Rooms are good neatly maintained, but the staffs behavior is so arrogant and irritated. They are not interested to receive the customers and not able to satisfy the customer needs. All of them are concentrated for how to teasing customers. Especially one guy Akhil, we were staying around 5 days for our official purpose due to near by our office. They don't want for next visit, I will not recommended to anyone for a pleasant stay is here. One more thing is all receptionist in this hotel should understand that we were stayed in your hotel with full payment as you are mentioned in your tarriff. So don't try to under estimate anyone, it will effect in your future business.

The food is amazing. Do Try the Hot Breakfast menu along with the lunch and dinner delicacies. The Location is quite travel friendly and the place is budget friendly. Prompt and consumer friendly service as well. 🥰

Highly unrealiable place. We had the misfortune of booking a room for our relative who was arriving from Bangalore for 2 days at this hotel. When we went to confirm the booking in the morning of his arrival, the reception staff informed us that the guest who was to arrive at 9 pm that day can directly come over and no advance booking was needed. But when he did arrive, the hotel was closed and no one was there. Upon contacting the manager by phone, we were informed that the hotel closes at 8 pm now, so no one would be there!!! So, whoever plans on booking at this hotel, better think twice about it!!!!

Excellent hotel for stay and food

We booked here for 1 day this week. The room I booked was non ac(through MakeMyTrip) and at reception they said for switching to ac room it would cost extra 1k so we thought to go with non ac as it was for a single night. Well that was a bad decision.Room was too hot and fan alone didn't help. Couldn't sleep a bit at night and at around 3pm we checked out and travelled to our destination. Service and food available in the restaurant was good.

Located on Palakkad - Cochin highway. Big lodge, and very spacious car parking available. Two restaurents inside the premises. Rooms are neat and clean. Rates are also nominal. Enjoyed a peaceful stay

Room just next to the highway. Convince for everything. They have Saravana Bhavan and a non veg restaurant attached. We ordered lemon rice and Schezwan fried rice which was bad. They had put sliced lemons in the lemon rice which made it bitter 🤦 and Schezwan fried rice was below average in taste. Service is very fast and friendly staff.

Stayed here for 3 days. We had 2 rooms. Rooms were clean. The hotel has 2 restaurants. One is a vegetarian restaurant. Food at both the restaurants are excellent. Staff at the hotel is very helpful. Excellent breakfast options at the Saravana restaurant. This hotel is Definitely recommended.

Not even worth to give one star rating. Very poor service from staffs of restaurant. Unclean tables with flies. Air conditioning is improper but we have to pay for that. Very late table service and rude behaviour from the staff. Even for a simple item we have to wait for approximately 45 mins. Worst experience ever.

Staff are polite and supportive .very helpful and committed room service in budget fare. I recommend it for peacful, high fi maintainace under economic costs. Food is also very nice tasty food

I always drop there on my way to Mysore for breakfast. The place is very neat& food awesome.

A decent place to stay. Loved the room, pretty air conditioned, there's a Television and coffee maker too. One drawback is the place, we had to pass the toll multiple times for other visits where toll passing charges are high. There are temples nearby and I'm not sure about the cost because booking was done by someone else. Obviously AC rooms will be higher cost.

Everything is good here. Well maintained rooms and commendable service. In house restaurants are there which offers great food options. Overall one of the best one we have in this area.

Non AC bars in Kerala are not worth visiting. This one was no exception. It's better to buy alcohol from the outlet and sit at home or any other place if possible.

We just needed a room to freshen up and it was good for that purpose. No complaints.

The rooms were decent. Facilities on the rooms are up to the mark. The hotel went through a renovation recently as it's an old property. The only issue is the furniture in the room which is very old and there were bed bugs on it.

I'm book one double room in goibibo. When I'm arriving Reception they making late of my procedures. Frist they provide twin bed room after my booking request they change to king size bed room. In The room there is no due for in the bed. The people used due cover only. Then I'm waiting for switch on ac also like 5 minutes more than. When I stay room no 208 there is one bath towel. But in my booking details already mentioned we are two peoples. But the supplies also they are providing one person only. This is my Frist very bad stay in this hotel. Next time I'm not booking room there that's sure. Then I'm asking the food for the vegetarian restaurant. they told me already is closed. I'm requesting the food for 10: 01pm, the staff already told me they are closing 10 clock alredy. The people also not ready to serve the food. Then last they provide to me. But I request so many times. We are paying money nothing to request complimentary. But the staff behaviour like or something......

Attended a party there. Can accommodate nearly 100 people at a time. Facilities are good enough for conducting small events.

Very very poor hospitality. It was a bad experience I got from the staff. I had taken 10 rooms for my sister's marriage. Some of our relatives came to visit her at the hotel and the management charges 250 rupees each for entering to their hotel under the category of fresh up. Kindly ensure every rules before entering to the hotels of Gokulam.

Excellent service.Rooms rates are good compare than other hotels.Cleanliness can be improved.They do have restaurant called Habitat.Food was average.We ordered for many food.Few food i really want to mention here.We ordered for pepper chicken dry.But we received alhafam chicken with some pepper marination.It was not at all taste like pepper chicken.It was not at all fresh too.Being a hotilier i know they did something which they are not supposed to do.That too they served at lunch time😏.I was really helpless because our elders won't have food from here.Dosa,soup,gobi machurian,chapati was good.Beef roast was not up to the mark.You can stay there but avoid having food.
