You can easily view this because this is at the main street thrissur called swaraj round road. And it's a huge building. You get attractive scheme about you and your vehicle damage here. All the managers and staffs are well trained and experts to give you the schemes and money matters about

They don't accept UPI because of some portal trouble they told, did accept card payment, even though the office was with centralised ac they were keeping windows opened and most of the chairs for customers were kept loaded with files and paper loads, elevator is in same condition as before not functioning, even staircase steps are uneven, may get slipped if not careful. Funny part is they don't have parking area, it's seems the basement parking area for the building been converted in to various shops

Very Cooperative and Supportive Staff

Good staff for the Health Insurance Policy section of the office. The staff tried several times to solve the problems. But the online payment system is bad to United India Insurance Company.

Went for the renewal of my policy , because it was not possible online. Service was very fast and competent.I will give 5 out of 5 for that.. But the office was not so appealing. Very hot , with dirty plastic barriers., Files stacked on customers chairs to remind and observe social distancing.... Come on UIA you can make it better'..

worst insurance i have ever seen... not even attending the calls in claim section. And im waiting for the claim for last 3 weeks, still not credited the amount to the service centre(ford mannuthy)

No lift to the 2nd floor office, though service is prompt and precise

There is no lift service, so I change my insurance company next time
