Visting this hotel since childhood.. This hotel is located in pazhe nadakkavu.. It is on 2nd floor top of a 3 storey small building . I have to say earlier the food was great especially dosha which was also affordable, but now the chutney served here is very bad . I hate to say this but they charge 30 rs for 2 dosha and they could provide chutney like the other hotels in thrissur.The thing I'm saying is the chutney which is provided nos consist of mainly pottukadala and they add very less coconut. Please don't do this.. You were once known for your Masala dosha and ghee roast and also meals . Please change your way of making chutney and then everything is perfect

Good food Sp. Lunch cost 60 rupees per person(normal lunch cost 50. Special consisting of extra curd and payasam bowls). I give a 4.3 out of 5 rating "for that price". Rice 4.1 ( I don't believe it is a 100 % pure, that's free from chemical pesticides or fertilizer.) Sambar 3.8 ( Flavour are "ok" , but loose consistency. Because of this reason I couldn't got it's full taste.) Sides 3.7 ( all of them are not that much tasty where the sadya version of that corresponding meal.) Pappadam, payasam , curd 4.4 ( tasty. But not reached the homely feel.) Hospitality, behaviour, atmosphere 3.8 ( They are very busy and not caring everyone equally. They give some extra attention for their regular customers. I don't even get any single "smile" from there.) Cleaning and quality of materials in hotel 2.5 ( I know u can understand the situation. You know it's a small initiative.)

One of the Authentic ancient restaurants in Town If you like great south Veg dishes this place is never to be missed. The tastes are authentic and the dishes are served in plantain leafs. Have been here to try out the breakfast menu during my cycle ride today. It never disappointed me, though the service I felt was slightly slow. Plus the place feels bit cramped and if crowded could be a slight concern at these times

This hotel is a traditional,veg hotel.located at 1st floor with out any lift or wheel chair access or even proper parking.It resembles more or less a nadan chayakkada.,the seating and ambience are old fashioned,but are clean n ergonomically managed.taste n cost of food are mouth watering. a masala dosa costs only 45/- n coffee rs 15/-. Worth a try.

No parking lot, no wheelchair accessible entrance or no even a convenient entrance; yet this can be suggested for a quick vegetarian lunch in the middle of the city. You have to dump yourself, the leaf of eating at the end. An ordinary hall that houses around sixty people, on two rows of four chair tables on the left and a linear table on the right; is the central infrastructure.

A small vegetarian hotel in the heart of city. Their breakfast is really good and affordable. The crowd mainly consists of working class. They also serve lunch at very nominal rate. In evening (after 4:30 ) they serve few north Indian dishes also. However their main highlight is Dosa, poori, vada, sambar vada etc. There is no parking space available so one must park the vehicle somewhere and then has to walk down to the restaurant. Although family seating is welcomed, its not that great place to have a family seating.

If you're looking for the perfect place to have a traditional kerala style lunch with a nostlagic 90's vibe setting then get a token from Nalanda and be seated. The food is not a grandeur but we can have enough to fill our tummies. Mostly all the working class people in and around have their lunch from Nalanda. Also before leaving, you have to try the coconut barfi kept at the counter which will leave you and your satisfied stomach with a pleasant smile :)

We regularly go there and food is nice. Only thing is it's a small shop and only random car parking maybe close to pazhayanadakkavu temple. Friendly staffs . After corona the food options have drastically cut down. We get basic dosa varities ,idlie and afternoon lunch is also good

It's a very good vegetarian restaurant with reasonable prices and food quantity and taste is good. The only default is the entrance it's not easy to get the restaurant for older people and it's not easily visible from the road. But above all these things the taste and quantity of the restaurant makes me favourite.
