For dinner, I opted for the à la carte menu, and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of Indian breakfast options, although there were fewer choices for English or Western breakfast items. However, the quality of the food was good, and I left satisfied. All in all, I found the hotel to be great value for money. It offered a nice environment, comfortable rooms, and delightful dining experiences. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: 1. Definitely a luxury hotel with excellent ambience, excellent cleanliness and excellent service 2. Food was just awesome. Tried both in-room dining as well as buffet from a ceremony held. Quality of food was excellent 3. Room was very well maintained with all the facilities one could ever ask for Cons: 1. Nothing that I came across but it’s an expensive place to stay and dine. It’s definitely worth every penny Overall, would definitely recommend to everyone and would definitely consider staying there in future

I attended a wedding reception there today. It was not equipped to handle the number of people in the hall. There was less seating available and no alternatives for the guests. The food was decent no complaints there. The staff were cordial and well trained , just missed sitting down to eat my meal

We stayed in Hyatt for couple of nights recently. This hotel is an excellent property with good sized sparkling clean rooms and ample car parking. The staff is really nice. Shoutout to the cleaning staff and the folks who work in the restaurant. The breakfast is solid with both regional dishes and western food options. Excellent for anybody who is looking for a hassle-free stay and want to have a taste of good life.

Clean, not very crowded and well maintained. Saw the pool meticulously maintained. Restaurant buffet not impressive & hard to get any continental cuisine. Room service had limited menu but great tasting. Butter chicken and Thai curries were outstanding.

We Had a great stay over last 3 days. Very Clean and spacious room with lovely view especially pool view . Breakfast buffet had a great spread of Indian and continental dishes. All staffs are very friendly behaviour.

Had ordered anniversary cake and they ruined it. Instead of giving us a caramel crunchy cake they made a caramel mousee cake which we refused to take it , then they said they would replace our cake and again gave us a mouse cake which was obviously refused again. Buffet food was so bad mutton biryani all fat rubber pieces, chicken Tikka was not cooked the masala taste was still on the chicken.when the hotel was newly opened the food was excellent now its really bad staff needs to be changed hotel loosing its charm with horrible cooks . They have no basic knowledge to bake the cake me ordered its shocking to see no five star standard .one staff pushed the glass of water literally slided the glasses instaed of lifting and moving the glasses .ehose foing the hiring HR bringin all badly trained staff. Please maintain Hyatt standards.

Hyatt Regency Thrissur is the best in town! The security and valet service are top-notch. The hotel is neat and clean and perfect for small gatherings and functions. The lounge is spacious and the food is of high quality. The customer service is excellent. I liked the experience.

Definitely one of the poshest wedding destinations in Thriuusr. it has become even better after the renovation. very luxuriously appointed halls make it a perfect venue. the food is also quite good, although it's slightly overpriced. one thing they really need to work on is their staff. They need to be a lot more aware of the needs of their customers. Also need to be a lot more courteous.

Fantastic was the room, food, fitness Centre, courtesy of the entire staff Room: excellent. It has all the standard elements of a suit room matching with 5star grade. We enjoyed the stay therefore. Restaurant: Food is delicious and rich with variety especially the breakfast. They need more space. Spa: The experience was refreshing and relaxing. Steaming, full body scrubbing, full body massage and full body wrap. The therapist was patient, hard working and proffessional. Fitness centre: The pool, gym (24 hours) all good. Surrounding: the campus is attractive. They have a convention centre and we walked throughout and captured good photos. Summary: we enjoyed the weekend ..great experience.

Had visited the hotel twice. First was for a buffet lunch (8 persons). Spread was tasty & varied except for the beef. Beef couldn’t be eaten as it was hard. It felt like chewing gum. The desserts spread was also great. Subsequently my birthday party ( 15 persons)was held here. We opted for buffet dinner. We were given a separate enclosure to conduct the private & family event. Food was served by waiters. Special mention to Akhil who served with a smile despite our demands. My only complaint was that while settling the bill, nobody bothered to ask if I had a WOH membership. Sadly, I had a membership & subsequently ONLY the buffet lunch’s points were credited. My birthday bill was settled by my son. Obviously it wouldn’t be settled by me. No points recvd. Disappointed!!

They don't know how to make a steak medium. For a hyatt restaurant to not know this is unheard of. I got it rare by the way. I appreciate the fact that they didn't charge me for it even though I asked them to take it back but I was very disappointed to not enjoy my food.

One of the few hotels in Thrissur with a pool, Hyatt regency is a great place to reside in if you are in Thrissur. The room was medium sized and no "luxury" feel it to it. But the service and behaviour of the staff is exemplary. I was with my family and they gave us an extra bed free of cost that made a world of difference to our sleep. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with multiple options. Some of the tech were a bit confusing and I though they could have given a brief intro to that. Overall it was a happy experience

Hyatt regency Thrissur is one of most lovely hotel I have ever stayed.Even my kid used to say need to go there.The ambience service and food is exceptional.Rooms are clean and buffet breakfast is amazing with lot of varieties.Pool in this hotel is outdoor it's clean and always assisted with staffs.clean pool with almost every life guard facilities available.Hotel has spa and also a good gym.I will recommend this to families to try once for good experience.

