Located inside mall of joy. Good arrangement and excellent interior works. Takes time to get the ordered food. Bit expensive but good customer service

Kottayam- Mall of Joy location- Received Thandoori Chicken that was not cooked on the inside. The presentation was nice but it was raw chicken after the first bite. Service was very slow possibly due to a shortage of waiting staff, the guy clearing table (very nice guy)was taking orders because the waiter was busy. (my first time leaving a restaurant without tipping)3 stars because the Reaturant is clean, spacious and has a view of the town. For the price of food, service is slow and some what unresponsive. there are so many choices of restaurants nearby if you are willing to venture out of the mall.

(1)I order fride rice 30 minutes takes to serve the food . (2) we are 4 person's was taking food. When the 2 person complete food they took our plates all other bowles .it's feel very bad for us. Same the menu card also they pull it very fast. (3) I order fried rice and chilly chicken taste it's good but not given any sauce

I had a tea when it was raining outside. Tea was good in quantity. Tasting below average. Price is higher @ 31.50 per cup.

Thrissur: Tried Chicken biriyani, Prawns Biriyani, Beef Biriyani and Chicken Schezwan Fried Rice. Its just an OK restaurant. Had high hopes before entering as its under joy alukkas brand. Chicken biriyani was good and prawns also. But beef biriyani was not so good. It tasted sweety. Chezwan fired rice was not Chinese but India type. Lot more to improve in terms for taste especially when u r in Thrissur and Thrissur people like eating tasty foods. Less crowded especially when it was peak lunch time. U can attract more crowd. Just do some magic in the food and be friendly with the customers.

The restaurant is neat and silent We have ordered Lunch it was good in quantity and good.Biriyani and Rotti was good and the curry is normal Only thing the price here is higher than expected Over all good (4 Star)

Cosy and quiet place to have a nice meal or snacks. Very neat and clean. Adequate number of seating tables Service is also quick and staff is courteous Moderately priced menu and variety available in both vegetarian and non vegetarian fare

It is an amazing restaurant with many food options. I personally like the sandwich way too much! It is amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Nice ambiences.....prices are little higher for the food but u don't have option if u visit mall of joy....
