Very bad service….Don’t expect this from a reputed firm like Vi….The security staff is the most worst one….Not even caring the customers….All the staffs are not even caring the customers….

Ridiculous service center. They're just specialised in wasting your time. It took me more than one hour just to convert my sim(postpaid to prepaid). They made me recharge instantly and it's been two days and they haven't done it yet. Vi's poor network is the reason for this in the first place. Now after visiting their customer service center, I'm porting this number.

Had experienced very good service from their customer service executive, first explained me about the procedures and then within a short time they completed my request. The store is big , interior decorated with their advertisements, waiting time inside the store is little exhausting , limited parking in front of the showroom, location is just in front of the Indian Coffee House Bldg Near Vadakkestand Thrissur.

It's ok. I visited here to change my sim and my first experience was worse. And it took almost three weeks to get ready and I need to be change the sim twice because of error caused by the staff. When the next time I came here to change the sim to prepaid it's ok. Simply Some staffs are good and responsible and some of them don't known the value of time.

Worst customer care. Staff don’t know what all documents required for transferring an ownership. For changing the ownership they need relation certificate from village office , birth certificate etc.. Make a list what all documents required for specific purposes. Aadhar card is a valid id enough for all most purposes . Waiting period is more..

Didn't get chance to experience the behaviour of the executives... The security / the person giving away the token gave a very bad impression that I had to leave the place immediately.. Try the place inside casino hotel, although there was only one lady staff she handled a group of customers very politely without any token..

Its a horrible process to change a postpaid connection to prepaid . I visited several times the store only for this . Customer service is okeyish .

Commitments are not met. Came here from far specifically for a service and I am told this will be again delayed for 3 days. Today was planned after a pre check with the same centre some days ago.

The worst Vi store in thrissur, if you need any service from this store best option is port your sim to any other providers. Please don’t prefer this store , careless employees with zero responsibility. And the provided mobile number is not working, they provided this number in google just for name sake .

Easily the worst customer service personnel. Zero knowledge, not courteous and sitting with a tonne load of ego. The best part is there is a Zonal Manager, who has woved, he will never personally meet any aggrieved customer. If you are having a splendid day and want to tone down, visit here. Very poor customer service morning sim provide till sim not working After getting my detail still no body call or do anything. Still no body call very very poor one person calling to call center side daily today discuss today they do but ever day same. Now they one stupid thing they my old demage sim activate not new sim activate very poor. I advise no body took any type of connection of Vodafone.

One of the worst service centre i have ever seen... Idea sim suddenly stopped working and i went there to exchange my old idea sim into new Vodafone sim. They charged 100 Rs for that and i complained with Vodafone India. They told can't buy more than 50Rs for exchanging the sim ... Staff behaviour is also annoying... without OTP we can't get token .... Without any doubt i can say it was a bad experience😡😡😤

Bad customer service. It took nearly 3hr for registering a complaint and still the issue is not solved. It was an unpleasant experience and didn’t expect this from Vodafone. Such kind of customer care employees will degrade the value of the company. I suggest to change the dept name to “customer torture”instead of “customer care”. Honestly, I decided to change the service provider from Vodafone to some other network.

Currently there is tokens for queue. But about 2-3 hours of waiting for service. They are working with less staffing. Better not to visit this place if there is no other options.

If you looking for a vi store, it's located near vadakke busstand and opposite of Indian coffee house, Its a well arranged office with best equipments, but the service is not much good because it takes a lot of time. they follows maximum covid protocol and staffs are very customer friendly

Please do not visit this branch...very very unprofessional services..waste of time. As a customer we have right to be informed with the details and procedures we have requested for...nothing is informed and they made us to visit the store more than four times for a simple process...Never ever recommended.. need to be more professional, specially ladies staffs.

I took a new sim from here and they asked me to recharge the new number from there itself(a talktime offer for a month).After activating the sim,There wasn't any balance in it. (I don't they havr the intend to cheat.. Probably some employee error)

Please avoid this store unless and untill you really deserve to mistreat yourself. High browed incompetent service executives. Ill mannered security personnel, who actually is the BOSS in here and a so called Store Manager, who suffers from acute customer phobia.