Attended a family function in the Regal hall. The hall is centrally airconditioned with wall to wall carpeting. The ceiling is decorated beautifully. Food was good and service, excellent. Washrooms were spotlessly clean. Away from the bustle of the town, but very conveniently located. Ample parking space.

Stay is very nice and comfy. Friendly staff. Buffet is mostly good with great spread. Breakfast had almost all south Indian items including 'Pazhamkanji' and it tasted good too.

The hotel has the elegance and ambience of a 5 star hotel. The restaurant was a bit small but the dishes were tasty. There was a variety of dishes. There could have been more options as the total number of dishes was low. It was a nice experience and the restaurant is definitely recommended.

This was my 3rd visit since Hyatt opened in Thrissur. Both the previous visits (one being my sons birthday), food was excellent. But this time, was not that impressed. The starters were good. Saladswere excellent. But other than other all other dish was just average. Maybe a bad day for the chef.

Nice restaurant. Well managed and maintained. Some interesting choices for food is there. Food was tasty and enough to fill you up. Complementary dessert offered was also mouth watering. Even though we didn't have a booking restaurant offered us some space to sit and eat.

I had a buffet lunch from there. No social distancing. The restaurant is thickly packed. Couldn't enjoy as one old man was touching the desert with hand giving it to his grandchild and licking it. He was touching the other deserts with same hand. These kind of acts should be prevented on these pandemic days.

Very disappointed with the experience in this particular property at hyatt regency Thrissur, compared to 5 star standards it’s worst , stayed 6 nights here & there was no proper customer support, this hotel is not customer friendly, the staff here are unreliable , liars & manipulative, had used hotel transport to commute within the city , the hotel transportation is also a scam in terms of charges , writing kilometre & with drivers so be aware while using hotel transport…. The service is very slow here, & not very efficient staff specially at front desk … the staff at the restaurants were friendly, very kind & helpful & provide good service at restaurant, the buffet collections are very limited for vegetarians.. food is average … the cleanliness in the room is good … Honestly wouldn’t recommend for the price & service this is totally a 4 star property & service here is very very poor …. Very disappointed … had bad experience specially with front desk staff , with their poor communication skill , not attentive & alert , and transport team for their poor service & over charging … the drivers are not reliable too …so be aware of the experience from them …

We live next door and have eaten there for a month. The five stars are for the excellent staff they have, fluent, friendly and smart. Vijay and Nur are exceptionally good at their job. From a customer point of view, they alone made us go back there again and again. They were polite, friendly and my kids loved them. The establishment is well-kept and spectacularly clean, the food is delicious and on-point. Looking forward to going back there again

Visited the restaurant for Buffet Dinner. Place was crowded. As we had booked the table in advance, we were seated without delay. Our previous experience with a-la-carte service was great. The buffet spread was okay and included Indian, Chinese cuisine & some western dishes. However we were disappointed with the quality of the food. The salad table was adequate & desert was good. Although quality was a missing element. Customer service was prompt and pleasing. And i could see that most of the team was committed to provide best service at the table. Quality of food served is a key factor that makes Dining an enjoyable experience. Hope the organisation realises the need to retain good kitchen staff at all costs.

Lulu Convention Centre is located in the same Hotel compound and just a minute walk away. One can reach to the convention centre through the roof covered passage straight from the Hyatt lobby to avoid rain.Lot of parking are available in the hotel as well as in front of the Lulu Convention Centre.

Far away from Thrissur town. Without GPS very difficult to locate the hotel. We went there to attend a marriage function followed by Kerala style sadya. Hall was found suitable for marriage and other functions. Calm and quite place. Enough space for out side parking also. Sadya was also found great👍. Neatly dressed ladies are there to serve your needs.

I stayed at your hotel for 3 days in December 2023 and my experience was very good . I already wrote my critique and discussed with the manager before I left. For a hotel that is 4 years old , not to have a bar is very unusual and during my discussion with the manager I understood the owners preference for alcohol prohibition and he being the wealthy owner can do whatever he wants. The service in the restaurant was clearly below par and this is a common problem in all the hotels I stayed in Delhi Agra. Jaipur Goa and Kochi and you must instruct the waiters to be more attentive, if I come again with family I will stay in your hotel, if alone I will stay in a hotel near the round so that I can walk around town lost in my nostalgic dreams. . I read about a fellow complaining about steak not properly cooked- he should not be eating steaks anyway and I by the same token I should not be drinking alcohol either- best of luck and hope your hotel continues to be a success
