitness level.The major speciality in this gym is HIGHLY QUALIFIED TRAINERS ,two of them have MBBS(dr. Unni and dr. Maya).

If u want reduce fat and stays fit, healthy and strong... this gym is the best option for you .. lovely trainer with all the knowledges and will get a good friends like family people there... highly recommended
